About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and genuinely love spending time with them. I have had a cat since I was five years old and multiple dogs since I was seven, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. Over the years, I have pet sat for neighbors, family, and friends while they were away on long trips, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure their pets felt safe and comfortable at home. I have a pretty big backyard with a tall fence, so I can easily accommodate your animals and give them space to safely play and explore. I always make sure pets stick to their normal routines as closely as possible so they feel relaxed and secure while their owners are away. I am very patient with new animals and always take the time to learn their personalities, needs, and comfort levels. Your pet’s safety will always come first, and I will make sure they are always on a leash, walked only in the areas you designate, and placed in any crate or area you prefer when needed. Whether I am caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I will always treat them like my own and keep both the pet’s and owner’s best interests in mind.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 14 years old. I love animals, and I am super dependable and reliable! I’ve watched dogs and cats of all ages, and I would love to help you out with all your pet-sitting needs! I work fully remote for a marketing agency, so I have a flexible schedule and have the ability to spend lots of time with your four legged friends. About: I have owned and taken care of cats and dogs my whole life so I am very comfortable meeting different animals’ complex needs. I am also a teacher on summer break, so my current schedule is incredibly open and flexible. My weekly availability is Monday-Sunday whenever I am needed! About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and helped watch pets for friends and family for several years. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy and vocal dogs since I’ve owned a Husky and a Sheltie, so barking, excitement, and big personalities don’t bother me at all. I genuinely enjoy walking dogs (even for free while dog sitting) because it’s calming for both me and the dog (as long as the owner is okay with it). I also take pet safety seriously. One dog I was caring for had eaten something it shouldn’t have before the owners left town. While dog sitting, I noticed the dog was acting unusual and decided to take it to the emergency vet right away while keeping the owner updated throughout the process. The dog ended up being okay, and I always try to stay attentive, calm, and communicative when caring for a pet. I recently graduated and am currently searching for jobs, so I have plenty of free time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available every day of the week and have a very flexible schedule throughout the day! I always try to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed whether I’m in my home or the owner’s home. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, walks, medications, and anything else the owner wants done a specific way. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. I have flexibility in my schedule for early morning, lunch time, and afternoon visits/walks. For overnights/sleepovers and staying at your house I require a reliable internet connection (working remotely). I also have safety lights/reflective items if we are walking in the dark. I treat pets as my own, giving pets, loving, and brushing. If allowed I invite them to sleep with me and sit on the couch with me. I take thorough instructions on walks, safety, feedings, medications, schedules, and follow them. It’s important to me the health and wellbeing of the pets I’m with. I will also send pics, videos, and updates throughout my visit. I believe in lots of fresh water, watch the heat and weather for your pets. I am cautious when walking and give a lot of space between other walkers and dogs. I like to be informed of any reactive behaviors, or things to watch out for.

About: I've taken care of the pets of friends and family since I was 10, beginning with my next door neighbors' german shepherd every weekend. Loved it so much, I ended up posting flyers around the neighborhood to expand :) As an adult, I've been a reliable caretaker for quick drop-ins, extended playtime/walks, house sitting, and even boarding friends' pets for several months at a time. Unfortunately, boarding is not currently an option as I do currently own a cat/best friend/supermodel, but housesitting is no problem at all since my partner loves her just as much as I do :) Growing up with border collies, I'm familiar with high energy dogs and some training techniques. When I was a kid, I taught one of our dogs, Bobby, how to run a full agility course at our neighborhood park. I typically can establish a good relationship with difficult dogs and LOVE seeing them improve. My parents' youngest dog is a bit unruly, but he's very trainable and I love the progress I've been able to make with him from my visits. (Totally bragging here.) Anytime I look for a petsitter for my cat (Astrid), my highest priority request is "please hang out with her as much as you can." Pets are family, and I'm happy to fulfill almost any needs your pets have. Genuinely, there is no request too demanding nor too silly for me. Love being able to exercise by going on a good long walk with a pup :) I'm currently unemployed, so I am always available unless otherwise specified! Young tech professional out of work, so I have plenty of free time! I can accommodate most needs on short notice. I'm happy to do multiple daily visits, walks, playtime, you name it. I'm comfortable using any leash/collar/harness combination as long as it is safe for your pet. I have to insist on keeping your dog on-leash at all times outside of your home/backyard, unless there is a specific secure location you have direct permission to enter. My top priority is your pet's safety and the safety of the people/pets outside of your home. Please disclose any history of aggression from your pet! I am comfortable administering oral medication but I'm not trained on administering injections. If you'd like to train me on the process for your pet, I'm not squeamish!
