“Julian and Jocelyn are the most wonderful hosts Brooklyn has ever had! My baby Brooklyn recently stayed with them for almost a week. From the moment we met for a meet-n-greet, I was completely comfortable with Julian and Jocelyn which is rare for me. I think it was a combination of their apparent genuine love for dogs, their experience with dealing with different personalities of dogs, and the fact that they asked very specific and thoughtful questions about Brooklyn, that put my mind completely at ease. During the stay, they spent lots of quality time with Brooklyn, took her to the park regularly, and had plenty of cuddle time with her. I was afraid that Brooklyn would not want to come home afterwards! As well, Julian and Jocelyn were very attentive to Brooklyn, sent very detailed updates about Brooklyn's day and when they noticed Brooklyn was licking her romp a little more than usual they immediately brought it to my attention. In addition to being great hosts to Brooklyn, this couple was also more than accommodating with drop off and pick up. I was traveling to an area with impending threat of Hurricane Mathew and my travel plan was up in the air the day before my planned departure. Julian and Jocelyn were totally understanding and remained flexible with the drop off and pick up time/ date which was super helpful. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about this couple as they have been amazing throughout this experience. In fact, this has been the first trip during which I have not had some kind of panic attacks due to lack of communication with Brooklyn's host, which makes the vacation that much better. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to leave Brooklyn with this couple again, and highly, highly recommend them to other dog parents. That is, of course, when they don't book them when I need to leave Brooklyn with them :).”

He also sent me some photos during the day so I knew that she was living her best life. She hesitated when it was time to get in the car and leave. I was visiting VT from NC for an ailing family member and I am so grateful that John squeezed Keelie in to his "pack" at the very last minute and even allowed us to come over the night before for a meet & greet. Weather your visiting the area and don't want to leave your pet(s) alone at your hotel or local to the area, you would be hard-pressed to find a better caregiver :)”

“Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time. About: I grew up with many dogs normally two at a time. I grew up with a great pyrenees and bernese mountain dog. We have a french bulldog now and a pit bull so I am good with any breed!! My mom used this same platform to watch dogs for a while and i would help her! I am home for college right now, and am in desperate need for a job! “Bianca was kind and came by beforehand for a rundown, which was much appreciated! She is clearly a cat person who is dedicated to her pet sitting commitments. I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”

I recently went on my first week long vacation away from my cats and felt so comfortable right away leaving them in Posie's care- when Posie came to get a tour and do a quick meet with them, she got right on their level and was so gentle. Posie sent photos every day, was very communicative, and comfortable giving medicine. One of the cats got an eye infection right before we left and I felt terrible adding eye drops to their regiment for Posie to tackle, but she was totally unfazed. This same cat is terrified of everyone who isn't me or my husband, and by just a few days in she was letting Posie approach and pet her, which proved what a natural she is with animals to me. About: Aside from growing up with multiple cats my whole life, I have also helped friends and family friends with their cats as well. From pop in visits, to spending time with them, it's given me a lot of experience with all kinds of cats. With a calm demeanor, I'm sometimes lucky in getting grumpy cats to come up to me too. I have some experience in nursing sicks cats and that would consist of either daily drops of medicine directly into ear/ mouth etc., or medicine in their food.

About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

About: My experience with dogs spans from dog sitting to working at vet hospitals. I have owned large dogs since I was young this let to me sitting for neighbors and people around town. I would fit pet sitting into my daily/ weekly routine but ensuring all animals are fed and have water. I will give them some play time. If walks are needed I will ensure I arrive earlier to give any dogs walks. I have two cats. Athena and Vixen Both girls are on a strict routine. They get fed wet food twice a day and dry food once. Their wet food includes multivitamins, probiotics and allergy medications. Both cats have separate diets that best suit their needs. I ensure all things for them are done before starting my day. e.i Litterboxes, water refills, medications, food and play time. Upon arriving home I greet them and play for about 30min-1hr.

“Had a great experience booking daily walks for three days with Jenna. Had to book super last minute and she was kind enough to accept and be flexible with us. She provided a rover card for each walk showing how far and long they walked as well as if my dog pooped 1-2x which was rlly helpful for me. jenna also went the extra mile of feeding him and making sure he ate after his walks while also keeping him company for a good amount of time afterwards too. All of which was rlly appreciated, well communicated, and shows how much she cares! I also received a daily picture which I looked forward to everyday :) not many dog walkers would do all of this but she did. Also, it was rlly important that my dog goes on a 30 min walk once every 24 h or else he won’t eat and starts throwing up from starving himself and she responsibly did show up within the asked/ flexible time frame:) Would book another walk with her in the future”

She was found on the streets of Tennessee but we love her like a blood human relative, she has always had health issues so I am well equipped to take care of all types of dogs. She is full of energy and rambunctious even at 13 years old, so I know how it is to walk/play with dogs like this! About: I've taken care of all types of dogs throughout my life, personally owning a large Newfoundland and an Australian Cattle dog, so I have experience dealing with extremely high and low energy breeds. Im currently working mid week, Im available for boarding at any time however during M,T,Th,F bathroom breaks will be limited to 4-8 hours. During weekends and Wednesdays Ill be available to give your furry friends all the attention they need throughout the day. I live in a condo with no designated yard however there is an unfenced yard available for use and dogs will be taken on frequent walks, at least 2 times a day but this varies on your dogs needs. Im open to all dog sitting styles so if you like your dog crated at night or left to roam around just let me know. If your dog has specific preferences or needs please just specify before dropping them off.

About: I have had doggos in my life since I was a kiddo. I currently have 4 dogs in the home each with their own personality, 1 blue heeler (4 yrs old), 1 black lab (5 yrs old), 1 pit bull mix (2 yrs old) and 1 yellow Labrador (14 yrs old.). Having 4 dogs in one home has really taught me how to read different behaviors, making sure they all feel respected and loved, I’ve learned to always keep them trained with commands and above all to make sure they’ve gotten their energy out. I currently only work 8 hour shifts on Wednesday and Fridays, all other days in the week I am available to care for your pet/s. I make sure to follow every instruction provided when caring for a pet in someone’s home. The pet’s human knows them best and it’s essential to follow all instructions to a tee. I make sure to be present with the animal during all aspects of the visit including play/free time. I’m very careful and safe with animals and I try to make sure the dog/cat’s needs are met before leaving the home.

“Julian and Jocelyn are the most wonderful hosts Brooklyn has ever had! My baby Brooklyn recently stayed with them for almost a week. From the moment we met for a meet-n-greet, I was completely comfortable with Julian and Jocelyn which is rare for me. I think it was a combination of their apparent genuine love for dogs, their experience with dealing with different personalities of dogs, and the fact that they asked very specific and thoughtful questions about Brooklyn, that put my mind completely at ease. During the stay, they spent lots of quality time with Brooklyn, took her to the park regularly, and had plenty of cuddle time with her. I was afraid that Brooklyn would not want to come home afterwards! As well, Julian and Jocelyn were very attentive to Brooklyn, sent very detailed updates about Brooklyn's day and when they noticed Brooklyn was licking her romp a little more than usual they immediately brought it to my attention. In addition to being great hosts to Brooklyn, this couple was also more than accommodating with drop off and pick up. I was traveling to an area with impending threat of Hurricane Mathew and my travel plan was up in the air the day before my planned departure. Julian and Jocelyn were totally understanding and remained flexible with the drop off and pick up time/ date which was super helpful. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about this couple as they have been amazing throughout this experience. In fact, this has been the first trip during which I have not had some kind of panic attacks due to lack of communication with Brooklyn's host, which makes the vacation that much better. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to leave Brooklyn with this couple again, and highly, highly recommend them to other dog parents. That is, of course, when they don't book them when I need to leave Brooklyn with them :).”
“Keelie had an awesome day with John! The backyard is perfect for any size dog but especially for larger dogs with lots of energy! He also sent me some photos during the day so I knew that she was living her best life. She hesitated when it was time to get in the car and leave. I was visiting VT from NC for an ailing family member and I am so grateful that John squeezed Keelie in to his "pack" at the very last minute and even allowed us to come over the night before for a meet & greet. Weather your visiting the area and don't want to leave your pet(s) alone at your hotel or local to the area, you would be hard-pressed to find a better caregiver :)”

About: As a lifelong animal lover with years of experience, I have had the pleasure of caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My experience spans from handling playful puppies to providing tender care for senior pets from friends and family for over five years. I am free this July until August and otherwise I will be going to UVM this fall so my availability will vary based on my schedule. “Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time. About: I grew up with many dogs normally two at a time. I grew up with a great pyrenees and bernese mountain dog. We have a french bulldog now and a pit bull so I am good with any breed!! My mom used this same platform to watch dogs for a while and i would help her! I am home for college right now, and am in desperate need for a job! I love dogs and animals and have always works extremely well with all sorts of breeds of dogs. I am available any time! I will follow every instructions the owners give. I will care for the animal as if they were my own and show them immense amounts of love and affection!
About: I’ve had pets of all kinds of decades - from dogs and cars and bunnies to chicken and horses and cows. I currently have my own to rescue fur babies - Paka a 13 year old tabby cat and Philo a 2 year old Bernese mountain dog. I’d love to help you take care of your pets as well! I work remotely and part-time so I like to walk dogs (any my cat who likes to join her giant little brother on walks) in the morning, at lunch, and in the evenings. I can’t board cats because my Tabby does not like other feline friends and I can only board dogs who are used to cats and okay with other dogs. Philo is very sweet and a gentle companion for nervous dogs. We take walks every 4-5 hours.
