About: I have a great amount of experience with animals. I have cared for Bunnies,Rats, Birds, Reptiles, Cats and dogs as well. I’m familiar with treating senior dogs and cats. As well as younger animals. I’ve had animals my entire life. Starting May 15th. I will have a flexible availability. I would fit pet sitting into my daily/ weekly routine but ensuring all animals are fed and have water. I will give them some play time. If walks are needed I will ensure I arrive earlier to give any dogs walks. I have two cats. Athena and Vixen Both girls are on a strict routine. They get fed wet food twice a day and dry food once. Their wet food includes multivitamins, probiotics and allergy medications. Both cats have separate diets that best suit their needs. I ensure all things for them are done before starting my day. e.i Litterboxes, water refills, medications, food and play time. Upon arriving home I greet them and play for about 30min-1hr.

About: I've had dogs since I was very little. Very comfortable with anything from small and anxious to big and jumpy. Currently have 2 cats at home, a very young senior and a old kitten. I am a full time graduate student with some intermittent periods of free time and am always looking to take a study break and go hang out with some pets. Im currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at UVM. So whenever I'm not in class I'm free to spend it with your furry friend. Since I have cats, I always make sure my home is pet safe and there isn't anything around that could hurt them or get them sick.

About: Hi, My name is Amalia I am currently a graduate student at UVM with a track to medical school next year :) I just moved to VT from DC area a couple of months ago and love it here so far. I have had pets all my life and heard that in addition to pet sitting I could farm sit? I got back on rover the second I heard :) I have school during the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, other than that I will walk or hang out with your pet before and after, depending on how often they need to be outside or with company I will always try to adhere to your and your pet’s needs. Please let me know in advance if there are any preferences when it comes to “homeyness” or accommodations necessary for your pet to feel most comfortable!

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. I’ve had experience dog and cat sitting for about ten years now. I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter where I walked dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I take a big role in caring for my family dog, Gus, who is my pride and joy! I’m spending about a month in Burlington. My full time job doesn’t start until mid August so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. Because I am not working right now I am extremely flexible with hours. I have a large apartment with 5 animal living roommates. I live near plenty of walking trails and sidewalks right outside my house. I also have my own car where I can drive to clients homes or even take the pets to different trails to keep walks exciting!

About: My family grew up with dogs and cats; the animals are treated as family. Pet sitting (and baby sitting) were part of the routine from early on. My Consulting work is done remotely, which makes my schedule flexible for Rover assignments, and, additionally leaves ample Time for getting out on the trails with tails. About: At home (Corinth, VT), I have grown up with 30 chickens, 3 sheep, a dog, and now 3 cats (we had 5 at one point!). I have experience dog sitting for multiple weeks at a time, dog walking, and am patient with anxious, easily aggravated, and loud dogs. I currently work in the mornings on Saturdays, but am free the rest of the week to tend to pets' needs! I love going for walks so an active dog is right up my alley, however I have plenty of experience with less active dogs as well (my family had a 16 y.o. chocolate lab). I have cared for multiple pets while their owners were on vacation in-home, however, I also have experience caring for a cat for 3 weeks on a drop-in basis. About: Hey! Im Skye! I’m a senior at the university of Vermont studying political science and history. I’ve had pets from gerbils to horses my entire life and have cared for pets with special needs, disabilities, and aggression. I would love to spend some quality time with your pup or kitty whether it be snuggling all day or going for a hike! My number one priority is your pet’s safety and well being. —— Open to boarding smaller or low energy dogs, must be okay with cat in house. My schedule varies, but I work from home most of the time. If im watching your pup it will be a day I work from home so I can give them attention throughout the day. If watching a pet in your home, I follow the provided instructions, while ensuring to keep everything clean and tidy. If boarding in my home, your pet is welcome to the entire apartment, when supervised, and will mostly hang out in the living room or my room. Pets are allowed on couches and beds. We do have a cat in the home that will ignore the dog as long as it is not aggressive towards her.

About: I’m a student at the University of Vermont who currently lives in Burlington. I’m trying to make money for college and I know that this job would be perfect for me! I’ve had a dog my whole life, and I’ve absolutely adored taking care of them. I’m good with all types as well, I currently have a low-energy chocolate lab mix and a high-energy rescue as well. I can deal quite easily with messes and certain necessities like diapers/medications/dietary needs. If your dog is reactive, I know lots about that as well and am willing to do anything to make them more comfortable. My current course schedule is very laid back, so I have plenty of free time to take care of your animals! I’m free essentially every day, bedsides Mondays. My 2 dogs currently have a fenced in backyard which they love to use to play fetch. I have a dual-ended leash as well for walks with them both. I throughly enjoy taking them out to trails for new scenery as well! I often bring collapsible water bowls and such on walks as well. I love taking pictures of animals, so you’ll certainly get updates from me! If you ever want to FaceTime me to see how your pet is doing as well, I’m totally fine with that! About: My name is Amelia and I am in college studying animal sciences. I have experience with dogs walking, cat and fish care, and would love to help you and your pets out in any way I can! I’m currently a full time student, so I can pop in and out mid morning and in between classes throughout the week. I will make sure the animal gets a good chunk of my time and attention and will make sure not to rush them. It’s important the animal is safe and stimulated while I am with them. If I am dropping in to feed or take care of your pet I will ensure a clean environment and that they are enriched until a caretaker returns. If I am taking your pet on a walk I will cater to the dogs temperament and endurance. The pet’s experience (and their bathroom/food needs) is optimized.

About: Hi! I have been taking care of animals for years whether it’s training, dog-walking, fostering, or dropping in to dog or cat sit. I am a college student entering my third year at UVM. I am also an owner to 3 amazing cats and 1 dog at home. I have dealt with young puppies and my step-father himself is a dog trainer. I have learned a lot from both him and taking care of various family, friends, and neighbors pets. I am eager to spend some time with your pets and make sure they feel happy, healthy, safe, and spoiled like I treat my own. Currently as I am living in Burlington and just unwinding I am available during the weekdays and can be flexible with my schedule as things come up! In a clients home I will care for pets like my own but with any instructions, quirky dinner routines, or mandatory bedtime belly rubs needed. Even if you have a puppy or kitten and have no routine at all yet I can be flexible with that!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all throughout my childhood and have taken care of a couple dogs full time over the years. I am experienced mostly with dogs but I am familiar with cat care. I work nights in the Burlington area so I can work around most schedules and prefer afternoon work for walking. If you need house visits I can work with you on a good schedule. I will follow your directions to a T and will transport animals as needed for walks/hikes. I will treat them as my own as I don’t have any pets and miss having animals around.

About: Hi! I work from home and make my own schedule so I’m able and happy to be at your pups beck and call/woof?! My Husky-lab mix, Duke, which I had for 10 years changed my life. Besides the experience of caring for him, and his issues with arthritis, along with his stubborn Husky streak, I’ve also cared for many of my friend’s dogs in various capacities. I recently lost him which has now given me the motivation and time to pursue spending it with other’s dogs. That’s as simply as I can put it. I have the time to be with your dog when you can’t and promise you he will get the most personal and attentive care you could want. I love walking, hiking, a vigorous game of catch, a downtown stroll on Church Street, or doing whatever your dog wants to do - I have the time and the love to do it. So as of now there are no other dogs at home; your dog will literally be part of the family and have 24-hour company and supervision, except perhaps an hour or two for errands. I don’t have a yard but a small balcony, but I am a 5-minute walk from the green path, North Beach, Arm’s Forest, Ethan Allen Park, Leddy Park and I have a dog-safe vehicle to travel anywhere, if your pup likes a nice drive. I also have A/C for those hot summer months! They’re also allowed on the furniture and beds. I’ve had years of experience taking care of all of my friend’s dogs; walking and sitting … but always for love not for a fee, hence why there are no ‘paid’ reviews. Happy to answer any questions. I work from home and my schedule is completely flexible and will revolve around your pets; that’s it. I’m at home full time except for an hour or two to run errands. I have a 3-story townhouse with balcony. Your dog will have run of the house but if stairs are an issue, he can be contained to the main level, if necessary. I can gate the stairs. Your dog is allowed on beds and furniture and outside on balcony when I’m home. There are no other dogs here.
