“Colleen was super attentive to my kiddos (cats and Guinea pigs)! They were labor intensive and it was a long trip but she was spectacular! Please hire Fiona for whatever getaway you have planned.. you're pets will be in fantastic hands❤️”

“Heather was awesome with my cat, Maya! I hate leaving my cat when I travel, but I knew she was in the very best of hands with Heather. I really appreciated that she took the time to brush her and play with her in addition to the food/litter box routine.I will definitely use Heather’s services again!”

“i was a very nervous dog mom and a first time rover user who requested a drop in from allison while we were out of town. she was patient, kind, and prompt for her visit with our two big (and loud) dogs. thank you allison!”

“Benjamin was amazing with my cat Pigeon. He's extremely thoughtful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure my boy was comfortable while I was out of town for the holidays. He communicated every day, sent lots of pictures, and gave my cat the quality human time he very much needs. Pigeon loved hanging with him, and should I need to leave again, I know who to call!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life and have taken care of a variety of dogs since I was young, including puppies and senior dogs. I also have raised goats and chickens for years. I have a large fenced in yard for plenty of outdoor playtime and access to acres of wooded trails outside my backyard. I love hiking with dogs as well as playing outside. I treat each dog like a member of my family when they stay with me ensuring they are comfortable, loved, and getting their needs met. I look forward to getting to know your dog. I am available for boarding on the weekends and will customize the care to fit the need of your dog and take the lead from the owner. I have a fully fenced in yard for dogs to safely run around. I follow clear expectations provided by the owner and individualize care to the needs of each dog ensuring they are safe, happy, and comfortable.
“Tess is always amazing. She saved us with a last minute booking (on a holiday!) and took amazing care of our elderly special needs cats with lots of medications, and lots of love. We love when we can get Tess to take care of our girls, it’s total peace of mind every time.”

“Hailey took good care of our puppy, while she was recovering from being spayed, during 3 drop-in visits. She was very responsive to our texts and gave us a puppy report each day. We would definitely use her services again.”

“Alma was very professional and took great care of my cat Eddie. He's on the anxious side and can be wary of new people, she was able to make him feel comfortable enough to approach for scratches.”

“I have had Lou help me for years. I’m moving out of the area soon, and I will miss his friendship and the bonds he has made with my pets over the years. We have been through a lot together. I trust him with anything.”

About: I've had dogs since I was very little. Very comfortable with anything from small and anxious to big and jumpy. Currently have 2 cats at home, a very young senior and a old kitten. I am a full time graduate student with some intermittent periods of free time and am always looking to take a study break and go hang out with some pets. Im currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at UVM. So whenever I'm not in class I'm free to spend it with your furry friend. Since I have cats, I always make sure my home is pet safe and there isn't anything around that could hurt them or get them sick.
About: My name is Danielle and I’ve always been a huge animal lover. When my neighbors got two lab puppies in 2009 I visited them every day after school. Since I didn’t grow up with dogs I basically treated them as my own and taught them commands. This is when my dogsitting journey began at 12 years old. Both dogs had such a big impact on me which led to my passion working with animals. In fourth grade my dream job was to be a dog walker. Since then I’ve pet sat for dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, goats, rabbits, and horses for months at a time in Vermont and Hawaii. I’m a Reiki practitioner and I love offering this healing to animals I care for. I work from home which allows me to provide quality care for your pet. A couple of my favorite activities are walks and hikes. They’re even better when I have a dog by my side. I mainly offer care in my home. The only exceptions for me to sit in your home is if you have an elderly dog or many various animals. Your dog must be able to go up stairs. I ensure the pets get lots of love, snuggles, all the walks that are needed, and extra outside time if this is something they enjoy.

About: I have grown up taking care of a pack of 8 dogs all very high energy. I also have a Brittany (high energy/Anxiety) back home, who I love dearly! I have dog/cat sat since my freshman year of high school and it’s something I love to do! I am currently a college student, So weekends and Tuesdays are the main days I can do. I am a early riser in the morning both on weekdays and weekends! Making sure to not allow the dog/cat to do anything the owner doesn’t allow. As well as making the animal feel comfortable with me in their environment space. Your animal should return to you happy and exhausted
About: I grew up with yellow labs and helped raise multiple litters of puppies with my family. I’ve had my current dog for 3 years and want to expand my love of dogs to yours as well! I love to be active and will take your dog on a run/hike or just cuddle up with them on the couch. I work as a therapist with a hybrid schedule. I’m usually in and out of the house during the day and have a relatively flexible schedule! Every pet and home is different. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine similar to normal and will follow your lead on what you want things to look like day to day. I always walk dogs with a leash.
“Tove did a great job for us. From the meet-n-greet to the end of her two visits to our house, it was a pleasure having Tove visit and care for our dog. We can definitely recommend her and we WILL use her again.”

About: S A R A H F. ★★★★★ Hey there! I have been living in VT for about 12 years now. I am an active person & love a reason to get out for an adventure. My family has owned dogs my entire life, so 4 legged friends have always been considered a part of the family! I also started watching the neighborhood dogs at a young age which has given me plenty of experience loving dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and ages. I’ve owned or frequently cared for: Labs, Golden Doodles, Terriers, Great Pyrenees, Dachshunds, Pitbulls, Mutts - and many more! 🐶 I am totally fine with other animals in the house - with a small added fee. I have watched homes with cats, birds, bunnies, etc! I am happy to accommodate in any way I can! Feel free to contact me for details about my schedule or with any questions. 🐾 Sarah I currently work full-time on a hybrid schedule, splitting my time between home and local high schools Monday–Friday. My job has me driving around different parts of the county, which actually makes me flexible and available to support families in the area. I’m used to managing a busy schedule responsibly, and I’ll always make sure your pup’s needs are a top priority. I have a spacious yard surrounded by nature, perfect for fresh air and exploring. While my yard is not fenced, I always keep safety first—dogs are supervised at all times and leashed when needed.
