About: I’ve had pets since I was a little girl and have passed the love I have for them down to my dog loving kiddos too! I currently don’t have any pets, so my time at home with my daughter is pretty free. We volunteer at APA, but would love a dog at home too! We make sure to have fun with them and give them lots of love. We also always make sure that they are on the best behavior and don’t miss out on being polite around furniture and such. Movement is a big factor that we love to encourage dogs to do even if it is a little walk!
About: I have taken care of a disabled cat (partially blind and healing from a fractured mandible) as well as cats with depression. About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and helped watch pets for friends and family for several years. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy and vocal dogs since I’ve owned a Husky and a Sheltie, so barking, excitement, and big personalities don’t bother me at all. I genuinely enjoy walking dogs (even for free while dog sitting) because it’s calming for both me and the dog (as long as the owner is okay with it). I also take pet safety seriously. One dog I was caring for had eaten something it shouldn’t have before the owners left town. While dog sitting, I noticed the dog was acting unusual and decided to take it to the emergency vet right away while keeping the owner updated throughout the process. The dog ended up being okay, and I always try to stay attentive, calm, and communicative when caring for a pet. I recently graduated and am currently searching for jobs, so I have plenty of free time to dedicate to pet care. About: I have had a dog my whole life, and I always take care of my friends dogs when they’re away, ranging from all sizes and breeds! I am a rising sophomore in college and I am available this summer and early fall! I can house sit and do drop in, I am very flexible. I have one small maltipoo dog. I have a gate in my backyard, and always walk my dog and other dogs on leashes, unless instructed otherwise!
