About: I've taken care of all types of dogs throughout my life, personally owning a large Newfoundland and an Australian Cattle dog, so I have experience dealing with extremely high and low energy breeds. Im a life long animal lover who is currently pursuing my undergraduate in Animal Sciences with a focus on pre veterinarian medicine. In the past Ive dealt more with larger zoo animals like wolves and lynx's but Im always a sucker for some cute dogs. Im currently working mid week, Im available for boarding at any time however during M,T,Th,F bathroom breaks will be limited to 4-8 hours. During weekends and Wednesdays Ill be available to give your furry friends all the attention they need throughout the day. I live in a condo with no designated yard however there is an unfenced yard available for use and dogs will be taken on frequent walks, at least 2 times a day but this varies on your dogs needs. Im open to all dog sitting styles so if you like your dog crated at night or left to roam around just let me know. If your dog has specific preferences or needs please just specify before dropping them off.

About: I’ve had my own dogs all my life and have sat and walked pets professionally for around 2 years, so I am equipped with the skills necessary to keep pets safe and happy. I’ve had one-time clients or recurring clients — whatever the owner needs! I love pets and have always gotten along well when I meet a friend’s pet, hence my interest in expanding this passion. I am currently in medical school and my schedule is relatively flexible - I am able to walk your pets, drop in to make sure they’re okay, or stay with them all day! She was found on the streets of Tennessee but we love her like a blood human relative, she has always had health issues so I am well equipped to take care of all types of dogs. She is full of energy and rambunctious even at 13 years old, so I know how it is to walk/play with dogs like this! Alyssa took great care of my 5 month old kitten while I was away for a long weekend. We have three cats, one of which is a tiny old one-eyed man named Minion who is scared of everything and everybody. He only comes out at night or at dinner time. Charlotte not only saw our little guy, but got him to sit on the sofa next to her! If that's not an indication of her trustworthiness, I don't know what is. We've used Charlotte several times, most recently for a two week stretch. She updated us regularly with photos and notes. The cats were well fed and given plenty of attention. She even washed the towel in the laundry room when one of the cats had an accident! Definitely hiring her again and highly recommend her.
She was great with our cat and very helpful throughout our time away. She followed all of our instructions, kept us updated, and was easy to communicate with. We really appreciated how reliable and attentive she was, and it gave us peace of mind knowing our cat was in good hands. We would definitely have her pet sit for us again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
