He looked after our two cats for 4 days and we couldn't have been happier. When we returned home our cats were calm, well-fed and happy - food dishes were washed and litter box area was tidy. About: I've been dogsitting for the last 8 years and love it, as I don't yet have a dog of my own. You may notice I don't have many recent references on my profile because many of the dogs I've sat for have been dogs of my personal training clients. I'm happy to provide more references upon request! I work flexible hours as a personal trainer and yoga teacher and can spend a lot of time with your pup(s)! I'm open to short or long stays. I like to learn each pet's unique routine so I can keep that going for them even while their humans are away. Depending on the pet I'll take them for long walks, hikes, dog parks...you name it.

“I could not recommend Jaime more! She was absolutely lovely and very compassionate with both of my dogs. She dealt with road closures and a few hiccups with the flooding/bad storms we had in Vermont during the week of her sitting but was very communicative and helpful throughout the week. I had never left my dogs with anyone but family/close friends prior to having her dog sit and will most definitely be hiring her again. You can tell she truly loves animals and cares about them.”

About: Ever since I got my first pup, a golden retriever, in 2011, I realized how important dogs are in my life. They make my life worth living! I relate to dogs more than I do to most people, and I am passionate about giving them what they need. Do they need an off leash walk? A run on leash? A walk where they can stop frequently to sniff? Lots of lovies? (This is usually a given!) Relatively rough play with toys?! (No serious biting though :) ) If they are more low energy, I can match that as well and give them what they need. Whatever your dogs’ wants and needs, as long as it's safe for both of us, I'm on it!! If you are looking for boarding or day sitting, your pup will just have to get along with our two high energy pups for it to be a match :) I currently work at home and am available during the evenings and early mornings to help take care of your pup. If I am boarding a dog I can take them out every 2-4 hours during the day (sometimes more often). If you live close and you just need a brief walk/play and being let out, I could do that midday as well. I’m available to do dog running as well- message me for more information about that. I would love to care for pets in my home as long as the dog gets along with my dogs, isn't aggressive towards humans, and isn’t destructive. We have a fenced in backyard where we can play ball. I live in a house with my husband and two of our own pups, no children, and we both love dogs. I also have a dog ramp for the car.
