About: My family has had dogs since I was 14. Out first dog was a German Shepard and second a German Shepard/Husky mix. Currently my Sheppard Husky mix resides in North Carolina staying with my mother as we were worried how he would do with a big move. I have always loved dogs and their companionship. It would be a privilege to take care of another’s fur baby. I currently have the sweetest little dachshound that I rescued in September of 2024 and we have been inseparable ever since, he is truly my child. I take my dog Beanie on longer walks about 2x a day and shorter ones through the day. I am mostly available on Fridays and weekends and after 5pm on Monday - Thursday My yard is not fenced in but there are many dog parks and safe places to play in my neighborhood. I also make sure to take any dog in my care to a safe place where they are able to get the exercise they need.if they are not recall trained dogs will be kept on leashes long enough to still run and play safely!

About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. I was a dogsled guide so have experience with a lot of dogs with different personalities. I’m living downtown but I have a car and am excited to give some love to your pets!! Im working part time and am very flexible when it comes to providing love to your furry friends! I’d be more than happy to do drop ins, overnights or daily/weekly dog walks! As always, it depends on the pets individual needs but Im a very active person who enjoys taking dogs for long walks and runs and accommodating their needs! I have a car so can travel to your dog and also drive them to fun new places (rail trails and hikes).

Each hike ranges from 2-5 miles, so your dog comes home truly satisfied and pleasantly tired— not just a little restless and ready for more. Give your dog the adventure they’ve been waiting for! I am available Monday through Friday between 3pm and 6pm for walks as well as Saturday and Sundays for boarding or walks throughout the day. I have three dogs that love to play with other dogs and exploring the many different mountains here in Vermont. I grew up always having at least six dogs among many other animals so adding more dogs to the pack for the day or weekend isn’t that big a deal. I just want to be able to give someone else’s dog a fun time because all dogs deserve to run around sniffling whatever their hearts desire. Most importantly if your dog is going to board in our home, they MUST be house trained. i know it can be hard to get out during the week for working pawrents. While I don't have a fenced yard your pets will be safe. I make sure to leash any dog before opening the door. I also make sure to take any dog in my care to a safe place where they are able to get the exercise they need.if they are not recall trained dogs will be kept on leashes long enough to still run and play safely!
About: I grew up on a farm around all kinds of animals, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve loved and cared for many dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have a flexible schedule as I am in between jobs right now and have plenty of availability for pet care, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I try to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routines. Whether I’m caring for pets in their home or mine, I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, play, affection, and a calm environment. I also understand how important communication is, so I like to keep owners updated with photos and check-ins while they’re away.
About: I have a cat at home and have experience walking my grandparents small dogs. Over the summer I watched my friends hamster for a week. I am currently a student home for the summer and looking for dog or cat sittings. I'm available all week with only a few vacations in June and July! I care for pets with a level of detail and care. I want the pets to feel comfortable, happy, cared for and safe with me.

“Deborah is absolutely great with our dog. We have left our dog with her a few times and been pleased every time. She does a great job making sure he gets plenty of exercise as well as snuggle time and gives plenty of updates. She has a fenced in yard, which is absolutely great for exercising our dog! We left our dog with Deborah during a long vacation, and when we went to take him home he did not want to leave her house. Will absolutely bring Tucker back again if ever needed!”

“Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time.
