“My very active doggy immediately connected with Allison and Allison kept up with her energy level. That’s not easy! I would definitely call upon her again if I’m going out of town.”

“Fiona was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to book her again! My miniature poodle, Romeo, loved her! She communicates frequently and sends photos to the dog’s parents. I am grateful to have found such a good caretaker for my doggy and trustworthy pet and house sitter. Thank you Fiona!”

“Sophie stayed with our Border Collie and 2 cats while we were gone and she was truly wonderful. She gave our pup good long walks and her calm presence even managed to coax our very skittish cat to come out of hiding. She sent lots of pictures and updates, which we really appreciated. We don't leave the animals often, so when we do, it's very comforting to know that they're in good hands. She also left the house in perfect shape. We highly recommend Sophie!”

“Sala was great with our puppy! She walked and played with him and left our apartment so clean and nice. It was great knowing that our little guy was in such great hands and it was so nice coming home to toys put away, dog treats refilled, and clean lick mats and dog bowls.”

“Molly was great with our dog, who can be a bit quirky at times. She was communicative and left our house in terrific shape. Most importantly our pup was extremely well cared for while we were away!”

“Whitney took wonderful care of our cats and lizards! She was very communicative, sending frequent pictures and updates and responding quickly when we wrote. Our pets and our house were in excellent, trustworthy hands, and we are so grateful!”

“Brooke took great care of our kitty, Sox, while we were away. We got photos of their activities together! Brooke was reliable and responsive to messages. Our house was exactly as it was when we left. She even washed the sheets, which was appreciated since we got home at 2am. Would highly recommend Brooke to care for your pet and look forward to having her here again.”

“Zander was amazing with our two pugs. He was kind, positive, and flexible with our schedule. Daily pictures were reassuring that everything was going well. The pugs loved their daily walks and snuggles. I could tell they were very happy with Zander.”

About: Growing up in rural Vermont, my household was equal parts animals and humans. From an early age, I learned the care and attention that goes into caring for pets from the time they are an energetic puppy to well into their silver years. I’m well equipped to handle potting training, medication feeding, and leash pulling. Fun fact! My first job was as a neighborhood dog walker and my catch phrase was “Lydia B walking” because my last name starts with a B! I'm currently a student and I'm most available during the mornings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Depending on the distance and public transit accessibility, I could be more available! When it comes to caring for other people’s pets, I treat every pet like they’re my own. Which means making sure they are happy, healthy, and safe even after walk time is over. I understand and fully respect that your pet is part of your home and as such, I will follow every aspect of your (and their) routine. In your home, I will make sure doors, gates, and crates are secure, and I always leave things just the way I found them (or better!). I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, and I’ll keep you in the loop with plenty of updates, pics, and funny moments along the way. You can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands—and probably having a blast.
