About: My aunts and friends have always had dogs, so growing up I had a lot of experience with a wide variety of animals. I’ve helped my aunt train her excited Chocolate Lab puppy, taken care of my friend’s barky, 11 pound Mini Pinscher while they were away, and helped feed, walk, and play with my own household’s anxious, raw diet mut, Sheila. I know how to love and take care of any type of dog—from loudly outgoing to shy! I just finished my sophomore year of college and am looking to help care for anyone’s pets this summer. My schedule is open, so I am flexible to visit your pet whenever you need! I will gladly take your dog on a nice long walk and play with them around your backyard to release any pent up energy! Inside, I’m also up for playing with toys and giving lots of pets!

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life, and have owned dogs and cats for the past 30 years. I can administer medications, and have experience with senior dogs and cats. I have flexibility in my hours and can do overnight or drop in visits. I am recently retired, I have a very flexible schedule and can work with you on the times that best work for you and your pets. Flexibility is key, and I can provide loving care for your pet in your home, whether it is spending the night or making visits during the day.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. I was raised with Labs, Golden Retrievers, Doodles, and mixed breeds, and I currently have a pit mix of my own. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk, stopping by to check on your cat, or caring for your pet while you’re away, my goal is always the same: to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. While I work everyday during the day, I have time in the evenings and all day on the weekends to either take your little ones for walks or feed them or play with them. My dog is allowed on any couch or bed, she doesn’t have many restrictions other than jumping on tables, she sleeps on our bed or the guest bed depending on her mood lol. When it comes to sitting at your house, I will make sure your pup stays on their routine and follows any house rules that are in place!

About: I have a great amount of experience with animals. I have cared for Bunnies,Rats, Birds, Reptiles, Cats and dogs as well. I’m familiar with treating senior dogs and cats. As well as younger animals. I’ve had animals my entire life. Starting May 15th. I will have a flexible availability. I would fit pet sitting into my daily/ weekly routine but ensuring all animals are fed and have water. I will give them some play time. If walks are needed I will ensure I arrive earlier to give any dogs walks. I have two cats. Athena and Vixen Both girls are on a strict routine. They get fed wet food twice a day and dry food once. Their wet food includes multivitamins, probiotics and allergy medications. Both cats have separate diets that best suit their needs. I ensure all things for them are done before starting my day. e.i Litterboxes, water refills, medications, food and play time. Upon arriving home I greet them and play for about 30min-1hr.

About: I’ve been taking care of family dogs as well as those of friends, neighbours, and extended family for about 15 years. I’m a lover of dogs of all sizes and breeds, and doing activities from walking, hiking, running, playing and even just chilling on the couch! Over the last couple of years I’ve been watching a few different senior dogs over night for long periods of time, providing medications and other remedies they may need. I’m currently between jobs so I am currently free Monday through Sunday, morning, noon or night for both day time care as well as overnight stays with any furry friends. I am currently living just outside of Burlington in a fenced in back yard with one 9 year old pug named Duke. I have enough space here for your pet to run around and play either solo or with my dog. I at this point do not have the capacity for overnight stays but am working on creating a space where that can be possible! In regards to other care, I am able to stay over night, check in daily or even just walk your pet when needed! I have a car so I can meet just about anywhere and take your pet on little adventures if desired. I love to stay active so playing, walking, hiking, running and swimming are some of my favourite activities to do! However if needed I can kick my feet up and be a homebody for the more lazy pups.

About: I’ve grown up caring for pets and currently have a dog and two cats back home, so I understand the daily responsibility and love they require. Having cared for an animal with a disease, I also know the importance of proper treatment and attention. I bring this same level of dedication to every pet I look after, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well-cared for on every walk. I’m currently a university student doing research this summer. I have free time in the afternoons and evenings! The weekends are also pretty available for me! I have quite a bit of time to play with your pup/kitty! I will give your pets speciality care! I am a calm and caring person and will make sure that your animal is in the best hands. In my home I ensure that my dog has ample walks each day because I understand how important physical activity is for animals, and I will devote the upmost attention to your pets as well!

About: In the last decade+ I've taken care of half a dozen dogs and nearly a dozen cats for friends and through word-of-mouth, including a very senior chihuahua who was blind and deaf and needed diapers changed. I always had cats and dogs around growing up, including two difficult dogs from shelters who had issues. I live with an energetic pit-lab mix, and my parents' three rescue cats are still my sweeties. In the past I volunteered at an animal shelter, helping to socialize cats and walk dogs. I hike every day if I can, so if your dog enjoys vigorous exercise on trails, I can provide that too! I'm an adjunct college professor and freelance writer, so my work is part-time or sporadic, with much of it being done at home. If I'm available, I'll have plenty of time to linger and give attention to your pets! I'll follow your lead on what situations you're comfortable with for your pet, in terms of where I bring your dog for a walk, how they interact with other animals and people, etc.

About: I have spent my whole life with pets and love to spend time with animals! I've been pet sitting the past 10 years part-time for friends, family and neighbors. I work remotely, allowing for flexibility for dog walks and house sitting. I work remotely and my schedule is relatively flexible, so I'm available for walks, drop in or house sitting pretty easily! With a little notice, I can work from your home and care for pets full-time, or stop by for walks as needed. I don't currently have any pets of my own, so your pet(s) will get all my attention. I like to communicate with the owners ahead of time to discuss their pet's schedule and needs (food, meds, length of walk, etc.)

About: I have been helping out friends and family with pet sitting for years. I enjoy being outside and staying active, love all animals, and am familiar with administrating medicine to older felines but am willing to learn for dogs/other breeds as well! I work part time as a server as well as a nanny. I have a rather flexible schedule and will be happy to meet clients in the middle with the frequency of potty breaks etc. I have worked with animals of all sizes and am capable of walking large dogs as well as putting them in their crates if needed. About: I have actively been taking care of dogs since I was a teenager, and in doing so I have worked with a variety of breeds, sizes, and dog of different ages. My manner of minding focuses on building a connection with the dog while uniquely understanding the breed and the specific needs they may need met. I'm very active and thus great with dogs who are looking to get in shape or have high energy levels. I have experience working with dogs who have been abused or neglected and re-socialising them. My home is large enough for multiple dogs of many sizes to be comfortable in as well as a short walk away from multiple parks. Both mornings as well nights are currently available Monday-Sunday.
