“Tess is a rockstar!! We have 3 SHY senior special-needs cats who need all kinds of complicated care. They needed a combination of special diet food / thorough supervision throughout mealtime to ensure everyone gets the right thing, powdered meds mixed with food, transdermal medications applied to the ear, and antibiotics out of a syringe, in addition to all of the typical work that goes into cat sitting. It’s always hard to find someone we can trust with their safety with that level of care needed, but we saw that Tess had experience with senior kitties, administering multiple kinds of medications, caring for feral cats, and her own cats at home. That’s the best you can hope for! True to her word, Tess did a beautiful job taking care of all of their needs, and even went the extra mile to give the last round of several medications when we let her know we were happy to take care of the final day to give her a break. She took extra time to make sure she could establish trust with them first and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. Somehow, after medicating really shy and medication-averse cats, she left 3 happy, safe kitties after her care. Couldn’t recommend Tess any more highly, and we would be thrilled to have Tess back again any time!!”

“Sukhpran did a fabulous job caring for our diabetic cat while we were out of town for 5 days. She has excellent communication skills and is very reliable. She is caring and detail oriented and helps anxious pet owners as much as the pet! Before we left: Sukhpran came to meet our cat, who forms very quick decisions about new people; he took to her immediately and didn't blink when she gave him his injection. While we were away: She sent photos or a video during each visit. She didn't just feed and leave, she took time to play. She also took care of my plants. When we returned: Our cat was calm and happy, and my plants were healthy and huge! Mail and packages were neatly stacked, litter robot was given an extra empty, so we didn't have to when we returned. I highly recommend Sukhpran; she exceeded our expectations and truly allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing Finnegan was in good hands.”

About: I've been around dogs since I was a child, and I see them as part of the family. I got my first dog when I was eleven, but our house grew and grew with multiple dogs, and I currently help care for my family's six dogs. In addition, my parents and I have fostered dogs together, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and backgrounds, including those who needed extra patience, structure, and reassurance while adjusting to new environments. I have years of experience dog sitting for family, friends, and neighbors, including overnight stays, feeding routines, walks, playtime, and giving my full affection and attention. I also take the time to get to know each pet's personality so I know how to respond appropriately to their needs and comfort levels. Communication is key, so I always provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind. About: I have been my friends and some families go to house and pet sitter for a very long time. While I mostly have experience with cats and dogs I like to take care of all pets. I like to take pictures to catch the funny moments. While I am in school this give good flexibility for dropins/walking and overnight stays letting me easily fit into you and your pets schedule. While I can't take care of your pet in my home, I can do house sitting and dropins/walks. I am familiar with complex nutrition requirements for different animals as well.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. I was raised with Labs, Golden Retrievers, Doodles, and mixed breeds, and I currently have a pit mix of my own. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk, stopping by to check on your cat, or caring for your pet while you’re away, my goal is always the same: to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. While I work everyday during the day, I have time in the evenings and all day on the weekends to either take your little ones for walks or feed them or play with them. My dog is allowed on any couch or bed, she doesn’t have many restrictions other than jumping on tables, she sleeps on our bed or the guest bed depending on her mood lol. When it comes to sitting at your house, I will make sure your pup stays on their routine and follows any house rules that are in place!

About: I have experience working with dogs of all ages, l’m comfortable administering medications—I definitely have a soft spot for dogs with special needs! I have three dogs of my own and always travel with my smallest one, Meera, a 9lb chi mix who is very quiet and well behaved. I work at a doggie daycare four days a week so Friday through Sunday I’d be out of the house for about 8 hours a day. I am the lucky mama of three sweet rescue dogs named Jelly Bean, Frankie, and Meera. They are highly socialized due to the nature of my work and they join me for house sitting and pet care. A typical day includes frequent potty breaks/play sessions outside followed by low-energy training and relaxation, inside or out (weather dependent).

About: I worked at an animal shelter for 3 years caring for animals of all ages providing all levels of medical assistance or care that was needed. I’ve fostered sick or orphaned kittens and administered medications and nursed them back to health. I was an intern for a Humane Officer investigating cases of neglect or cruelty, I have a deep passion and love for helping animals! I work full time from 8-4, but I can stop by in the mornings and spend the evenings there if need be! I can also have pretty flexible availability on weekends! I will directly follow your needs or instructions on how you want your animal taken care of! I offer a lot of affection and attention and will make sure to socialize with them and treat them like my own!
