Pet Boarding in Winooski

About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

“Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time. About: I’ve spent my whole life caring for my family’s, neighbors, and friends dogs, cats, and everything in between. I love being active outdoors and sharing that with fur babies makes it even better. I work 3 days 12 hour shifts at the hospital so I’m able to and would love to give your dog all of the time and care they need. I’m working at the hospital Sunday-Tuesday, 12 hour shifts, and I am available Wednesday through Saturday all day and am active and able to give your fur baby the time and care they need. I live in Burlington and within walking distance and short driving distance to the waterfront, dog parks, and walking trails and mountains. My apartment is kept neat and free of chewable things that shouldn’t be chewed on lol

“Left Ripley for a night/long day. Kim was very flexible with accommodating my drop off and my constantly changing pick up. (thank you!!) She took great care of Ripley in the short time she was there. They went to Runyon, played with her lovable golden, and the other neighbor doggo. She tired my Rip out nicely and I'll definitely be reaching out again in the future!”
