“Charlotte did a great job checking in on my cat Ash over a weekend. She provided frequent updates and communication was easy. Would definitely recommend her and will keep her in mind for the future!”

“Ashley did a great job with our cats and they loved her! She reliably took care of them and sent lots of cute pictures and dealt with a couple unforeseen circumstances above and beyond the call of duty. 5/5 would book again!”

“Ella is the sweetest cat-sitter around. I genuinely have never felt so comfortable leaving my cats ~ they are always so well cared for by her. They are so lucky to have Ella for extra time, snuggles, play, & thoughtful care. They can’t wait to see her again sometime.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets of all kinds since a young age. I have the ability to take care of multiple pets at once, including my three dogs Oliver, Cullen, and Suga. My priority is to make sure every dog I sit is shown proper care, love, and happiness. I have a very open schedule this summer. I do like to have some of my weekends to myself so I am unable to spend nights on weekends. I have open availability and am excited to meet some furry friends! Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I exclusively provide care in clients' homes to help pets stay in their familiar environment. Whether it’s walks, feedings, playtime, or just quiet companionship, I follow your pet’s schedule and preferences closely.I always take time to learn each animal’s needs, from medications to favorite toys or hiding spots. I can also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and loved while you're away.Your home is treated with the same respect and care I’d give my own—clean, secure, and just how you left it.
“Sage was such an amazing help taking care of our two cats and house during two weeks away. Communicative, attentive, professional and super friendly. Sage is definitely our first choice when we're away next...and should be yours too!”

About: I’ve had my own dogs all my life and have sat and walked pets professionally for around 2 years, so I am equipped with the skills necessary to keep pets safe and happy. I’ve had one-time clients or recurring clients — whatever the owner needs! I love pets and have always gotten along well when I meet a friend’s pet, hence my interest in expanding this passion. I am currently in medical school and my schedule is relatively flexible - I am able to walk your pets, drop in to make sure they’re okay, or stay with them all day! I generally have classes in the mornings and afternoons mostly off. I am available for walks or overnight stays depending on the pet parent’s request. I am happy to work with clients and figure out a schedule that works for them! I abide by all rules the owner set. I will inquire ahead of time of any special needs the pet has or certain routines from the owner. I am not there to intrude - just offer the same level of care and love as the dog would normally get! I also understand some pets may be anxious with a new person in the house, so I will do my best to ease into my position and offer a lot of comfort to the pets before trying to play with them or feed them.
About: Hey there! I’m Emily and I’m excited to meet you and your adorable pet! I’m a lifelong animal lover. I have a friendly and outgoing husky mix and grew up with cats and a bird. Ever since I was ten, I would watch my friends and neighbors' animals when they went out of town or walked them when they couldn't. I am a teacher so I am gone during the day. I have a very active lifestyle and love hiking and running and I would love to bring your dog with me! I do live in an apartment but I am constantly outdoors. I walk my dog three times a day so you can expect that as well. She is very friendly and energized so you can expect a tired dog when you come to pick them up. I’ll show your dog the same love and care that I show my own so you and your pet will feel comfortable. Let me know if your dog has any behaviors or needs I need to account for so they will feel safe and comfortable. Please provide any care instructions for your pet or house during the meet and greet. Since I do have a dog your dog and mine must get along so I would love to have them meet to make sure everyone is happy!
“I’d give Ashton 10/5 stars if I could… this was my first time booking with her and I honestly could not be more impressed with her updates, communication, and problem solving. Thank you, thank you, Ashton!”

“Anna was fabulous. We were so glad to find her on Rover. Merlin was a covid baby and while he spends all of this time with my husband and me, he is extremely shy around anyone else. When other people are in the house, he hides in his many special places. Anna, while not seeing him, did a wonderful job of checking on him by leaving toys, treats, and some of her own items around to help him acclimate, He played happily with the toys and found all the treats. She went out of her way to help him be comfortable and to keep us informed. I think after a few more visits, Merlin might make an appearance. Her gentle and thoughtful ways are so appreciated and we are happy to know she is out there.”

“Daniel's been training Clea (and me) as well as walking her, he's attentive and kind and loving. She's a very sweet dog who means well and learns quickly, but she can get carried away - his presence in her life has made a big, calming difference. Thank you Daniel.”

“We were in a pinch, needed a new dog walker as we just adopted our dog and I contacted 3 other people before Lacy. The last person canceled on me, but Lacy was able to help us at the last minute, and came a the day before to meet us. Our black lab mutt Aurora loved her. I’m happy to find someone who can help us out on occasion.”
“Christine has dropped in on my previous dear (now over the rainbow bridge) cat, and we are so thrilled to continue using her for our new fur baby! She is super quick to respond, very friendly, reliable, and most of all I know she will give Muffin some sweet extra love. (Plus we get great photos.) Recommend her anyone looking for a pet sitter to trust and rely on.”

“My schedule is not cut and dry, it is very sporadic and unpredictable and Sarah could not be any more roll with the punches! She has been wonderful through my chaotic work schedule and dependable. I definitely recommend Sarah for watching anyone's fur baby.”

About: My name is Amelia and I am in college studying animal sciences. I have experience with dogs walking, cat and fish care, and would love to help you and your pets out in any way I can! I’m currently a full time student, so I can pop in and out mid morning and in between classes throughout the week. I will make sure the animal gets a good chunk of my time and attention and will make sure not to rush them. It’s important the animal is safe and stimulated while I am with them. If I am dropping in to feed or take care of your pet I will ensure a clean environment and that they are enriched until a caretaker returns. If I am taking your pet on a walk I will cater to the dogs temperament and endurance. The pet’s experience (and their bathroom/food needs) is optimized.
“I am very happy with my experience with Clare. She is sweet, kind, and caring. This was my first time leaving my cat Sprite alone and only having stop in visits to be fed and played with. Clare took pictures of Sprite during each visit and made sure she was taken care of. I will definitely hire Clare again!”

“Lucy was such a great sitter! Our dogs took an immediate liking to her and she was able to manage our high-energy boys. She with attentive and patient with them. Lucy was very responsive and took great pictures! 10/10 recommend”

We live in a large two-story house in South Burlington with a big yard where dogs can run and play safely. Please note that since I have a 20-month-old son, any dog staying with us must be completely comfortable and safe around young children. I offer specialized services tailored to your pets' needs, including both cat and dog boarding at my home, where your furry friends will enjoy constant company and plenty of attention throughout the day. I also offer dog walking and 30 to 60-minute home visits at your location. In my home: Your pets will have plenty of room to comfortable and safe in our large two-story house. Since I am home full-time, I provide constant supervision and companionship throughout the day. I ensure a safe, organized environment for both visiting dogs and cats, strictly following their regular feeding, potty, litter, and medication schedules so they feel right at home. I make sure your home stays secure, doors are locked, and your pet gets their regular feeding, fresh water, and potty breaks exactly as they do when you are there.
About: I have previously worked at the Humane Society, a non-kill shelter, helping to train and take care of dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. As a student, I have incredibly flexible hours throughout the weekday and weekend. I love hiking and exploring and would love to be able to take some pups on runs/adventures with me, however, I also love cats and am an avid reader, a perfect way to pass an afternoon petting a snuggly kitten. I’ve been a go-to dog and cat sitter for friends, family, professors, and fellow students for years and relish the opportunity to make a new community in Burlington. Currently in a study period and looking for furry friends to keep me company. I am typically able to get places early in the morning, around lunch, and after 3 pm which would be perfect for walks, small breaks, and feeding schedules! I have more flexibility on the weekends. I am comfortable with all potential sleeping arrangements for dogs whether that be crate-training, snuggling in the bed, or having their own dog bed downstairs. I tend to stay up late and get up early, a perfect match for younger dogs who need to go out more frequently. I’m not allergic to cats and welcome a multi-animal household.

Kristy was great with my two cats. She made friends with my older cat immediately when she stopped by to get instructions. And my younger cat who usually takes quite awhile to warm up to new people came out during her very first drop-in visit with them. I could tell from the pictures she sent that he wasn't even nervous. She was very communicative and left detailed notes about her visits. I plan to book her again in the future and definitely recommend her!

Ashley has watched my cat several times now and I feel totally at ease every time! I appreciate the cute and funny photos, updates on how my cat wanted to spend their visits together, and priceless peace of mind that Ashley is looking out for not only my cat but also my home. Highly recommend!!

Victoria did a great job with my three bunnies. She was very communicative and took pictures and updates on how they were doing everyday. She followed all the care instructions I left and took special care of my oldest bunny who is 12. Thank you so much!! I'd love to rebook in the future.

Sage was a fantastic sitter for our two cats, providing daily updates and photos. Our two cats can be a bit anxious around new people and it takes the right person to gain their trust. Sage had no problem with that which was a huge relief. I would definitely recommend Sage as a pet sitter for your cats.
Anna put us at ease as soon as we met her. More importantly, she put our sweet but precocious cat, Grizzly, at ease too. She kept us updated with notes and pics and clearly earned our cat’s trust quickly. It was such a relief to know he would be cared for so well in our absence. We will absolutely reach out to her the next time we have to leave our boy behind.
