“Julian and Jocelyn are the most wonderful hosts Brooklyn has ever had! My baby Brooklyn recently stayed with them for almost a week. From the moment we met for a meet-n-greet, I was completely comfortable with Julian and Jocelyn which is rare for me. I think it was a combination of their apparent genuine love for dogs, their experience with dealing with different personalities of dogs, and the fact that they asked very specific and thoughtful questions about Brooklyn, that put my mind completely at ease. During the stay, they spent lots of quality time with Brooklyn, took her to the park regularly, and had plenty of cuddle time with her. I was afraid that Brooklyn would not want to come home afterwards! As well, Julian and Jocelyn were very attentive to Brooklyn, sent very detailed updates about Brooklyn's day and when they noticed Brooklyn was licking her romp a little more than usual they immediately brought it to my attention. In addition to being great hosts to Brooklyn, this couple was also more than accommodating with drop off and pick up. I was traveling to an area with impending threat of Hurricane Mathew and my travel plan was up in the air the day before my planned departure. Julian and Jocelyn were totally understanding and remained flexible with the drop off and pick up time/ date which was super helpful. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about this couple as they have been amazing throughout this experience. In fact, this has been the first trip during which I have not had some kind of panic attacks due to lack of communication with Brooklyn's host, which makes the vacation that much better. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to leave Brooklyn with this couple again, and highly, highly recommend them to other dog parents. That is, of course, when they don't book them when I need to leave Brooklyn with them :).”

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals from farm animals to house pets. I have owned many dogs and cats in the past and now. I currently have 2 huskies and 2 cats of which I completely take care of. I also have work experience when I had a job in Texas working at a doggy daycare, I learned basic training methods along with gaining the proper experience to understand dog behavior. I have a relatively open schedule, I do work two other part time jobs one being mostly night time shift and the other is whenever I choose to work. Please know I try my best to help anyone even last minute requests, but sometimes I may not be available if asked to late! I always am happy to try to be available for everyone. This makes me pretty much 24/7 available, but it’s usually best if you schedule at least a few days to a week in advance. Prices for all of my services are not negotiable, depending on the service/details. To ease your comfort I offer a free meet-and-greet visit before any paid service is handled. This isn’t required before services, and I’m usually confident enough to go without one, but it can help answer any questions you have and ensure your pet is comfortable with me. If issues were to arise while I take care of your pets their safety is the first priority to me. I will be gentle and patient with any pet cared for.

“Sukhpran did a fabulous job caring for our diabetic cat while we were out of town for 5 days. She has excellent communication skills and is very reliable. She is caring and detail oriented and helps anxious pet owners as much as the pet! Before we left: Sukhpran came to meet our cat, who forms very quick decisions about new people; he took to her immediately and didn't blink when she gave him his injection. While we were away: She sent photos or a video during each visit. She didn't just feed and leave, she took time to play. She also took care of my plants. When we returned: Our cat was calm and happy, and my plants were healthy and huge! Mail and packages were neatly stacked, litter robot was given an extra empty, so we didn't have to when we returned. I highly recommend Sukhpran; she exceeded our expectations and truly allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing Finnegan was in good hands.”

I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a toddler. I currently have an almost 1-year old big goofy catahoula leopard/pitbull mix. I routinely dog sit for extended family and I have fostered for a local dog rescue. One of my favorite activities is taking a dog for a nice neighborhood walk or an active hike. If your dog comes here for a stay, they are treated as a member of the family. They’re welcome to lounge on the couch and we even love to bring them on outings with us if your dog would enjoy it. I’m a full time mom so I have a fairly flexible schedule for adding in dog walks. If your dog is ok with kiddos joining, I can be even more accommodating. About: I have always been around dogs and other pets since I was a baby, and have always loved and cherished them. As an adult we have raised and taken care of three cats and dogs. While in the military for 10 years, I was responsible for taking care of many other pets, especially dogs, for other service members while they traveled or deployed. My dog Nigel and I tend to make fast friends with any other dogs we meet! I recently got out of the military, and moved back home to Vermont. I am currently not working, and will be working on online college courses from home for the foreseeable future. We are also about 5 minutes away from a beautiful dog park and miles of nature trails that we try to go to every day.

I provide lots of patience, affection and exercise for all animals. We go out 3-4 times per day for walks and potty breaks. Always active and attentive. Please let me know about anything your pet needs to feel safe and happy. The more information the better. I can handle separation anxiety and other behavioral issues but prefer to know ahead of time. Please make sure your pet is treated for fleas/ticks. If your baby has a history of indoor urination, please provide diapers/belly bands. Happy to accommodate all ages and stages. I truly enjoy the company of animals and also like to walk often. Being in the park and exercising helps lift my spirits. My dog has improved my life in many ways and he makes me a better human. Pets are given a cool, calm and comfy environment. Plenty of walks and free access to filtered water. (Treats also, if owners request/permit). I am almost obsessively neat and always treat my customers’ homes with respect. My goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible. Scrupulous about keeping your home secure while you are away. I ask that you leave clear and detailed instructions to maintain a safe & secure home. Also, for long term services, I do not mind bringing in mail, putting trash/recycle bins out.

About: I’ve been taking care of all sorts of animals since I was young. Walking, training and feeding dogs… scooping litter boxes, feeding and playing with cats… almost anything you can imagine when it comes to pet care! I’ve handled young puppies all the way to senior dogs (and kittens to cats as well). I’ve learned how to potty train and administer medication to the pets who need it. I’m currently looking for some extra work to save up for a place of my own. At the moment, I work morning shifts (5-12). Im looking for afternoon or overnight shifts! This could include walking, feeding, or a play and potty break! Pets in my house are treated with the most love and care I can provide. Lots of playtime and sometimes naps when both needed. I’m confident in my ability to handle anything needed from my clients and to take care of your animals as if they were my own. I would fit pet sitting into my daily/ weekly routine but ensuring all animals are fed and have water. I will give them some play time. If walks are needed I will ensure I arrive earlier to give any dogs walks. I have two cats. Athena and Vixen Both girls are on a strict routine. They get fed wet food twice a day and dry food once. Their wet food includes multivitamins, probiotics and allergy medications. Both cats have separate diets that best suit their needs. I ensure all things for them are done before starting my day. e.i Litterboxes, water refills, medications, food and play time. Upon arriving home I greet them and play for about 30min-1hr.

“Had a great experience booking daily walks for three days with Jenna. Had to book super last minute and she was kind enough to accept and be flexible with us. She provided a rover card for each walk showing how far and long they walked as well as if my dog pooped 1-2x which was rlly helpful for me. jenna also went the extra mile of feeding him and making sure he ate after his walks while also keeping him company for a good amount of time afterwards too. All of which was rlly appreciated, well communicated, and shows how much she cares! I also received a daily picture which I looked forward to everyday :) not many dog walkers would do all of this but she did. Also, it was rlly important that my dog goes on a 30 min walk once every 24 h or else he won’t eat and starts throwing up from starving himself and she responsibly did show up within the asked/ flexible time frame:) Would book another walk with her in the future”
About: I’ve had dogs around my entire life! Currently I have two pups of my own, a black lab and a Belgian Malinois! Whatever needs you have I’m confident I can handle! I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule to help accommodate, I do not work weekends. I work in St. Albans so I have a wide range between my home and work place. I live on the lake in Franklin so my dogs get plenty of outdoor time! Between swimming and daily walks. I have lots of enrichment activities for pups as my Malinois requires physical and mental activities! I crate one of our dogs so I can accommodate any type of care for your pet.

About: I am currently living in South Burlington, VT and looking to help those who need it. I think it's important to socialize your dog but more importantly to be able to give it the care it needs each day. I have a big car, purposefully for pups to take them to the lake, park or mountain! I am a 2 minute drive from Red Rocks and Oakledge. In addition, I have a bathing unit here and I am able to wash, clean or freshen up your pup! I also have a 3.5 month old cattle dog puppy, female. She is very loving and friendly. If it is allowed, I would love to let her join but understand if it would not be a good situation.

“Julian and Jocelyn are the most wonderful hosts Brooklyn has ever had! My baby Brooklyn recently stayed with them for almost a week. From the moment we met for a meet-n-greet, I was completely comfortable with Julian and Jocelyn which is rare for me. I think it was a combination of their apparent genuine love for dogs, their experience with dealing with different personalities of dogs, and the fact that they asked very specific and thoughtful questions about Brooklyn, that put my mind completely at ease. During the stay, they spent lots of quality time with Brooklyn, took her to the park regularly, and had plenty of cuddle time with her. I was afraid that Brooklyn would not want to come home afterwards! As well, Julian and Jocelyn were very attentive to Brooklyn, sent very detailed updates about Brooklyn's day and when they noticed Brooklyn was licking her romp a little more than usual they immediately brought it to my attention. In addition to being great hosts to Brooklyn, this couple was also more than accommodating with drop off and pick up. I was traveling to an area with impending threat of Hurricane Mathew and my travel plan was up in the air the day before my planned departure. Julian and Jocelyn were totally understanding and remained flexible with the drop off and pick up time/ date which was super helpful. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about this couple as they have been amazing throughout this experience. In fact, this has been the first trip during which I have not had some kind of panic attacks due to lack of communication with Brooklyn's host, which makes the vacation that much better. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to leave Brooklyn with this couple again, and highly, highly recommend them to other dog parents. That is, of course, when they don't book them when I need to leave Brooklyn with them :).”

About: As a lifelong animal lover with years of experience, I have had the pleasure of caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My experience spans from handling playful puppies to providing tender care for senior pets from friends and family for over five years. I am free this July until August and otherwise I will be going to UVM this fall so my availability will vary based on my schedule.
