I’m Brooke, and my boyfriend Dan and I would love the chance to care for your pup! 🐾 I’ve been dog sitting for over a decade and truly enjoy spending time with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities from playful lap dogs to gentle giants. I live an active lifestyle and love going on long walks, playing fetch, or just relaxing with a furry friend by my side. Dan and I are both lifelong dog lovers. I used to have a Chow/Great Dane mix who I adored. Dan was a proud dog dad to a beautiful Golden Retriever. We miss them dearly! While our current condo doesn’t allow pets, dog sitting gives us the perfect opportunity to get our puppy fix while helping out fellow dog parents. Dan works from home full-time, so he’s available throughout the day for walks, playtime, and keeping pups company. I work from home a few days a week and am able to help out as well, especially in the mornings and evenings. While Dan has a bit more flexibility during the weekdays, we’re both available in the evenings and fully available on weekends. Together, we make a great team and ensure your dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with the same respect and care I would expect in my own. Dan and I are organized, detail-oriented, and cleanly, which helps ensure both the pet and the home are well taken care of. Our approach varies based on the type of service I’m providing. For drop-in visits or walks, we make sure the pet gets the exercise, attention, and care they need, while also following any feeding or medication instructions exactly as provided. For overnight stays or extended sitting, we stick closely to the pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free whether that means morning walks, mealtime routines, or evening cuddles. We always make sure to communicate clearly with pet parents, provide updates and photos, and leave the home as tidy (or tidier!) than we found it. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve always had cats in my life and had the privilege of growing up with the best dogs ever. For the past 10 years, I’ve been caring for pets professionally, building lasting relationships with both animals and their families. Many of the families I work with have become like an extension of my own family. Over the years, I’ve cared for household pets with fur, scales, and feathers. No matter the animal, my number one priority is earning their trust and making sure they feel safe and comfortable in my care. I'm currently working part-time in the mornings, and I'm typically free after 3:00 for any pet care. My workday typically starts at 7:00 AM, and I'm unavailable for early morning drop-ins. However, I am willing to adjust on a case-by-case basis. I want to get specific details about your pet's personality and daily routine. I want to make sure I am fulfilling your pet's needs. I know that every animal has different quirks, and I will take your lead on what makes your pets the happiest. I want to know their favorite scratch spot, if they have a favorite bowl or toy, if there are behaviors to keep an eye on, and what kind of training you want me to stay consistent with.

About: I have been my friends and some families go to house and pet sitter for a very long time. While I mostly have experience with cats and dogs I like to take care of all pets. I like to take pictures to catch the funny moments. While I am in school this give good flexibility for dropins/walking and overnight stays letting me easily fit into you and your pets schedule. While I can't take care of your pet in my home, I can do house sitting and dropins/walks. I am familiar with complex nutrition requirements for different animals as well.

I have been a dog walker and house sitter for three clients/families in 2025 so far and love popping by for walks every two hours with your pup. Size, barking, and puppy-ness are non-issues! I have extreme patience and good shoulders. My grandma always told me to leave the house you're visiting neater than when you got there, so I have an eye for cleanliness and I don't want you to feel like someone has been living in your home when you come back. I.E. I will ask you if I can vacuum. I'm starting school in the fall at Vermont State University in Johnson, so I am free to book any time this summer, unless I have another doggie booked that day. I'm a list maker so I like to write down your instructions when we have a formal introduction. Food, walks, potty time, play time, training, and housekeeping will all be done to your standard.

About: I am a dog lover and have owned dogs for 15 years. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. I can help with puppy training and can administer any medications if necessary. I would love the opportunity to walk your dogs! Can do local early morning walks, afternoon breaks, after work walks, or evening/night time potty breaks! I have open availability. About: I am hoping to find a family with a dog (or dogs) that I can walk a few days a week every week. I grew up with a Saint Bernard and now two corgis, so I am used to all shapes and sizes of dogs. I have a big fluffy black cat of my own named King Louis. I work full time as a restaurant manager and like to fill my days with spending time outside and taking care of animals/walking dogs is an added bonus! I am very comfortable with walking dogs and gently enforcing rules when necessary. I can adapt to any type of training/caring that is used for your individual pet.

About: I grew up with many dogs normally two at a time. I grew up with a great pyrenees and bernese mountain dog. We have a french bulldog now and a pit bull so I am good with any breed!! My mom used this same platform to watch dogs for a while and i would help her! I am home for college right now, and am in desperate need for a job! I love dogs and animals and have always works extremely well with all sorts of breeds of dogs. I am available any time! I will follow every instructions the owners give. I will care for the animal as if they were my own and show them immense amounts of love and affection!

About: Fueled by a genuine and passionate love for animals, I was a small-animal veterinary technician for 9 years. This led me to earning a pre-veterinary science degree from the University of Vermont followed by a job working at Cornell University Veterinary Specialists' small animal hospital. I have since changed my career but still pursue animal care in my free-time. This includes pet sitting, dog walking, and anything else you may need. From dogs and cats to bunnies and birds, I had it all growing up and this pet hobby has transcended into my adult life. I'm confident administering medications, trimming nails, scrubbing your fish tank, or simply walking and playing with your pets. My friends, coworkers, and family have relied on me for years for top notch pet care. I currently work from home full-time and therefore have a lot of flexibility to come care for and play with your pets! I take my own dog on walks, hikes, or to the dog park every day and would be glad to do the same with yours. Ample exercise = a happy pet! I care deeply for animals and will do all I can to keep them safe, happy, and health. I have a fenced-in yard in the New North End of Burlington that is perfect for supervised dog play and exploration. We are also just a 5 minute walk from the Starr Farm Dog Park. I follow all leash rules and will never let a dog go unsupervised while playing with a toy or eating a treat to eliminate choking hazards. About: My family grew up with dogs and cats; the animals are treated as family. Pet sitting (and baby sitting) were part of the routine from early on. My Consulting work is done remotely, which makes my schedule flexible for Rover assignments, and, additionally leaves ample Time for getting out on the trails with tails. I enjoy being out-of-doors, and hope that some time outside is part of your furriends’ daily care plan. I believe in sticking to the schedule that clients have established with their animals for meals, toileting, play time and quiet rest.
