She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. I recently went on my first week long vacation away from my cats and felt so comfortable right away leaving them in Posie's care- when Posie came to get a tour and do a quick meet with them, she got right on their level and was so gentle. One of the cats got an eye infection right before we left and I felt terrible adding eye drops to their regiment for Posie to tackle, but she was totally unfazed. About: I've been around dogs since I was a child, and I see them as part of the family. I got my first dog when I was eleven, but our house grew and grew with multiple dogs, and I currently help care for my family's six dogs. About: I will provide a on-the-ready daycare/check-in service. Check in's will include play time engagement, spending time with them if they have been alone, walks, administer medicine if need be, and overall quality check in. I can provide these services at a moments notice with being local to Burlington, and can also provide these services over an extended period of time to suite your schedule. Daily check in's can last anywhere from 30 mins to one hour, depending on your needs. I work full time but my schedule is flexible. I have watched and cared for multiple family friends cats and dogs since my teens, as well as now helping colleagues watch their pets while traveling out of town. My experience ranges from the simple check in's; walks, playtime, feeding - to administering shots, ear spray, tic and flea medicine, etc. I currently work a hybrid schedule Mon-Thurs in office and half-day Fridays from home, moving back to full-day Friday's from home come fall. We have three cats, one of which is a tiny old one-eyed man named Minion who is scared of everything and everybody. He only comes out at night or at dinner time. Charlotte not only saw our little guy, but got him to sit on the sofa next to her! If that's not an indication of her trustworthiness, I don't know what is. We've used Charlotte several times, most recently for a two week stretch. She updated us regularly with photos and notes. The cats were well fed and given plenty of attention. She even washed the towel in the laundry room when one of the cats had an accident! Definitely hiring her again and highly recommend her.

Logan was wonderful with my shy cats! She was punctual and always kept me informed during the drop-ins, and also took the time to try and bond with the cats a bit, which I greatly appreciate. Usually my boys are a little skittish when I first come back from a trip, but this time they were remarkably chill!
One of our cats in particular is very shy, but Anna made friends with both of them in record time. She handled medication with care and sent detailed, thoughtful updates with many photos showing our cats relaxed and happy with her. Very glad to have met her and had her check in on our girls!
