“I cannot say enough positive things about Ben! We had to take a 4 day trip out of town and needed someone who was very responsible to stay at our house since we have a unique pet situation. You see, we have 3 adult dogs, a cat and a litter of 6 week old puppies. Ben rose to the challenge and took such great care of all of our babies. He loved them as if they were his own and made sure they were well taken care of. I came home to extremely happy pets and a very clean house. He asked good questions and obviously cares for animals and wants them to be happy with the routine they are used to. About: 2+ years as a full-time veterinary assistant at a small animal emergency hospital. 2 years as an employee at a doggie daycare & boarding facility. Over 5,000 hours as a pet-sitter for family and friends. I currently work full-time from Monday through Thursday, and I am available to walk dogs or pet-sit on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I work at a small animal emergency hospital with employee kennels, so I can also take your dog(s) to work with me during the weekdays if necessary. I generally provide 30-60 minute walks twice per day along with potty breaks every 2-4 hours. As a veterinary assistant, I am comfortable administering medications and providing at-home medical/supportive care if needed.
