I was a house and pet sitter on Trusted Housesitters from December 2023 until April 2025 when I moved into my house. I have cared for cats and dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I love dogs but I’m not quite ready to get my own dog so I’d love to care for yours and love it like my own.

Hannah was great! She kept me informed on everything going on with my dog and was really great with her. Stout is a bit older, so I was very happy with all the communication. I will definitely use her again if need be!
The best! Literally a vacation for my pup
Hannah was the best caretaker I could’ve asked for! She took great care of my pup, and treated him with as much love and care as she would her own. I’d highly recommend for anyone!
We had the privilege of having Hannah stay in our home for eight days while we were out of the country. Our dog is very elderly at almost 19 years of age, and Hannah did a masterful job of caring for her. The dog is deaf and has very limited eyesight and occasionally needs assistance getting in and out. After we returned we noticed that our dog would go to the base of the stairs looking for Hannah to come down. She clearly enjoyed having Hannah care for her. Hannah kept the house immaculate as well. Everything was clean and tidy and she even stripped the bed and had all of the towels and linens in the laundry room ready to be cleaned. Hannah impressed our neighbors so much that they also asked her to care for their dogs while they were away on vacation. I sincerely hope that we are able to have Hannah care for our dog again.
Hannah did a great job watching our four cats and dog while we were away in New Zealand for two weeks. She provided ample communication (including cute photos!) and kept them healthy and content. If the pets could write a positive testimonial, they would - they cuddled with her, and our cats often hide from people they don't know, so that's quite the endorsement. We definitely recommend Hannah!

Schedule
I currently work remotely as a Program Manager for a research institute at Stevens University. I love animals and currently live in South Austin. I need the exercise so I welcome twice daily walks. I also have a large fenced in backyard.

I basically will do whatever each pet will need to thrive - which varies for each individual animal. I will send you as many or as few pics as you want or need. I tend to be a homebody so I will be around most of the time. No kids so just me.
A typical day
I am looking to care for a pet in my home. I usually do a morning and evening walk with timing depending on the weather and the pup’s needs. I usually let my proxy pet out every few hours into the backyard or whenever they tell me. If allowed, I like to get a pup cup while going through Starbucks drive through and I like to make an egg for my dog.
