About: Hi, my name is Kalena. I've been providing dedicated and loving pet care for the past ten years. Animals have always held a special place in my heart—they’re truly the best part of my life. A few years ago, I lost my soul dog, Luck, to cancer, and more recently, my 1-year-old cat, Mio, to heart failure. These losses deepened my passion and commitment to being a voice and source of comfort for animals in need. I'm currently pursuing my master’s degree at Texas State University and looking for a side job to help support my education. On Mondays & Wednesdays, I will stop by my home in between my class and internship to let the dogs out and give them attention before leaving. Other than that, I am home full time. I will care for your furbaby as if they are mine. They will get undivided attention and love. I will always make sure your furbaby goes back to you happy and healthy.

I started Rover a few years ago but had to stop due to time constraints from my full time job, but now I’m committing all my time to pet care. Currently, I have three cats and two dogs, who are all rescues. I’ve had both of my dogs since they were only a few months old. So I understand the trials and tribulations of puppyhood…puppy training, crate training, obedience training, and leash walking. Hiccup and Paris both love other dogs! They have experience with dogs of all sizes! Hiccup is more of a cuddler and couch potato. Paris is higher energy and loves to play. They would be so excited to have a dog come stay with them. I felt very comfortable with her and her fur baby Jasmine who by the way was very calm and polite with Bela their new house guest. Love the fact that she works out of her home, which is extremely clean, has a fenced big yard and when you walk into her home it has a warm welcoming feel. She only takes in one client at a time and this is what I wanted so my baby wouldn't be overwhelmed by too many other pets around. Oh, and a big plus is there are no children in her home. About: I have had a few dogs from friends and families that I have taken care of over the years for free. I have my own dog that I have had since he was a puppy that is very well trained would love to meet other dogs and experience new fur friends. I work at home and I take breaks very very often. I go to my backyard and even parks just to walk. I would love to take them for walks as well. I have a fenced in backyard and my dogs go out often. Morning, Afternoon, and 2 times in the evening. Just to make sure dogs use the bathroom and get that energy out before they fall asleep.
About: I'm such an animal lover. Grew up with dogs, horses, cats and many different animals. I have a very sweet 7 years old fixed male Goldendoodle and a 15 years old male Pug who would love to make some new friends! I live in a nice size house with a locked fenced backyard. Your dog/s will feel like he/she is at home here. They are allowed on the couch to rest and I have a big nice Kuranda bed and couch they can lay on. Plenty of dog toys and chews here. I let dogs out in a fenced yard very often. Love to take them out for walks too! I'm always at home and I will be very communicative via texts I will send pictures to the owners daily so they know their babies are happy and safe :) I'm always at home. I work short hours from 5-8pm. They will go outside to potty often. Every 2-3 hours. A big bowl of filtered water is always provided here. I have a fenced yard and got a big play pen crate if your dog prefers to be crated. I will feed am/pm and even noon if they eat 3x a day.
