About: I've taken care of all types of dogs throughout my life, personally owning a large Newfoundland and an Australian Cattle dog, so I have experience dealing with extremely high and low energy breeds. About: My experience with dogs spans from dog sitting to working at vet hospitals. I have owned large dogs since I was young this let to me sitting for neighbors and people around town. Kristy was able to take a booking on short notice and made time for a meet and greet before supporting us with drop in visits to care for our cat. She always spent time beyond just feeding and care taking duties, spending time getting to know our fuzzy beast. We have three cats, one of which is a tiny old one-eyed man named Minion who is scared of everything and everybody. He only comes out at night or at dinner time. Charlotte not only saw our little guy, but got him to sit on the sofa next to her! If that's not an indication of her trustworthiness, I don't know what is. We've used Charlotte several times, most recently for a two week stretch. She updated us regularly with photos and notes. The cats were well fed and given plenty of attention. She even washed the towel in the laundry room when one of the cats had an accident! Definitely hiring her again and highly recommend her.
She was great with our cat and very helpful throughout our time away. She followed all of our instructions, kept us updated, and was easy to communicate with. Logan was wonderful with my shy cats! She was punctual and always kept me informed during the drop-ins, and also took the time to try and bond with the cats a bit, which I greatly appreciate. Usually my boys are a little skittish when I first come back from a trip, but this time they were remarkably chill!
One of our cats in particular is very shy, but Anna made friends with both of them in record time. She handled medication with care and sent detailed, thoughtful updates with many photos showing our cats relaxed and happy with her. Very glad to have met her and had her check in on our girls!
