About: I love cats and am proud to say I’ve won over even the most introverted ones. I've been a full-time pet sitter for 10 years (a pet sitting business owner for 15) and most of my sits were with cats. At the start of our relationship, calm and quiet on my part allowed the kitties to open up and show me via their behavior what they were all about When cats know we are listening and open, they feel safer, creating a positive feedback loop allowing them to have fun and live the best life they can while their family is away. During our visits, cats call the shots: do they want to play, eat/clean/nap, snuggle, enjoy an open window, have an audience while they zoomie around? It all depends. But I'm hearing it all, and therein, a strong relationship is built.

I started Rover a few years ago but had to stop due to time constraints from my full time job, but now I’m committing all my time to pet care. Currently, I have three cats and two dogs, who are all rescues. I’ve had both of my dogs since they were only a few months old. So I understand the trials and tribulations of puppyhood…puppy training, crate training, obedience training, and leash walking. Hiccup and Paris both love other dogs! They have experience with dogs of all sizes! Hiccup is more of a cuddler and couch potato. Paris is higher energy and loves to play. They would be so excited to have a dog come stay with them. Feel free to set up a meet and greet! I stay at home full time now and my husband also works from home. So your pet will have constant adult supervision during their stay. I have a fenced backyard and a fenced play area in my neighborhood. I also live really close to a large public park with walking trails.

About: I'm such an animal lover. Grew up with dogs, horses, cats and many different animals. I have a very sweet 7 years old fixed male Goldendoodle and a 15 years old male Pug who would love to make some new friends! I live in a nice size house with a locked fenced backyard. Your dog/s will feel like he/she is at home here. They are allowed on the couch to rest and I have a big nice Kuranda bed and couch they can lay on. Plenty of dog toys and chews here. I let dogs out in a fenced yard very often. Love to take them out for walks too! I'm always at home and I will be very communicative via texts I will send pictures to the owners daily so they know their babies are happy and safe :) I'm always at home. I work short hours from 5-8pm. They will go outside to potty often. Every 2-3 hours. A big bowl of filtered water is always provided here. I have a fenced yard and got a big play pen crate if your dog prefers to be crated. I will feed am/pm and even noon if they eat 3x a day.

“Summer has been one of my best sitters on Rover! I immediately felt comfortable leaving my dog in her capable hands and she was so nice and friendly. She asked if my dog had any other needs and she went over all the care that she would be providing for Ollie. She sent the cutest pictures and some really funny videos of my doggo while I was away and made me feel extra good about her care. Would highly recommend Summer and I definitely will be using her again in the future!!”

“My pup Sadie loved her stay with Marc and his pup. She got exercise and attention and I got regular updates throughout her stay. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in boarding their dog and not sure how they will do to try Marc and his pup.
