I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”

I recently went on my first week long vacation away from my cats and felt so comfortable right away leaving them in Posie's care- when Posie came to get a tour and do a quick meet with them, she got right on their level and was so gentle. Ella has been cat-sitting for my first cat for several years. Recently, I added a kitten to my household and she has done a great job managing the two cats during her visits. She’s excellent at communicating and observing any changes or concerns with my cats. She was also a saint dealing with their naughty antics of knocking things over, eating (non-toxic) plants, and making messes. And she left my home clean and tidy for my return.
Kristy was able to take a booking on short notice and made time for a meet and greet before supporting us with drop in visits to care for our cat. She always spent time beyond just feeding and care taking duties, spending time getting to know our fuzzy beast. We were very happy to work with her, and will rebook in the future if she is available.
We have three cats, one of which is a tiny old one-eyed man named Minion who is scared of everything and everybody. He only comes out at night or at dinner time. Charlotte not only saw our little guy, but got him to sit on the sofa next to her! If that's not an indication of her trustworthiness, I don't know what is. We've used Charlotte several times, most recently for a two week stretch. She updated us regularly with photos and notes. The cats were well fed and given plenty of attention. She even washed the towel in the laundry room when one of the cats had an accident! Definitely hiring her again and highly recommend her.

Even while on vacation, receiving updates and pictures of how our kitties were doing really helped ease the uncertainty. Clare went the extra mile all around - from being consistent with feedings to providing play time when the kitties were receptive and monitoring the amount of food they were eating, given we had just changed over to a new hard food for our senior boy! Logan was wonderful with my shy cats! She was punctual and always kept me informed during the drop-ins, and also took the time to try and bond with the cats a bit, which I greatly appreciate. Usually my boys are a little skittish when I first come back from a trip, but this time they were remarkably chill!
One of our cats in particular is very shy, but Anna made friends with both of them in record time. She handled medication with care and sent detailed, thoughtful updates with many photos showing our cats relaxed and happy with her. Very glad to have met her and had her check in on our girls!
