About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. About: My family has had dogs since I was 14. Out first dog was a German Shepard and second a German Shepard/Husky mix. Currently my Sheppard Husky mix resides in North Carolina staying with my mother as we were worried how he would do with a big move. I have always loved dogs and their companionship. I live in the country in Richmond, and have cats, young kids and animals Rover won't let me name in the description...but they provide eggs. We have dogs in our "extended family" and we are well accustomed to dogs but we do not have one ourselves at this time. If your dog is 100% safe with those people and pets and well-behaved, let's talk! Independently insured. We enjoy hosting dogs, and are home most days of the week for most of the day. We enjoy walking with dogs and playing fetch (if dogs like to do that) on our hill in our yard. We would need to do a meet & greet to make sure it is a good match. Our yard is not fenced, and we are on a dirt road in the country with woods on the property and surrounding it, so dogs should not be prone to bolting etc. They must be 100% safe with young kids, cats and free range egg producers. No aggressive or reactive dogs please.

About: I have a great amount of experience with animals. I have cared for Bunnies,Rats, Birds, Reptiles, Cats and dogs as well. I’m familiar with treating senior dogs and cats. As well as younger animals. I’ve had animals my entire life. Starting May 15th. I will have a flexible availability. I would fit pet sitting into my daily/ weekly routine but ensuring all animals are fed and have water. I will give them some play time. If walks are needed I will ensure I arrive earlier to give any dogs walks. I have two cats. Athena and Vixen Both girls are on a strict routine. They get fed wet food twice a day and dry food once. Their wet food includes multivitamins, probiotics and allergy medications. Both cats have separate diets that best suit their needs. I ensure all things for them are done before starting my day. e.i Litterboxes, water refills, medications, food and play time. Upon arriving home I greet them and play for about 30min-1hr.

I’ve loved and cared for many dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have a flexible schedule as I am in between jobs right now and have plenty of availability for pet care, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I try to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routines. Whether I’m caring for pets in their home or mine, I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, play, affection, and a calm environment. I also understand how important communication is, so I like to keep owners updated with photos and check-ins while they’re away.
About: I've had dogs since I was very little. Very comfortable with anything from small and anxious to big and jumpy. Currently have 2 cats at home, a very young senior and a old kitten. I am a full time graduate student with some intermittent periods of free time and am always looking to take a study break and go hang out with some pets. Im currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at UVM. So whenever I'm not in class I'm free to spend it with your furry friend. Since I have cats, I always make sure my home is pet safe and there isn't anything around that could hurt them or get them sick.

If im watching your pup it will be a day I work from home so I can give them attention throughout the day. If watching a pet in your home, I follow the provided instructions, while ensuring to keep everything clean and tidy. If boarding in my home, your pet is welcome to the entire apartment, when supervised, and will mostly hang out in the living room or my room. Pets are allowed on couches and beds. We do have a cat in the home that will ignore the dog as long as it is not aggressive towards her.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. I’d also feel comfortable staying in your home if that’s what is best for you and your dog.
