About: Hi, my name is Kalena. I've been providing dedicated and loving pet care for the past ten years. Animals have always held a special place in my heart—they’re truly the best part of my life. A few years ago, I lost my soul dog, Luck, to cancer, and more recently, my 1-year-old cat, Mio, to heart failure. These losses deepened my passion and commitment to being a voice and source of comfort for animals in need. I'm currently pursuing my master’s degree at Texas State University and looking for a side job to help support my education. On Mondays & Wednesdays, I will stop by my home in between my class and internship to let the dogs out and give them attention before leaving. Other than that, I am home full time. About: I live in Easton Park and have a sweet 3 year old flat coat retriever at home named Snax. He is VERY dog friendly and neutered. I’ve never known him to have an issue with any animals. I am just looking to help out others in the neighborhood since my boyfriend and I work from home. Happy to walk your furry friend or take care of them while you’re away. I’ve been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with two corgis and have personally raised a Labrador retriever and my flat coat retriever. Otherwise I have always been the go-to dog sitter for friends and family while they are away. “We were so lucky to find michelle! We literally just moved into the neighborhood and knew no one. She was close by and available to watch my furball on late notice. We met in her and Luca adorable apartment and immediately I felt this was a safe comfortable place for Luchia to stay. Michelle is so easy going and super friendly. Her dog Luca is absolutely adorable. Throughout Luchias stay with Michelle I received many pics and updates. My dog takes a while to warm up to new people and other dogs so seeing her snuggled up at michelle’s in the picture really set me at ease. About: I have always loved both cats and dogs I live in a decent sized home with my cat parsnip, I’m home all the time now so I’ll be able to keep a close eye on any animal in my care I am currently between jobs so I will be home all day making my schedule ideal for any dogs who need constant supervision or have separation anxiety I like to spend as much Time as possible with the pets in my home I leave most of my doors open so they have free reign of the house. Ill walk the dogs in the morning and after and make sure they get plenty of play time in before the sun goes down
