About: I’ve loved cats since I was four years old and have been lucky to share my life with them ever since. In 2017, I adopted a 10-year-old cat who is now about to turn 19. Through years of caring for a senior cat, I’ve learned how important routine, gentle care, and attentiveness are to keeping cats comfortable and happy. I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”
About: I've taken care of all types of dogs throughout my life, personally owning a large Newfoundland and an Australian Cattle dog, so I have experience dealing with extremely high and low energy breeds. Im a life long animal lover who is currently pursuing my undergraduate in Animal Sciences with a focus on pre veterinarian medicine. In the past Ive dealt more with larger zoo animals like wolves and lynx's but Im always a sucker for some cute dogs. Im currently working mid week, Im available for boarding at any time however during M,T,Th,F bathroom breaks will be limited to 4-8 hours. During weekends and Wednesdays Ill be available to give your furry friends all the attention they need throughout the day. I live in a condo with no designated yard however there is an unfenced yard available for use and dogs will be taken on frequent walks, at least 2 times a day but this varies on your dogs needs. Im open to all dog sitting styles so if you like your dog crated at night or left to roam around just let me know. If your dog has specific preferences or needs please just specify before dropping them off.

About: I am hoping to find a family with a dog (or dogs) that I can walk a few days a week every week. I grew up with a Saint Bernard and now two corgis, so I am used to all shapes and sizes of dogs. I have a big fluffy black cat of my own named King Louis. I work full time as a restaurant manager and like to fill my days with spending time outside and taking care of animals/walking dogs is an added bonus! I am very comfortable with walking dogs and gently enforcing rules when necessary. I can adapt to any type of training/caring that is used for your individual pet.

I recently went on my first week long vacation away from my cats and felt so comfortable right away leaving them in Posie's care- when Posie came to get a tour and do a quick meet with them, she got right on their level and was so gentle. Posie sent photos every day, was very communicative, and comfortable giving medicine. One of the cats got an eye infection right before we left and I felt terrible adding eye drops to their regiment for Posie to tackle, but she was totally unfazed. This same cat is terrified of everyone who isn't me or my husband, and by just a few days in she was letting Posie approach and pet her, which proved what a natural she is with animals to me. About: I will provide a on-the-ready daycare/check-in service. Check in's will include play time engagement, spending time with them if they have been alone, walks, administer medicine if need be, and overall quality check in. I can provide these services at a moments notice with being local to Burlington, and can also provide these services over an extended period of time to suite your schedule. Daily check in's can last anywhere from 30 mins to one hour, depending on your needs. I work full time but my schedule is flexible. I have watched and cared for multiple family friends cats and dogs since my teens, as well as now helping colleagues watch their pets while traveling out of town. My experience ranges from the simple check in's; walks, playtime, feeding - to administering shots, ear spray, tic and flea medicine, etc. I currently work a hybrid schedule Mon-Thurs in office and half-day Fridays from home, moving back to full-day Friday's from home come fall. Even when in office, my schedule is flexible and I am out of work by 4pm, and can step out quick if need be throughout the day, making sudden pop-in visits easy for me. And making scheduled visits even easier. I live on a quieter street and my apartment is set back from the road, giving peace of mind when out on walks or in the yard. Crating is always an option if you are more comfortable and familiar with that.
