About: I grew up on a farm around all kinds of animals, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve loved and cared for many dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have a flexible schedule as I am in between jobs right now and have plenty of availability for pet care, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I try to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routines. Whether I’m caring for pets in their home or mine, I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, play, affection, and a calm environment. I also understand how important communication is, so I like to keep owners updated with photos and check-ins while they’re away.

About: I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs. I live in a quiet neighborhood nice for walking and exercising the dogs. I was a dogsled guide so have experience with a lot of dogs with different personalities. I’m self-employed and work from home, so I’m with my two huskies all day, with constant indoor/outdoor time and regular neighborhood walks. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs. I live in a quiet neighborhood very friendly for walking dogs and exercising the dogs.

About: I believe dogs and cats are little angels who heal the world, and they all deserve the very best care. I’ve been a lifelong animal lover, with experience raising my own pup as well as caring for friends’ dogs—from playful puppies to sweet seniors who sometimes need medication and extra patience. I’ve self-studied topics like positive reinforcement, crate and potty training, puppy socialization etc. I’m home full time and my wife is working from home half of the week, so your furry baby will get lots of attention, companionship, and love. If your pup loves the outdoors, we’ll play in our big fenced yard. If they’re more of a homebody, I’ll happily keep them cozy indoors. And yes—dogs are always welcome on the bed if they’d like to snuggle! Our dog Mocha (18lb poodle and just turned 9) is very friendly with small dogs. He especially enjoys poodle mixes, terriers and some long-hair breeds (funny!) and normally he’s not a fan of large dogs. A meet & greet is always the best way to make sure everyone feels comfortable. We also have a gentle and calm cat who grew up around dogs—he does well as long as visiting pups don’t chase or bark at him.

“Will watched our girl Darla while we were on vaca and she was in an unfamiliar setting. He did a wonderful job and connected so well with our pup. She is a pretty laid back girl and his quiet energy was perfect. She had her walks, her dinner, play time and he even comforted her through a bad thunderstorm. It makes me wish I could hire him all the time! If we come back to this neck of the woods I wouldn’t hesitate to book Will again.”

About: Growing up in rural Vermont, my household was equal parts animals and humans. From an early age, I learned the care and attention that goes into caring for pets from the time they are an energetic puppy to well into their silver years. I’m well equipped to handle potting training, medication feeding, and leash pulling. Fun fact! My first job was as a neighborhood dog walker and my catch phrase was “Lydia B walking” because my last name starts with a B! I'm currently a student and I'm most available during the mornings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Depending on the distance and public transit accessibility, I could be more available! When it comes to caring for other people’s pets, I treat every pet like they’re my own. Which means making sure they are happy, healthy, and safe even after walk time is over. I understand and fully respect that your pet is part of your home and as such, I will follow every aspect of your (and their) routine. In your home, I will make sure doors, gates, and crates are secure, and I always leave things just the way I found them (or better!). I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, and I’ll keep you in the loop with plenty of updates, pics, and funny moments along the way.
