They were incredibly attentive, making sure he was comfortable, monitoring the condition closely, and taking great care to help it heal without worsening. Malu also sent regular updates and pictures, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that our dog was being treated like part of the family. Can’t say enough good things about the experience with Mercedes! She and her daughter are so kind, communicative, and patient. This was our first time leaving our puppy and I could tell that he had the best time with them. They sent us daily photo updates which were so fun to have while we were away. Alexandra is amazing and incredibly professional.
