About: Love pitties! Own one myself :) Get along and love all type of dogs. Had passion for fur babies from early age. Growing up I'd just bring stray dogs home. Skills: I train dogs, can give meds, have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I'm currently in between jobs therefore have full availability Mon-Thur during morning, daytime and evenings. I also could be available some weekends if we schedule ahead of time. I go off of your requirements. Safety first, if I'm walking your dog, I'm definitely putting it on the leash. I have lots of experience of caring for dogs. I'm good at training and giving commands. I grew up with Rottweiler, Amstaffs, German Shepherd and nuts. Personally own pitbulls for over a decade. My secret is love, treats and discipline.
About: Got my beloved mixed rescue Sandor at the age of 14. Loved and cared for him daily until I had to move for studies. I later began dogsitting different dogs. It ranged from a 6 month old Toller to an elderly mixed Dachshund. For about 2 years I was a personal assistant to a lady with a toothless chihuahua. I also lived with and took care of a 15 year old pug for 2 months during 2022. In 2025 me and my cat Pancake moved from Sweden to America. Prior to that me and Pancake had travelled a lot together but only within Sweden so this was a big move. It went smoothly and now were here, part of a big family with 2 tiny malteses and 3 cats! All lovely rescue pets. I'm currently studying remotely. It makes me very flexible! Im new in America so I would love to get out more and do what I love. Its the perfect opportunity to help other families. I respect each pet's routine and home, and carefully follow instructions. I ensure a safe, calm environment, keep doors and windows secure. Its important to me that I monitor the pets wellbeing and comfort.
“Carla is an amazing dog walker! She’s always on time and responsive. Our dog Ciara loves her morning walks with Carla, and comes back super tired every time. She also takes lovely pictures of Ciara for us to see”

About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and helped watch pets for friends and family for several years. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy and vocal dogs since I’ve owned a Husky and a Sheltie, so barking, excitement, and big personalities don’t bother me at all. I genuinely enjoy walking dogs (even for free while dog sitting) because it’s calming for both me and the dog (as long as the owner is okay with it). I also take pet safety seriously. One dog I was caring for had eaten something it shouldn’t have before the owners left town. While dog sitting, I noticed the dog was acting unusual and decided to take it to the emergency vet right away while keeping the owner updated throughout the process. The dog ended up being okay, and I always try to stay attentive, calm, and communicative when caring for a pet. I recently graduated and am currently searching for jobs, so I have plenty of free time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available every day of the week and have a very flexible schedule throughout the day! I always try to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed whether I’m in my home or the owner’s home. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, walks, medications, and anything else the owner wants done a specific way. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. I’m very attentive to unusual behavior and believe in keeping owners updated if anything seems off. I also respect people’s homes and try to leave everything exactly how I found it.

About: I didn’t set out to become a dog sitter; it just happened naturally. A friend needed help with their dog, then a neighbor, then a coworker. Ten years later, I’m still doing it, and still loving every minute of it. What I’ve learned from caring for dozens of dogs over the years is that every single one is different. Some need a lot of stimulation and adventure. Some need calm reassurance and a gentle hand. I’ve worked with big dogs and tiny ones, young puppies and senior pups, social butterflies and dogs who take a while to warm up. The ones who take a while to warm up are honestly my favorites. I treat every home I enter and every dog I care for with the same respect and attention I’d want for my own. You’ll always know how your dog is doing. I send photos and updates throughout every visit because I know that’s what matters most when you’re away. My sweet spot is Wednesday evenings through the weekend, that’s when I’m most available and love filling my schedule with new pups! I’m flexible and quick to respond, so if you’re not sure whether I’m free, just message me. Chances are, I can make it work! Good news, I come to you! All of my services take place in your home, which means your pup never has to leave their safe space. I bring the love, you provide the couch. During house sits, your dog runs the show; furniture, bed, all of it is fair game. I’m there to make sure they feel like nothing has changed, just with a new best friend temporarily in charge. I handle medication, special routines, anxious personalities, and everything in between without batting an eye. Your home gets treated like my own tidy, respected, and exactly how you left it. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I know where the nearest 24-hour vets in Austin are and will always prioritize your dog’s safety. The bottom line? Your dog will be so comfortable they might not even miss you. Almost.
“Cristina was an absolute pleasure and great with our dogs She was very respectful of our home and even brought in some packages that were delivered while we were out. We would absolutely rebook her again!”

About: I’ve babysat and taken care of a blue heeler for the past few summers, but the kid is old enough now to take care of himself and his dog! I have a 10 yr old maltipoo who has a few medical conditions, so I’m great with giving medication along with food. I love to walk and try to walk at least 8 miles everyday, so I’d love to walk your dog! I currently don’t have a job, so I’m really available any time of the day. I’d be more than happy to stay for however long you’d like and play with them! Since my dog is little, I usually carry her outside just because of other animals that are sometimes out because she likes to chase them (foxes, deer, vultures). When I walk her, I’m very aware of cars passing by or other large dogs that might scare her.
About: I have owned animals almost my entire life, and really just can’t get enough time with our furry friends! I love meeting new people and animals. I raised a litter of puppies with my family as a child and started a petsitting business with my best friend in middle school. I love animals almost more than anything and can't wait to meet your little ones! I love photography as well and will be doing my best to send regular pictures that really capture the joy and spirit of your pets. My primary source of income is as a software engineering teacher - in the past, I have worked as an engineer for several companies in the hardware/robotics space, including a couple of years at SpaceX. I’m happy to be getting back into Rover after a few years away - I have my own pets now and am a bit more limited in the services I can provide, but I hope I can accommodate any need and will make sure your buddies are loved on and cared for :) I have a flexible schedule with remote, computer-focused work and love to care for my own and others’ pets throughout the day. I am currently available for drop-in visits and walks, but not longer-term stays, just to focus on caring for my own animals! I always make sure to approach new friends warmly and leave space for them to get acquainted at their own pace. Once everyone feels safe, I love to spend time playing, moving, exploring, and relaxing with our furry friends!
About: I have owned and taken care of cats and dogs my whole life so I am very comfortable meeting different animals’ complex needs. I am also a teacher on summer break, so my current schedule is incredibly open and flexible. My weekly availability is Monday-Sunday whenever I am needed! I have my own pets at home so aside from taking care of their needs, my schedule is very open! I have done a great amount of house sitting along with watching pets so I am happy to meet any requirements for taking care of your space when I am occupying it!
About: From a young age I was taught how to give love to animals. Each animal has such distinct personalities and I love discovering them. I have experience taking care of animals of all ages and size. I have experience with giving a shot to dogs as well. I'm currently in Austin to be in Zilker Theater's production of Singin' In the Rain! So, I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets I will be very respectful of the pet's needs and make sure they feel comfortable. I'll also make sure to respect any wishes you may have regarding the environment.
About: I've taken care of pets since I was very young. I would house sit for my neighbors until I was old enough to volunteer. I volunteered at an animal shelter where I would bathe, train, and walk dogs. As well as play with the cats as well! I have a dog who I take on two walks a day and play with other pups when we can! I live in an apartment, but I can house a crate as well or block them off if needed. I also have a crate for my dog as well. As of now I am a chiropractor with flexible work hours. I have a dog myself and I always make sure to take him on long walks and get him out and about! I can easily crate your dog as needed! I do not have a yard but I do constantly take them out on leash! I also have a turf area in my apartment and a dog park near by!
“Hunter is punctual. He made friends with Almond quickly. He took her on a good walk. He is willing to learn the skills Almond has learned from her trainer. He is helpful. I highly recommend Hunter.”

About: Hi, I’m Paige. I’m 39 years old and a homeschooling mom of two (ages 11 and 9). My children may accompany me on visits, but I am solely responsible for all pet care and supervision. We currently have two cats, a hamster, and a dog named Ted. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily life. My family also helps a local farm feed and care for their animals on a monthly basis — it’s something we genuinely look forward to and enjoy being part of. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust when you’re away. Whether it’s a drop-in visit, a walk, or extra attention while you’re gone, I treat every pet with the same care and thoughtfulness I give my own. I grew up in the country surrounded by animals. Over the years, I’ve helped care for cattle, horses, goats, buffalo, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and even sugar gliders. Animals have always been part of my life, and their well-being has always been a priority. Puppies are welcome and will receive patient, attentive, and loving care. Medication Experience I am comfortable administering oral medications, eye ointments, and injections. I have experience caring for a diabetic cat and understand the importance of consistency and attentiveness when managing medical needs. As a homeschool family, I have flexibility during the week to incorporate pet care into our routine while maintaining a structured schedule. Visits are planned thoughtfully to ensure reliable and consistent care. Advance notice is appreciated, as same-day requests are generally unavailable. Weekly Availability: • Monday – Not Available (Early morning emergencies only) • Tuesday – Not Available (Late evening emergencies only) • Wednesday – 11:00am–2:00pm • Thursday – 6:00am–9am • Friday – Available (please message to confirm availability) • Saturday – Available (please message to confirm availability) • Sunday – Available (please message to confirm availability) I will ask that we have a meet-and-greet prior to booking for all first time clients. This allows us to review your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, walking preferences, and any specific instructions to ensure consistent, reliable care. For safety and comfort, I’m unable to accept dogs with a bite history, aggressive tendencies, or dogs that are not comfortable around children. My goal is to provide a calm, attentive, and loving environment where pets feel secure and truly loved, and owners feel confident leaving them in my care.
About: I’ve loved pets ever since I was little and treat them like they’re my family members. Your pet will always be in good hands with me! As of right now I don’t start school till January 17th. I will be a full time student but other than that everyday I should only have classes in the morning then after that I will be free the rest of the day. I’m very loving with my pet. I always make sure they have the right amount of water and food and if they want to go outside but already went to use the restroom I do not mind taking them again. I am very kind to all pets that I take care of and realize they’re away from their owners so they need extra love!!
About: Hi y’all! I’m a dog mom of 2 (Bleu, a silver lab and Bronco, a Welsh Terrier) and have always had a passion for animals. 😊 I am notorious for always saying hi to four-legged friends — whether we’re walking on the trail, sharing an outdoor patio or driving past each other on the road. I love getting to know all of the different personalities (our two boys couldn’t be more opposite!) and hope to do the same with your pups. 🐶 I’m a firm believer in smelling all the smells and getting a good workout in during walks. You can count on me for a fun, energizing, safe walk during the day. 🤍 I am currently offering morning and afternoon walks Monday-Friday in the Lakeway, Bee Cave and Spicewood area. ☀️ New to the Rover community but excited to create relationships with you and your pup! I will carry extra doggy bags, wipes and treats in my walking backpack should we need anything during our time outside. If needed, I will spend some time letting your pup get to know me before we head out for our walk so everyone feels comfortable! 😊
About: I have been pet sitting since I was 14 years old. I love animals, and I am super dependable and reliable! I’ve watched dogs and cats of all ages, and I would love to help you out with all your pet-sitting needs! I work fully remote for a marketing agency, so I have a flexible schedule and have the ability to spend lots of time with your four legged friends. I love taking dogs on walks and car rides for pup cups, but also have lots of experience with home bodied dogs who just need snuggles and love. Because I have been pet sitting for years, I am really great with animals. I understand the importance of communication, so I will make sure to take care of your pet(s) exactly how you’d like!
About: I provide boarding, home visits, and overnights, focusing on anxious pets’ comfort so they feel safe. I currently have two dogs (not living with me) and I am experienced with puppy and senior care. I’m a full‑time student with a flexible daytime schedule, so I can visit your pets consistently and spend plenty of quality time with them. I also provide regular dog walks to give them both mental and physical exercise. I’ll do my best to maintain their usual routines so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I’m an experienced dog owner with a pet‑free and pet-safe home, so your dog gets my full attention as the only animal in the house. I have a large amount of green space in my backyard and will always supervise pets outside. I treat your home with the same care and respect I give your dog, always looking out for both your pup and your space. You’ll receive regular photo and text updates, and you can reach out to me anytime with questions while you’re away.

Bee Cave dog parents share their Rover experiences
I recently relocated to Austin and found the perfect walking partner for my Yellow Lab Wyatt. Although Wyatt is a sweet dog, he can be a challenging walk. He has a mind of his own and on occasion, he is sometimes less than cordial when encountering another canine and their walker. When David came to our home for a meet and greet, his patience and knowledge interacting with Wyatt was apparent Each morning of a scheduled walk, Wyatt watches for David looking through the front door window. When David pulls up into the driveway, Wyatt gets so excited, his tail is wagging like a metronome, and he starts this little "whining sound". When Wyatt leaves for his walk with David, I know it will be another new adventure and he will be ready for a long day of rest and napping when he returns. David's communication is clear and timely; he is always punctual and has been very flexible with scheduling and last-minute changes. After every walk, David posts his comments and at least one picture of their adventure. David is professional, reliable, and genuinely loves animals. Wyatt loves every walk.
