“Wow 🤩 what an amazing experience with Sophia and her family as she watched our sweet dog this past weekend. Sophia took such great care of our pet, was kind and courteous, took pictures for us and gave me lots of updates. Her kids did amazing with our little girl and we could not be more pleased with the situation. Highly recommend!!”

“Lacy was an incredible Rover experience! I left my two cherished puppies with her for six days over the Fourth of July holiday, which included a lot of rain and not ideal conditions to take care of a dog. Lacey was very communicative, took very special care of my dogs, and clearly cares a lot about giving them a great experience and keeping them happy and healthy. We look forward to using her services again!”

“What an amazing experience! Lucia is the most calm, kind, and caring people for animals. She and her family took such great care of our little Muffin. My puppy played beautifully with her dogs and came home looking confident and relaxed. I am so happy for the experience and if I weren’t moving across country next week, I would use her again and again!”

“Stephanie was an amazing caretaker of my hyper golden retriever. I’ve used sooo many dog sitters over the past 9 years and she’s one of the absolute best. She administered medicine proactively for my dog’s anxiety and made him feel so welcome! 10/10!”

“Genna was fabulous! She brought Penny to the dog park and showed lots of love (: Was a great experience and definitely increased my pup's confidence with going to sitters. Would definitely book again!”

“If you are looking for a loving, caring and safe household to care for your fur baby, Michael and Julie are your caretakers! They provided outstanding care plus updates and photos of my dog playing with theirs and having a good time. Thanks again, Michael and Julie!! See you next time.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Katy! She was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease leaving my puppy overnight for the first time. Throughout the day, she kept me updated with pictures and messages, letting me know how my pup was doing, which was so reassuring. She also shared thoughtful observations about my puppy’s behaviors and even pointed out favorite toys and activities I hadn’t noticed before. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she looks after, and I’m so grateful for her attentiveness. Highly recommend her services!”

“Kristina was absolutely amazing. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous leaving my senior dog with a stranger. Kristina is a great communicator and made me feel at ease with the process. I also had a last minute booked a few days before the service and had a change of travel plans coming back- she very accommodating. She sent pics every day with updates. My dog came back like she went on a vacation too. Highly recommend 😊”

About: Choosing a dog sitter is about more than availability - it is about trust. As a veteran and recently retired elementary school teacher, and someone with over 5 years of hands-on pet sitting experience; my life has been rooted in responsibility, patience and attentive care. Both careers have shaped me to be punctual, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to the well being of those in my care. My background in education allows me to be especially patient and attentive to behavior cues. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior or needs a little reassurance, I provide steady, kind and consistent care. Additionally, my husband is a medical provider, who works from home, so administering medications or supporting pets with medical needs is something we are comfortable and confident handling. If your dog requires extra attention or specialized care, you can feel at ease that extra support is readily available. My goal is simple: for you to leave and feel completely confident - and return to a happy, well cared for dog. A Day in Our Care When pets stay in our home, their comfort, safety and routine are my top priorities. Morning Our day begins with a gentle transition into the morning - potty break in our fully fenced in yard, fresh water, and breakfast served according to your pet's normal schedule. Morning walks are unhurried and tailored to your dog's pace and needs. After their walk, pets enjoy playtime or relaxed companionship settling in for a short mid-morning nap. Midday Midday includes supervised outdoor time in our fenced yard, and intentional play sessions suited to your dog's energy level. I stay attentive and fully present. Afternoons & Evenings Afternoons may include another walk, light structured playtime, or peaceful companionship depending on your pet's needs. I balance activity with downtime to prevent overstimulation. Dinner is served according to your instructions. Evenings in our home are peaceful and predictable, helping pets feel settled and secure. Nighttime Pets sleep in a safe and comfortable space aligned with what they are used to at home. My goal is for them to feel relaxed, safe and truly at ease. My home offers something many cannot - I intentionally create a calm, structured, nurturing environment so they feel secure from the moment they arrive. I do not believe in simply "watching" dogs - I believe in actively caring for them in a way that makes them feel safe, understood and secure. With me, your pet is not one of many. They are thoughtfully cared for with close supervision, balanced activity, and genuine affection. If you are looking for reliable, attentive and experienced care; where your pet's routine, comfort and well being truly come first - my home is designed for that.
“Stephanie is the only person I've ever left my dog with that I feel 100% at ease. She treats Rosie like she's one of her own, and Rosie always has the best time. I love receiving photo updates during the stay!”

“Maira and Shawn have been wonderful with Sierra! When my flight got delayed for days due to TX weather they gladly kept her longer and even offered a discount. I highly recommend!”
“Chuck was the perfect choice for our skittish pup. He provides a warm and caring environment with experienced knowledge of pup's needs. After our Meet & Greet our pup was looking forward to his "visit" with Chuck. He was happy when I dropped him off and silly and playfully when I came to pick him up.”

“Sive and her family took incredible care of Hank including taking him for walks and runs on the trails nearby. Which he loves! Would have him stay with them again without reservation and highly recommend.”

“Angie took great care of our Goldendoodle. She was great at communicating and sending us pictures. Our dog felt right at home. Happy to have found someone who can take such good care of our dog!”

“Our first time using Rover was a successs with Denise! She took good care of our puppy, was extremely communicative and put our nerves at ease. It’s also helpful that she has a beautiful home and backyard for our dog to still feel at home.”

“Mo and Chris are reliable, definitely experienced with dogs, and easy to book with. Our dog had a great time and we received a couple updates on our week long booking. Will definitely rebook”

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was in college. I'm a former primary school teacher for more than 10 years. I enjoy spending time with kids and dogs. I work from home part-time so I'm flexible about providing pet care. I feed and walk my dogs twice a day and could provide the same level of care for your pets. Both of them likes kids, people, dogs and cats just like I do.
Bee Cave dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was the 2nd time using Grant and, again, he was amazing. We enjoyed receiving pictures of how much fun Maggie was having. We know that she is in good hands with Grant, and Maggie especially enjoyed having another dog to play with. Thanks for the walks and taking good care of our Mags.

We cannot say enough good things about Katy. Paps stayed for a multi week visit over Christmas and New Years and absolutely loved it. He had so much fun playing with her family and their dog Gracie, and the photo updates were always a highlight of our day. We have trusted her with Paps for over a year now and always feel completely at ease knowing he is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Maddie is a warm, attentive, and responsive host. Her dog Ranger is also welcoming to new dogs. Our girls (Blanca and Gigi) enjoyed their stay. Maddie is super communicative around the booking and sending updates, which helps a ton for dog parents to relieve the stress of leaving our pups in someone else's care.
