About: I've taken care of stray cats. When I moved to Austin, I decided to pet sit. I had great experiences with pet sitting cats and dogs. I enjoy taking care of cats. I enjoy walking dogs. I keep communication with pictures and updates. I can administer medication, keep them on a routine, and play and cuddle with them. I know it's important to take care of your lovely fur babies! I've gained so much exposure through another pet sitting site. I have maintained a stellar 5-star throughout my pet sitting journey. I do pet sitting for fun! I have started petsitting, besides the stray cats I used to take care of. My schedule is updated constantly. My schedule is open to Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am a reliable pet sitter. About: I know it's hard to leave your pets at home while you're away so I build TRUST with my clients from the start. Experience w/ Cats, dogs bunnies, hamsters, birds, fish.I currently have two cats of my own that are my children & our German shepherd sadly passed away last year- but I'm good with big dogs that are trained well! I am an entrepreneur, so I have a flexible work schedule and can tend to your pets almost any time of day, with my requested booking notice. I am available for drop in visits or overnight stays in your home. I'm happy to make sure your home is safe, your plants are watered, etc. in addition to taking care of your fur-child! I have my own means of transportation to get to your place, no problem-o! I currently cannot take care of any pet in my own home.

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was a young child. Always having dogs and cats of my own to care for, my friends and family have always relied on me to sit their fur babies when they are away. Recently I pet sat for a litter of puppies and a momma doggie. I had to make specialty food gruel for the puppies and monitor momma to make sure she was healthy. I helped the puppies nurse and always made sure they had fresh bedding (since they poop all over). I also had to care for another male dog in the same house and make sure he was kept away from the room that the momma and puppies were in. It was such an amazing experience and I would love to do it again. I also volunteer at the Austin Animal Shelter (Austin Pets Alive), where I work in the parvovirus unit working with extremely sick puppies. I administer oral medication, clean up their poop, do daily feedings and have experinece in IV treatments. I also volunteer in the cat unit helping sick and injured cat rehabilitate giving oral and IV medication, cleaning wounds and feedings. My belated kitty, Morrisis, was a senior cat, who in his later years, became paralyzed from the waist down. I did daily physical therapy with him, built him specialized litter boxes and a set of wheels to get around with. I also had to clean his wounds and poop off of his rear end, since he no longer had control of his bladder. I administered CBD to help with pain management. There is a special place in my heart for sick animals and I give them just as much love as every animal deserves, which is all of my love. I my free time, I foster stray cats in my neighborhood, taking them to their first vet appointments, getting shots and managing any sickness they may have. I foster them myself until I can find a suitable forever home for them. My work schedule is typically 10am-3-30pm. This allows me to drop in for visits and walks before my full time job, as well as multiple times afterwards. On my days off I am more than happy to house sit, or take care of your fur babies in your house for a couple days. I will post my schedule 2 weeks in advance. When I am in my clients home, I allow supervised playtime outside and will keep your pup entertained. In the heat of Texas summers I will minimize outside play time and play with your pup more inside so they do not get over heated, unless you request otherwise. I do multi-daily walks around the neighborhood to stretch your pups legs. I keep a close inventory on any medications the animal may have and stick to the correct time for administering medication/ wound treatment. Meal time is usually on a schedule, unless you free feed, and I will always make sure there is cold fresh water available for your fur babies (cats and dogs alike). For kitties, I will engage them in playtime and try to get out their zoomies so they do not tear up furniture, unless they are sick or injured.

About: I’ve always loved animals and currently care for one cat and a Rottweiler/Shepherd mix. With my dog, I’ve worked with professional trainers to reinforce positive behavior, structure, and consistent routines. This experience has helped me become comfortable handling dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I work a 9–5 job from home, which gives me flexibility throughout the day to care for pets. I’m also an early riser, so I’m available for morning visits, midday check-ins, and evening care. With my schedule, I’m able to provide consistent attention and make sure pets stay on their normal routine. If possible, I ask for 1–2 days’ notice so I can block my calendar and give your pet the time and care they deserve. I’m always happy to help ensure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. When caring for pets in their home, my priority is always their safety, comfort, and routine. I make sure dogs are always securely leashed during walks and do not allow off-leash play unless the owner has specifically approved it or we are in a fully enclosed, safe area. During walks, I’m very mindful of safety and surroundings. I keep the dog positioned on the inside of the sidewalk while I walk on the outside, creating a protective barrier between them and the street or passing distractions. I also make sure to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, or simply giving them companionship. My goal is to make pets feel relaxed, secure, and well cared for while you’re away

About: Do you have a dachshund that you’re nervous to leave in someone else’s care because of how unique they are? I completely understand. I was the same way with mine. Dachshunds have their own little quirks, and their backs require some extra care. I know how important it is to have someone who understands how to properly pick them up and why you don’t want them constantly jumping off beds or couches. My home has stairs leading up to both, so they can get where they want to go without putting unnecessary stress on their backs. My husband and I also work from home full-time with flexible jobs, so your Velcro pup won’t be left alone. I’m able to give them lots of attention, hang out with them throughout the day, and take them outside as many times as they need. 5–6 times a day? No worries! I’ve watched multiple dachshunds for friends I’ve met through our local dachshund meetup, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know each of them and their little personalities. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dachshund with someone else, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re in good hands. I decided to offer my services on Rover because I know what it’s like to be new to town and not have someone you trust to watch your dog. If you’re looking for someone who already understands dachshunds and all their little quirks, I’d love to meet you and your pup! My husband and I work from home every day, so we are at the beck and call of your pup! Whatever they need, I can provide: all day cuddles, potty outside breaks, mid-day walks… you name it. I have a knack for reading animal behavior- dogs have very clear warning signs when they’re on edge, shy, excited, etc. I will make sure your pet stays safe and comfortable and avoid any situations that may cause any doubt
