About: I’ve been on Rover for a number of months now, had some experiences on the way but for the most part people love their pets and I love caring for them. Caring for your pet is a good way for me to get my steps in and I love getting to know their personalities. Open availability, I just have to schedule around my other responsibilities, I work from home and have a flexible schedule. Reach out and we’ll find something that works for the both of us! I will be arriving upon your location finding the nearest park and walking in the shadiest area possible, depending on your dog we could go to the nearest dog park and play off leash, all walks will be leashed, allowing the dog time to sniff and ponder.
“Very happy with the service that Cortney provided. She was attentive to my dog Kira. She provided a description of her visit and pictures. I would happily book with her again.”
About: I've dog sat since I was 13 for neighbors and friends. I'm extremely reliable and love animals. I've also taken care of cats as well. I've had a dog of my own since 2017 and she is first priority always. Spending time with her is very important to me and giving proper care. I take my dog on up to three mile walks multiple times weekly since I live in a apartment, plus all the cuddles and treats.
About: Hi! I’m Maia, and I’ve grown up around animals my ENTIRE life. I currently have 3 animals, an 8 year old Labrador and Retriever mix, an 11 year old Maltese and Poodle mix, and a 1.5 year old Tabby mix. While I’ve never had professional experience when it comes to caring for animals, I’ve never lived in a home where there wasn’t a dog, cat, or both around. I’m extremely passionate about caring for animals and I think that growing up around them has definitely had an influence on that. My family recently watched a puppy that belonged to my father’s coworker, and I was the main person in charge of him as I was the only one that had the ability to be home all day. I had so much fun with him, and I don’t discriminate in terms of what kind of dog you have, I love all dogs! One of my favorite breeds of dog is a Pitbull, which I know is controversial, but I don’t think you can base a dog’s character on their breed. We recently adopted our kitty, and he has made such a difference in our home! I absolutely love cats, and will care for yours as if he/she is my own! Same goes for dogs, although i do have a soft spot for kitties 😊 I do have a part-time job currently, and the shifts switch between morning and evening. last time i was on Rover, this was my full time job and i had no problem staying overnight, but now, i find that to be a bit more challenging. for now, i only really have time for drop-in visits, but i still absolutely love seeing their little faces throughout the day! i have experience with puppies, adult, and senior dogs, and i also have experience with administering oral medication to pets. i like to visit the pets ahead of time as well so i can meet them, and i always make sure they get their exercise in
“Regan was professional, and arrived promptly. She was super comfortable walking my two Weimaraners who are not always the easiest to handle. I would definitely book her again.”

About: I've taken care of the pets of friends and family since I was 10, beginning with my next door neighbors' german shepherd every weekend. Loved it so much, I ended up posting flyers around the neighborhood to expand :) As an adult, I've been a reliable caretaker for quick drop-ins, extended playtime/walks, house sitting, and even boarding friends' pets for several months at a time. Unfortunately, boarding is not currently an option as I do currently own a cat/best friend/supermodel, but housesitting is no problem at all since my partner loves her just as much as I do :) Growing up with border collies, I'm familiar with high energy dogs and some training techniques. When I was a kid, I taught one of our dogs, Bobby, how to run a full agility course at our neighborhood park. I typically can establish a good relationship with difficult dogs and LOVE seeing them improve. My parents' youngest dog is a bit unruly, but he's very trainable and I love the progress I've been able to make with him from my visits. (Totally bragging here.) Anytime I look for a petsitter for my cat (Astrid), my highest priority request is "please hang out with her as much as you can." Pets are family, and I'm happy to fulfill almost any needs your pets have. Genuinely, there is no request too demanding nor too silly for me. Love being able to exercise by going on a good long walk with a pup :) I'm currently unemployed, so I am always available unless otherwise specified! Young tech professional out of work, so I have plenty of free time! I can accommodate most needs on short notice. I'm happy to do multiple daily visits, walks, playtime, you name it. I'm comfortable using any leash/collar/harness combination as long as it is safe for your pet. I have to insist on keeping your dog on-leash at all times outside of your home/backyard, unless there is a specific secure location you have direct permission to enter. My top priority is your pet's safety and the safety of the people/pets outside of your home. Please disclose any history of aggression from your pet! I am comfortable administering oral medication but I'm not trained on administering injections. If you'd like to train me on the process for your pet, I'm not squeamish!
“Carrie is the best! She's my big dog's regular walker and he adores her! She's extremely friendly and trustworthy, and my dog is always tired out by the end of their walks! We love Carrie!”

“Raven is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! So far this is our second week with her walking Frankie and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Very professional, responsive and accommodating.”

“Megan helped us with walking our dog during the day when both of us were gone for work. She took amazing photos and left a detailed report of their time together on the report card. It gave me so much peace of mind as i started my in office job this week!”

About: Hola everyone! My name is Lyana, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience as a pet and house sitter companion. As someone who adores animals and has a knack for taking care of homes, this role has been a perfect fit for me. I've had the pleasure of caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and even some exotic animals. Each furry or feathery friend has brought so much joy into my life. One of the things I love most about being a pet and house sitter companion is the opportunity to build strong bonds with the animals I care for. Whether it's playing fetch with a lively pup or curling up on the couch with a purring cat, the love and companionship they provide is truly heartwarming. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that I'm making a positive impact on their lives while their family is away. In addition to the joy of spending time with animals, house sitting allows me to explore different neighborhoods and communities. I've had the chance to discover beautiful parks, scenic hiking trails, and charming local spots, all while ensuring the safety and security of the homes I'm entrusted with. It's like having a mini adventure every time I take on a new house sitting assignment. I enjoy engaging in stimulating conversations with the pets or providing a calm and peaceful environment through yoga and meditation, I strive to create a positive and enriching experience for both the animals and the home. Being a morning person, I love starting my day bright and early, ready to tackle any tasks that come my way. This allows me to provide the utmost care and attention to the pets and house, ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the owners' absence. Outside of my pet and house sitting duties, I have a passion for baking, hiking, traveling, and freelance work. These interests keep me inspired and motivated, and I'm always eager to share my experiences and tips with others. If you're in need of a reliable, responsible, and compassionate pet and house sitter companion, I would be honored to be of service. Rest assured that I will treat your pets and home with the utmost care and respect, providing them with the love and attention they deserve. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me to discuss your needs. Thank you! I'm currently available to boarding services, house/pet sit, and dog walking Mondays, Wednesdays, & Weekends. We are flexible with time & days! Reach out to discuss any details for my services offered. I follow the routine of your home. My love and care for the pets is to always welcome them and watch them joyfully interact and be fully engaged in their world :)
“I highly recommend Brandi for your pet care needs. She sent many of pictures and report cards so we could see first hand how much fun Lulu was having. She always gave Lulu a great walk often giving her extra time for their strolls. Great communication & quick to respond to messages. We would definitely book again!”
