About: ● Over the past 12+ years, caring for my rescue dog, Emory, and many other dogs has given me hands-on experience with dogs of all personalities, sizes, routines, and care needs. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions, giving medications, managing and following special diets & feeding routines, and adapting care for dogs with physical limitations or special routines. ● I pay close attention to body language and behavior, using patience and adjusting my approach to each dog’s comfort level. Whether a dog is confident and playful or shy and anxious, I let them move at their own pace and focus on building trust rather than forcing interactions or commands. Owners often tell me they're surprised by how quickly their typically reserved or anxious dogs warm up to me! ● Safety is always my top priority, so I'm very mindful of secure leash handling during walks, preventing escapes, monitoring interactions with people and other dogs, keeping anything they could eat or get into out of reach, and paying attention to the weather and each dog's energy level and physical abilities. ● I also take the time to notice changes in behavior or routine that could indicate a dog is feeling stressed, uncomfortable, or unwell. I'm communicative and will always keep you updated with how things are going and anything that needs your attention. ● I believe great pet care comes from being observant, patient, and treating every dog as an individual! ● I work from home with a flexible schedule, so aside from the occasional errands or plans, I'm home during the day & evening. ● Being home helps make it easy for me to stick to your dog's normal feeding schedule, medication times, potty routine, and any exercise or activity. ● Your dog gets plenty of companionship, attention, and frequent potty breaks all throughout the day instead of being left alone for long stretches. ● I'm open to last-minute requests so your pup isn't left high and dry! ● My home is a calm, comfortable place where dogs can relax and settle into a predictable routine. I intentionally host just one household at a time, so your dog can enjoy a low-stress stay without unfamiliar people or dogs coming and going. ● Dogs have access to a fully fenced yard and doggie door, and I can provide frequent potty breaks for dogs who don't use one. ● Emory is my 8 y/o rescue (and the calm, steady presence of our home!). He's incredibly tolerant and respectful of other dogs, whether they love to play, prefer their own space, or just enjoy quietly coexisting. He's submissive by nature, doesn't escalate interactions, and lets other dogs set the pace. ● For walks and drop-ins, I follow your instructions closely, respect your home, keep doors and gates secure, and maintain your dog's normal routine as closely as possible.

About: I have four dogs at home, a cat, and two tarantulas! Thus, i’ve had plenty of pet care-taking experience since I was a child! I take my dogs on walks, play with them, feed them, and offer cuddle time every day! I also have a cat, which goes the same for her too :) I can also take care of exotic pets, as I do so for my two tarantulas. I’m available to take care of your pets anytime besides Monday nights from 5:30-6:30pm. Otherwise, your convenience is my first priority. I can do overnight and even check on your pets in the early morning. My care is crafted around your time and needs. I prioritize safety, routine, and comfort in both my home and clients’ homes. I closely follow care instructions, maintain a clean environment, provide regular potty breaks, feeding, exercise, and ensure pets feel calm, secure, and well-supervised at all times. I can crate your dog as needed, play with them, let them out, etc.

About: Hello everyone!, my name is Dominique and I have always had a dog in my life. My earliest memories consist of watching and helping my dog give birth and raise 10 puppies when I was 4 years old. Volunteering at the Austin Animal Center as a teenager was a natural step in my love for animals. I walked the small dogs outside for bathroom breaks and playtime while keeping puppies occupied when their crates were getting cleaned. I also walked the large dogs from their suites to the group play area and supervised multiple large dogs’ interactions. My friends have been trusting me to care for their animals and homes for 7 years now, and I have absolutely loved it! My experience ranges from small dogs to big dogs, puppies to seniors, and I have administered oral medication numerous times. The longest I have house sat was a week straight and the most animals I have cared for at a time is 4. I can’t wait to meet you and your babies❤️ I am currently working part time as a babysitter so I have a lot of availability for walks, feeds, hangouts, play, and cuddles! I am available seven days a week for feedings, walks, and daytime care starting at 10:30 am and into the night. For housesitting visits, I can come and stay at your house Friday night, Saturday night, and holidays for overnight care. First of all, I respect, follow, and complete all written or spoken directions on how to care for your pet and take care of your house. A typical sitting appointment for me is being there to provide food/water, frequent bathroom breaks, outside play, inside play (if given permission), a walk around the neighborhood (if requested), and a movie night with unlimited cuddles 🥰. I believe that it’s important to follow your pets’ cues so if they need extra attention, I am there to play or run around and if they need more space/alone time, I give them that time adjust. While we are having nap/down time, I will complete any household task asked of me which can consist of gathering the mail, putting out trash cans, watering the plants, etc. My favorite part of this experience is forming a bond with clients both human and dog so you can feel comfortable leaving your home in a trusted person’s hands!

About: Hi yall! I’m Ellie! I’m 21 years old and just moved to Austin! Since leaving my home and pets in Arizona, there is a hole in my heart that I would love to fill again. I grew up on a farm and have always had dogs at home. I have several years of experience in animal care and I love taking dogs on walks. I have experience in taking care of several different breeds and all ages, I just love them all! I’m currently working part time and have very open ability every day, and I currently do not have any animals. My morning walks are very important to me and I would love a little company:) I have a fenced backyard and no animals currently. I have an open house and living room as well so no matter where we are there’s room to play and relax!

About: I have had pets my whole life, and absolutely love interacting with them. My skills vary from patience with younger pets, to helping the seniors stand and move. I am currently in between jobs so I have lots of free time to check in on furry friends. I am available starting 7am - 12pm. I am very good at following instructions and keeping pets safe. I try not to leave animals alone for long, and make sure they feel comfortable. That being said I have had to deal with dog fights, and know how to properly end them.

About: From a young age, I've gained extensive pet care experience. Growing up on a farm, I was constantly around animals. My first real responsibility was caring for our German Shepherd in fourth grade, which included regular walks and grooming. Later, during my freshman year of high school, I became the primary caregiver for our Chiweenie, Teddy, managing his daily needs. Additionally, I've cared for friends' dogs and neighbors' cats, including feeding and administering medications, and going on walks! I am a part-time student and also work part-time at the outlets. With that being said, I do tend to have some free time specially since I’m not a full-time worker and I only have to go to class Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 PM to 8:30 PM and the rest of the week. I’m free except for if I’m working part-time for my job, but I definitely do have time to care for your needs and your pets needs! Ensuring the comfort of both you and your pet is my top priority before providing any services. I understand the importance of trust, especially since my own pet can be a bit shy. Rest assured, I'll treat your furry friend with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

Your pet(s) comfort & happiness are very important to me! The maximum size dog I can care for is ~70 lbs (limited exceptions possible) & must be gentle (when owner is gone). I am usually free to focus on your pets. I do some contract work from home at times (& I am not usually available then). I usually walk 1-2 miles daily. I will text or email daily pictures/video clips. Available for Meet & Greets. I will care for your pet like it is my own. Your pet can go on walks with me. If your dog has a ball or frisbee, I can throw it to your dog in the backyard. Your pet can relax in my shaded & fenced backyard. I will care for your pet like it is my own. The sofa & bed covers are freshly laundered for each visit to make your dog more comfortable. Please let me know if your dog has incontinence issues or has caused any other damage (or any other potential issues). The maximum size dog I can care for is ~70 lbs (limited exceptions possible) & must be gentle(when owner is gone).
