About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

About: My family has had dogs since I was 14. Out first dog was a German Shepard and second a German Shepard/Husky mix. Currently my Sheppard Husky mix resides in North Carolina staying with my mother as we were worried how he would do with a big move. I have always loved dogs and their companionship. I currently have the sweetest little dachshound that I rescued in September of 2024 and we have been inseparable ever since, he is truly my child. About: I have grown up with dogs, ranging from a teacup yorkie to a bullmastiff lab. I recently adopted a mix terrier of my own who has become by best friend. I have been trusted by friends and family to care for their pets like I do my own and have been doing so much more recently! I am a recent college grad on the job hunt but in the mean time would love spending time and caring for your four legged friends! I care for you pets of course as you ask and care for them and with a lot of love. I respect the guidelines you set for your furry friends and will do my best to make them feel secure as it can be nerve racking for them to not have their people around!
About: My aunts and friends have always had dogs, so growing up I had a lot of experience with a wide variety of animals. I’ve helped my aunt train her excited Chocolate Lab puppy, taken care of my friend’s barky, 11 pound Mini Pinscher while they were away, and helped feed, walk, and play with my own household’s anxious, raw diet mut, Sheila. I know how to love and take care of any type of dog—from loudly outgoing to shy! I just finished my sophomore year of college and am looking to help care for anyone’s pets this summer. My schedule is open, so I am flexible to visit your pet whenever you need! I will gladly take your dog on a nice long walk and play with them around your backyard to release any pent up energy! Inside, I’m also up for playing with toys and giving lots of pets!

I’ve had pets from gerbils to horses my entire life and have cared for pets with special needs, disabilities, and aggression. I would love to spend some quality time with your pup or kitty whether it be snuggling all day or going for a hike! My number one priority is your pet’s safety and well being. —— Open to boarding smaller or low energy dogs, must be okay with cat in house. My schedule varies, but I work from home most of the time. If im watching your pup it will be a day I work from home so I can give them attention throughout the day. If watching a pet in your home, I follow the provided instructions, while ensuring to keep everything clean and tidy. If boarding in my home, your pet is welcome to the entire apartment, when supervised, and will mostly hang out in the living room or my room. Pets are allowed on couches and beds. We do have a cat in the home that will ignore the dog as long as it is not aggressive towards her.
About: Hello! I am an animal lover from way back, I grew up with many animals from rabbits to geese to horses- so if you have any of those too that will work for me. I love connecting with dogs of all breeds and walking them throughout the neighborhood, or going for a hike, or taking them to a park. I am available for walks, check-ins, and boarding in my own home, where I have a yard and am close to multiple walking trails. Expectations and boundaries are important, as are use of cues and reward systems. Everyone's system looks a little different, and I am happy to provide continuity to promote good behavior for your pet. Let's meet and chat to find if it would be a good fit! My schedule is fairly flexible and open! I’m happy to accommodate you and your pet’s schedule. Typically I take myself out for walks at least twice daily :) My home is well-loved and welcoming. “Our sweet Vera was recovering from ACL repair, and we are deeply grateful to Deb for taking care of her so beautifully while we attended a 3 day series of wedding events. She made sure Vera had walks of the length and nature she is permitted and cuddled her at night when she needed reassurance about our absence. Her home is incredibly suited to doggie fun and safety with a fenced play yard and even a poo;l on her deck for hot days. Vera loved sitting in the pool while cooling off during our recent heat spell. Deb's extensive knowledge of dog behavior provided new insights to us; she helped us understand some of Vera's responses when we arrived and affirmed the findings of our pet shrink (yes we had one when she was a puppy). Frequent photos and updates from Deb not only exceeded expectations but they also reassured us during a difficult time for leaving Vera. About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.
“Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time.
