I work from home so pet care is simple! I like to get up around 6:30am and go to sleep around 10:00pm. Other than 2 quick trips to my son's school and back home, I'm in the house pretty much all day. We like to take dogs on a walk around our neighborhood and explore our local trails.

I have a tall fenced in yard with a large deck that's great for lounging and sunbathing. There's a large covered area where where we have outdoor seating that the pets are welcome to enjoy. The yard is professionally managed and is free of hazards. We are next to a green belt area and do not have dogs next door, meaning less anxiety for the pets and more peace.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or preferences. I only want to sit animals that are okay with young children and are NOT food protective. We will be taking the proper precautions to avoid any anxiety or stress on the animal, but my 8 year old often likes to help me feed the animals.
A typical day
I love to play fetch, go on walks, and give lots of cuddles. My son and I are fond of watching movies with pets cuddled up in our bed. If you prefer your animal stay off of furniture, we have plenty of dog/cat beds and pillows around the house for them to enjoy.

Pet care experience
I grew up breeding and training labradors and german shorthair pointers so I'm well-versed in the care and training that dogs require. On top of that, I have always had an affinity for animals. Today, we have a bearded dragon, a fish, and an axolotl! My french bulldog recently passed away after providing us with 12 years of joy and laughter. I've decided instead of getting a new dog or cat, I'd prefer to be like a pet-grandparent and spoil the pets for a week or two, then have the liberty to give them back to their family. I can assure you that between me and my 8 year old son, you're pet will get PLENTY of love & care while you're away.
