She walked me through her routine and handled the introductions between Toby and the other dogs perfectly, making drop-off and pick-up an absolute breeze. Throughout Toby's stay, Denise was a fantastic communicator, sending lots of wonderful photo updates that showed how much fun he was having. Toby can be a little escape artist, but Denise kept a close eye on him and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such safe hands. I love leaving the dogs with Yan! I recently left them for about five nights and on the last night. I actually had an emergency so they weren’t gonna be picked up that night and it was no problem to extend throughout the next day. Yan sends lots of photos and videos and very quick to respond. I really appreciate it!!
Isabelle stepped in last minute to help us after our original rover had a family emergency in the middle of the stay. She was prompt in responding and willing to go out of her way to pick up my dog. She took amazing care of my dog, sending frequent pictures and updates. I highly recommend Isabelle for your pets stay!

10/10 - couldn't recommend Wendy more. My only hesitation with leaving a positive review is that Wendy would be booked up the next time we need a rover for our dog. She kept us updated with daily photos, had our dog playing a ton, was super responsive, worked with our schedules, and was an absolute joy to have watch our dog.
