We like to build trust through play, learn every dog breed behaviors, motivators, and create fun activities by applying positive reinforcement training to establish a communication and understanding in an outdoor environment. Positive reinforcement training is an established evidence based training that includes a clicker and rewards such as treats to reinforce behaviors. We’re also familiar with certain toy precautions, food and environmental allergy precautions so we try to implement mindfulness practices on this with our treat selections. Throughout the day we will provide picture updates and texts to let you know how they are adjusting or day is going. If we go on group walks or hikes please let us know beforehand about the status of your dogs vaccinations for this is extremely important and we hope that the severity of this necessity is known for your dogs health and others. Vaccinations protect dogs from severe conditions that could be transmitted from the environment and interactions with other dogs.

About: I’ve always grown up with dogs, worked at a vet clinic when I was younger, and became a doggie foster as an adult. I have experience caring for senior pups as well. I'll treat your pup as a loved family member. Rest assured, your fur baby will be in good hands. I am mostly a stay a home mom. I take my dog to the dog park daily, and when the weather is nice we will walk Town Lake. I have cameras in my home and on the property. If I am not home I can take a look at how the dogs are doing. I also have a fenced in yard.

I worked at a pet store caring for pups in high school in college as well as at a horse boarding facility. As a stay at home mom, I want to spend my free time doing what I enjoy now that my kids are older and want to help. We are an active household and we frequently walk, run, and hike with our dog Bruno. He is quite an athletic pug and his 1 year old baby Frenchton sister, Coco, is always ready to cuddle or play! We are dog sitters and a hobby, we love to meet new friends. We also occasionally foster, but we have no foster dogs atm. I am a stay-at-home mom so I am available 24/7 unless vacationing myself. We are a family of 5 and our tween/teen children are around for extra walks and belly rubs deepen your fur baby’s energy level. We have an acre fenced yard with plenty of running space and we are a family of 5, with someone home most of the time. We can accommodate any dog's needs. We are here for frequent potty breaks and can bathe/brush your fur baby as well. Dogs are welcome beds or if they are crate trained that works too! We have gated patios well.

About: Hi, I’m Alena — a mom of four wonderful children, a travel enthusiast, and a lifelong animal lover. I grew up surrounded by pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs, and spent much of my childhood wishing I could be Dr. Dolittle. For more than a decade, I shared my home with three cats, and over the years I’ve gained extensive experience caring for animals of all ages and temperaments. I previously fostered dogs through Austin Pets Alive and have spent many vacations caring for pets through TrustedHousesitters. I’m comfortable administering prescription medications to both cats and dogs, as well as handling basic grooming needs. Today, I share my home with two cats and two dogs. For the comfort and safety of all pets, my dogs live separately from any boarding guests. Boarding dogs stay on the upper floor and do not interact with my pets. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, get to know their unique personalities, and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have a flexible work schedule, so I’m available to board your pet any day of the week. I would love to take your dogs for a walk, too! For boarding, I provide a safe space and a pet bed in my bedroom, separately from my own pets. Dogs have free reign in the fenced backyard and enjoy walks around the neighborhood twice a day, ranging from 10 min to 2 hours, depending on their needs.
