I grew up surrounded by pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs, and spent much of my childhood wishing I could be Dr. Dolittle. For more than a decade, I shared my home with three cats, and over the years I’ve gained extensive experience caring for animals of all ages and temperaments. I previously fostered dogs through Austin Pets Alive and have spent many vacations caring for pets through TrustedHousesitters. I’m comfortable administering prescription medications to both cats and dogs, as well as handling basic grooming needs. Today, I share my home with two cats and two dogs. For the comfort and safety of all pets, my dogs live separately from any boarding guests. Boarding dogs stay on the upper floor and do not interact with my pets. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, get to know their unique personalities, and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have a flexible work schedule, so I’m available to board your pet any day of the week. I would love to take your dogs for a walk, too! For boarding, I provide a safe space and a pet bed in my bedroom, separately from my own pets. I have a 10 yr old maltipoo who has a few medical conditions, so I’m great with giving medication along with food. We currently have two cats, a hamster, and a dog named Ted. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily life. My family also helps a local farm feed and care for their animals on a monthly basis — it’s something we genuinely look forward to and enjoy being part of. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust when you’re away. Whether it’s a drop-in visit, a walk, or extra attention while you’re gone, I treat every pet with the same care and thoughtfulness I give my own. I grew up in the country surrounded by animals. Over the years, I’ve helped care for cattle, horses, goats, buffalo, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and even sugar gliders. Animals have always been part of my life, and their well-being has always been a priority. Puppies are welcome and will receive patient, attentive, and loving care. Medication Experience I am comfortable administering oral medications, eye ointments, and injections. I have experience caring for a diabetic cat and understand the importance of consistency and attentiveness when managing medical needs. As a homeschool family, I have flexibility during the week to incorporate pet care into our routine while maintaining a structured schedule. Visits are planned thoughtfully to ensure reliable and consistent care. Advance notice is appreciated, as same-day requests are generally unavailable. This allows us to review your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, walking preferences, and any specific instructions to ensure consistent, reliable care. For safety and comfort, I’m unable to accept dogs with a bite history, aggressive tendencies, or dogs that are not comfortable around children. My goal is to provide a calm, attentive, and loving environment where pets feel secure and truly loved, and owners feel confident leaving them in my care.
About: I was born around Golden Retriever and my family currently has 2 Portuguese Water dogs, so I’m well prepared for the high energy pup and the frantic pups. I always take a patient perspective when it comes to the dogs and cats I care for. They are their own animals and understanding that allows them room to express themselves, so I can best care for them! I love animals and volunteer at various animal shelters to support my community. I dedicate full days each week for pet care. I make sure these days are free in case my clients need a more focused care. I work part time during the week, but am incredibly flexible which allows me to meet many pet care needs! I provide love, connection, food, water, walks, some cleaning of pet areas, etc. Whatever you would normally do for your pet I will oblige and assist you in that way

About: I work from home, so I'm home all day with our mini Labradoodle—and I’d love the opportunity to care for your dog as well! I walk Luke twice during the work day and have a fenced yard where your pet can play safely. I look forward to the chance to meet your pup! I work from home during the week, which gives me the flexibility to take your pet on regular walks and give them plenty of attention throughout the day. We have a fenced-in yard and a nearby dog park in our neighborhood, so your pet will have plenty of opportunities for exercise and socialization. I know how important it is to keep them active, happy, and engaged.
