About: I grew up on a small hobby farm with goats, chickens, horses, dogs and cats. When I was younger I helped train 2 Border Collie/Australian Sheppard mix puppies. I have a good sense of what animals need and am very patient and loving with all animals. I have a infant daughter who will be accompanying me with most my drop in visits. She will be in a backpack while I take care of your furry friend. I am available most mornings, nights and weekends. I love being outside and love being around animals. I am active, friendly, and responsible. I can't wait to take care of your pet and give it love and attention. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I am flexible! I have little ones (2 young daughters) but they will be able to come with me on occasion and they are also pet lover themselves. I have a fenced in yard if needed and love going on long walks and hikes. We would get lots of play time in and happy to bring my dog along for companion if wanted.
“Emma was so attentive and communicative while dropping in on our cat while we were out of town. She followed all the instructions and kept us updated with pictures and descriptions of the drop ins. I would absolutely recommend her for your pet sitting needs!”

About: I grew up in rural PA with dogs, cats, and even ducks, and I’ve been my friends’ go-to pet sitter ever since. For the past 2 years on Rover, I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, but found I have a special soft spot for large dogs & bully breeds. I have a flexible schedule as a PhD student at UVM, which allows me to dedicate consistent, quality time to pet care throughout the week. Daily walks, feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, and extra attention are all easily incorporated into my routine, so your pet receives reliable care and affection whenever needed. I am available during weekdays and occasionally on weekends. If there is a particular weekend you're looking for care, please message me directly - I may be available even if it does not appear on my calendar. I provide personalized care in your home to keep pets happy and comfortable while you’re away. For walks, I give safe, attentive exercise. During drop-ins, I handle feeding, litter box care, playtime, and companionship. For sitting services, I provide attention, affection, and supervision overnight for so your pets feel safe and loved every day. I aim to keep your pet's schedule as similar as possible to what they normally experience when you are home! Please feel free to be as specific as you want regarding needs of your pet, habits, preferences, etc.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my combination of experience, reliability, and genuine love for animals of all kinds. I’ve cared for pets at every life stage and I’m comfortable handling different temperaments and breeds, and I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and routine. I also prioritize communication with owners, providing regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is happy and safe. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. While I work during the weekday, I have availability after 5pm and on the weekend. I am available to stay at client's home and care for the animals and spaces. Unfortunately I would not be able to care for pets in my home. I would be happy to travel to your home to care for your pets!
“Aelish went above and beyond in caring for our cat. We have a senior special needs kitty who can be a handful, and Aelish handled her with extra special care and patience. We are so pleased with her flexibility and genuine caring for Mitzi that we wouldn't hesitate to book her again.”

About: Hi! I've been around animals my whole life, and caring for pets is truly second nature to me. I've owned and loved both dogs and cats since I was a kid, and that lifelong experience shows in how I care for every animal I meet. What really sets me apart is my background in pet care and dog training. I graduated from Norfolk County Agricultural High School, where I took many animal science courses. I took classes in canine behavior, pet shop management, and animal science. I learned how to handle, groom, and care for dogs of all breeds, through hands-on experiences. I bring patience, knowledge, and lots of love to every pet I care for. I am college student spending the rest of my summer from July 8 until August 22 at home. This means I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I’m already helping my family take care of our own dog, so adding more pets to my routine fits in perfectly! I am available Monday through Friday and am very flexible throughout the day, so I can easily accommodate different schedules and needs. Whether I am caring for pets in my home or in a client’s, their safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I stay in tune with how they are feeling, making sure they’re well-fed, clean, healthy, and getting plenty of rest and outdoor time. At home, I provide a pet-friendly environment. I’m also lucky to live next to a reservation with trails, open fields, and ponds and streams perfect for dogs who love to explore nature. I enjoy taking pets on these little adventures to keep them active and mentally stimulated. When it comes to pet care, I always treat each animal as if they were my own.
“Emily is amazing! She was so responsive and considerate throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about her! Our two dogs (a 10-year-old and an 8-month-old) both loved her. She took them on separate walks, keeping track of their differing needs. Emily's comfort with dogs was apparent and I felt so confident leaving my pups in her capable hands. I will definitely use her in the future!”

“Krysta was fabulous! We were gone for 7 days and she dropped in once per day. The litter box was nice and clean, but more importantly our kitty was loved on and cared for while we were away. I will not hesitate to use her again and wholeheartedly recommend Krysta❣️”

About: I am familiar with caring for dogs of all ages and sizes and have grown up with dogs throughout my life. I pay careful attention to working with the pet owner’s needs and requests in taking care of their pet’s, and am flexible to meet the owner and the dog where they’re at. I love going for walks myself, and I would love for your pet to accompany me! I am an undergraduate student at the University of Vermont, with classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. With enough advanced notice, I can arrange my schedule with lots of flexibility to accommodate for pet care! I predominantly operate based on the pet owner’s preferences and expectations for how they prefer their pet to be cared for, typically working in close contact with the owner if issues arise. I make sure to work carefully and such that no pet comes to be in a dangerous situation.
About: I've had pets my whole life. I currently have a ball python, but I grew up caring for multiple dogs, 2 cats and some guinea pigs. I have also worked in a vet clinic caring for animals that were being boarded there, and have been a pet sitter for pets of my friends and family. I have experience with senior pets who need extra care, as well as experience administer oral and topical medications to pets. I also have experience administering injected medications to humans and am happy to learn how to administer your pets' injected medication if needed. My schedule is flexible on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I often have short-term obligations those days, but can work around those to make sure your pet gets seen when needed (up to 3 times). I have time available for dog walks and drop-ins in the mornings and evenings, as well as one in the afternoon. On Saturdays, I am available for walks and drop-ins in the morning and the afternoon, but not in the evening (after 3pm). For overnight stays, I would be available to stay in your home from 5pm to 7:30am. I care for a pet snake that includes feeding and changing his water bowl, as well as enclosure cleanings. I have cared for cats that include administering medications, cleaning litter boxes, brushing them, and giving food and water. For dogs, I have given medication, helped a senior dog who did not have stable use of his hind legs, have done regular grooming, and have provided walks, food, and water.
“Hannah was so good with my shy, anxious cats! With each visit she kept me thoroughly updated on how much they ate, whether they seemed nervous or more comfortable, and what she had done for them (open or close windows, refill their water fountain, etc.), with pictures included, so that I never had to worry whether something was forgotten. I felt very assured that my cats were in good hands, and indeed returned to find them happy, healthy, and well-fed.”
