Michael and Julie suggested we meet at their home so we could see where Moxie would be staying and make sure she got along with their dog, Chompers, which immediately put our minds at ease. We brought Moxie over a few days early and she and Chompers got along perfectly right away. They have a great setup with a big backyard, and Michael took the time to explain how everything works since they’ve been doing this for years. Drop-off and pickup were easy, communication was great, and we received amazing photos and updates while we were out of town. Since this was our first time leaving Moxie with anyone, it meant a lot to feel so comfortable. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!”

About: I’ve had pets since I was a little girl and have passed the love I have for them down to my dog loving kiddos too! I currently don’t have any pets, so my time at home with my daughter is pretty free. We volunteer at APA, but would love a dog at home too! We make sure to have fun with them and give them lots of love. We also always make sure that they are on the best behavior and don’t miss out on being polite around furniture and such. Movement is a big factor that we love to encourage dogs to do even if it is a little walk!

About: Hi, I'm Kimberly! My husband and I recently relocated to Bee Cave from Philadelphia, and I'm excited to meet some new four-legged friends in the area. Dogs have been an important part of my life for most of my adult life. I currently have two of my own, London, a Boston Terrier, and Soco, an American Eskimo. Before London, we had a Shepherd mix who was rescued from the streets of the Cayman Islands and was part of our family for 13 wonderful years. I have also spent time caring for and interacting with my husband's Doberman, so I'm comfortable around dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. London has a special story of her own. We brought her home in May 2025 after she spent her life on a farm as a breeder. Walks, toys, and being a family dog were all completely new to her. Helping her learn to enjoy those everyday experiences taught me how important patience, consistency, and understanding each dog's individual personality can be. Over the years, I have also regularly helped friends and neighbors with their dogs, including walking neighborhood dogs and pet sitting while owners were away. While these started as favors for people I knew, they gave me valuable experience caring for dogs other than my own and understanding the importance of following each owner's routine and instructions. Through Rover, I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting. I have full availability and can provide daytime walks and visits as well as overnight care. Walks can include exercise, exploring the neighborhood, plenty of time for sniffing, and enjoying the outdoors at your dog's own pace.
