About: Hello! I am a dog owner and sitter ready to help you care for your family pet. I grew up with golden retrievers and always enjoy spending more time with my four legged friends. I have experience with many dogs, all size, shapes and personalities. I love to walk and hike so your pal will become mine as we get lots of fun exercise when we go on walks. For over 10 years I have cared for my own put and lots of other dogs and a few cats. I love to take dogs on long walks, play ball and enjoy quality time playing in the house. My experience includes working with dogs of all sizes from big to small, in all setting including urban apartments and larger homes. I enjoy dogs with all types of personalities, but active dogs and I get along best since I always like to be outside and on the move. My experience administering medication Yes, had my own dog who took a variety of medication and comfortable attending to dogs with medical needs. I have cared for with several dogs that have needed to take medication or follow a special diet so have no problem keeping them healthy. I work from home from 11 to 6pm. I am available to take dogs on long walks or to the dog park to play ball in the mornings and evenings. Potty breaks can be frequent if needed. I have a large apartment with a dog bed on the balcony and a large dog park that is fully fenced in outside which is great for chasing balls and squirrel watching. I live on the third floor of a walk up - so dogs will need to be able to walk stairs or small enough to be carried.

About: Hi! I’m Brant, a 26-year-old professional who works from home in South Austin. I’m a native Texan from Houston, a proud Texas A&M graduate, and have called Austin home for more than four years. Animals have always been a major part of my life. I grew up caring for and raising dogs, and because my family raises horses, I also have experience around horses, Longhorns, and other farm animals. Over the past year, I’ve fostered several dogs to support local shelters, giving me experience helping unfamiliar pets settle into a new environment and feel safe. I’m comfortable caring for animals of different breeds, sizes, ages, energy levels, and personalities. I frequently watch my girlfriend’s dog, Rafi, who quickly becomes my companion around the house and—when appropriate—on pet-friendly outings throughout Austin. I’m currently waiting until the timing is right to adopt a dog of my own, so Rover gives me an opportunity to enjoy the companionship of animals while helping owners feel confident that their pets are receiving attentive, dependable care. I’m highly responsive, happy to provide regular photo updates, and committed to following each owner’s instructions closely. I work remotely from home and have a flexible daily schedule, which allows me to provide plenty of supervision, companionship, walks, playtime, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, crate, and household instructions and will never take a pet on an outing or introduce it to another animal without the owner’s permission.

About: My wife and I have been dog sitting for multiple friends over the years and as Rover sitters since August 2020! We both love meeting new furry friends (and their owners) - we have 2 small dogs of our own. We do prefer to sit dogs with low to medium energy levels (to accommodate our elderly dog) and 2 years or older, but we can definitely make exceptions on age and energy level with a Meet & Greet. I work from home, so I’m readily available to keep your pet companion company while you’re away on vacation, business or if your grumpy mother-in-law who doesn’t like dogs is in town. Our home has a wide open floor plan with plenty of room to accommodate the even rowdy (but well mannered), playful ones, and has a very secure backyard. Happy to take your loved one on walks (except during afternoons in summer), on outings to the park and make any other accommodations to make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible while they’re separated from their 'hooman'.
