About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for 7 years now. I grew up having Siberian huskies of my own. I loved walking, bathing, and playing with my dogs. My family and friends have also relied on me to walk and bathe their dogs including overnight care. I love taking dogs to the dog park! Hi! My name is McKenna :) I am a college student living in burlington full time. I miss hanging out with dogs and want to spend time taking care of them. I am available to care for your pets anytime after 4 pm on week days and on weekends as well. I’d love to discuss any needs you have. Growing up with huskies, I can assure you I take pet care very seriously. I understand that dogs are family members to the owners and need my upmost care. I ensure that dogs are secure in your home and that they cannot run away. I also am a fun loving person and your pet will love my energy!
“Ashley was amazing! Always punctual and communicative and great with our pets. Being new to rover I had a lot of questions, which Ashley answered with no problem. Every visit came with very appreciated in depth updates and lots of pictures, and if we need a sitter/walker again we'll be sure to check Ashley's availability. Thanks again!”

About: I’ve worked with dogs, cats, horses and reptiles! I have a passion for animals, and am always looking forward to meeting a new furry friend. I am available Mondays after 2pm, Tuesdays 8am-10am, Wednesdays 2pm- 5pm, all day most Thursdays, Fridays after 4pm, all day on Saturdays and Sunday mornings until 12pm. With enough advanced notice, I can arrange my schedule with lots of flexibility to accommodate for pet care! I predominantly operate based on the pet owner’s preferences and expectations for how they prefer their pet to be cared for, typically working in close contact with the owner if issues arise. I make sure to work carefully and such that no pet comes to be in a dangerous situation.
“Amelia did a great job with my dog Billy. He is very timid with new people but he warmed up to her quickly. She was very supportive and took the time for him to trust her.”

About: I have worked at a doggy daycare for over a year now - learning and honing my skills on reading dogs body language and how to better support them in times of need. I’ve also taken care of family pets and have volunteered at various local shelters for the past 12 years. I love hiking, playing, cuddling and just spending time with furry friends. I also have a rescue puppy that accompanies me depending on the job - an added bonus for playtime and socialization :) At this point I am doing work from home and have a flexible schedule - given enough notice, i will be sure to fit you in my schedule! I care for your dogs as I would mine—plenty of walks, snuggles and love, and playtime both in and outside. I listen to what your specific dog enjoys to do :)
About: I love dogs! I am great at entertaining dogs and tiring them out, and I am more than happy to just give them affection. My family also used to have two dogs! I am currently a college student and I have another job, but I have some more flexibility in my schedule this semester. I will be free most weekdays for morning/night drop ins or walks, and I am free Saturday mornings, and all day Sunday. Quality care is essential to me, so all directions communicated to me will be followed. I will also make sure I am a kind, fun and loving presence for the pet/s.

About: At home, I have two pet goats, a dozen chickens, a hyperenergetic dog, and any other neighbor's farm animals that I may need to help care for. Once you've corralled goats and horses, all other pet care begins to feel easy. I'm currently a student working part-time, but I have a very flexible academic and work schedule. I'm typically available in the morning to afternoon but can arrange later times too if needed. I can play by whatever rules make you the most comfortable. Whatever your preferred routines are, I want to make things the most comfortable and convenient for you. I don't have the means to host a pet in my own apartment, but I can walk long enough to tire out your rowdy puppy or, if you prefer it, let them out in their own backyard. If I enter your home I aspire to leave no trace.

I can’t thank Charlotte enough for her help. Leaving sick pups is never easy, but she was so wonderful and attentive to their health needs. Her updates and pictures were the highlight of my day! She’s genuinely a cool person and so easy to coordinate with. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and kind, book Charlotte! 11/10

Haley met our dog when she was just 4 months old, the day after we rescued her! As a couple who works some long days, we really needed someone who could fit into a weekly routine with our schedule to help us potty train our new puppy. We absolutely attribute the success of house training our dog to Haley’s consistency and reliability. It is clear how much Haley has cared for and loved our dog as she even provided a reference for someone she trusts to take over her care when she leaves! We are sad Haley will be leaving our area and so incredibly grateful for the love, kindness and support she has shown our baby!

Tatiana has been walking my senior dog regularly for a few months now, and I would highly, highly recommend. Tatiana is super on top of it - always well-organized, great to work with, extremely reliable, considerate for my dog’s needs, and communicates schedule changes far in advance which makes it easy for me to plan out my own schedule. Tatiana is flexible and very responsive, and is definitely showing my dog lots of love! Belle really doesn’t warm up to people very easily, but she loves Tatiana! Can’t emphasize how great of a dog-walker Tatiana is!

Cara has been absolutely wonderful with Frita Beans! Frita can be a little timid at times, but Cara’s patience and gentle approach have helped her feel comfortable and happy on their walks. I feel completely at ease knowing Frita is in such good hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind dog walker!

Kyra was amazing when we were in a pinch, away from home, and needing a dig sitter the same day. An unexpected trip to UVM Medical Center with the dog in the car on a hot day was less than ideal, but Kyra answered our message immediately, took amazing care of our dog, sent photos, and pivoted with changing plans and last minute requests. What a trustworthy godsend! Highly recommended.
