Noa is amazing!! She's kind, and considerate, and clearly loves animals. I have a big lab who pulls like crazy so I was a bit nervous about having her walk him, but she handled it very well and Cody had such a good time! She sent lots of great pictures, and was very punctual. Cody loves her so much and is sooo excited to go on walks with her. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole! She watched my dog Bronson for an entire week, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better person to care for him. She was incredibly attentive, loving, responsible, and communicative the entire time. I never once had to worry about whether he was okay I knew he was in such good hands. Bronson was clearly so comfortable and happy with her, which means everything to me. It’s not easy leaving your dog for that long, but Nicole gave me complete peace of mind and treated him like he was her own. I came home to a happy, well cared for boy, and I’m beyond grateful. Nicole is an absolute gem, and I would trust her with Bronson again without hesitation. Jean was great with my dog and our foster goldendoodle. He arrived on time and took good care of them. He followed my instructions perfectly. He communicated well and sent me cute pictures. He was patient with their quirks and he came on short notice when mo one else could. He was a lifesaver! I would recommend him and use him again without concern.
Connelley was so sweet and caring to Buck! Buck is very stubborn and likes to escape for attention so it was so nice to have someone so trustworthy and someone who paid attention to details/instructions so thoughtfully! I would absolutely recommend Connelley to anyone and everyone!
As usual, Brandi went above and beyond with Stevie Ray. She took him to a new park today where he got to explore and interact with other dogs. We didn’t ask her to deviate from his normal route, she just took him on an adventure which we so appreciate!!! I can’t say enough great things about Brandi!!! Stevie Ray just loves her and is always so happy to see her.
It only took a couple of minutes at the start of the pre-engagement meeting and for it to become clear to me that Zach is an excellent experienced dog handler. My own experience with dogs includes training Australian Shepherds for sheep herding competitions and I have qualified for national competition twice. My yardstick for rating a dog handler has a correspondingly higher bar. So along with my complement was that quick understanding that I didn’t need to know anything else and that my dog was is as safe hands as she could be in. People simply don’t reach Zach’s level of engaging with dogs without also demonstrating to the dog that the dog is in anything other than very safe hands and that doesn’t happen if it’s not actually true. So with my and the dog’s approval, Zach was hired and lived up to both mine and the dog’s expectations. No problem.
