About: Hi, I'm austin-native Amanda! I've had dogs my entire life and have been the primary caregiver for my own dog, Bug, since he was a puppy. He's now 8 years old, so I've experienced every stage of a dog's life from energetic puppy days to establishing routines and adapting to changing needs as they get older. I currently have a flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. Whether your dog enjoys playing, exploring on walks, or simply relaxing, I'm happy to tailor their care to what makes them happiest. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure, shaded fenced dog park at my apartment for safe outdoor time, and during the Texas summer I plan activities around the heat with shorter walks, shade, water breaks, and indoor play when needed. I know how much our pets mean to us because I feel the same way about Bug. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they're in caring, dependable hands. I currently have a very flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home, so I have plenty of time to provide attentive care, walks, playtime, and potty breaks. My own dog, Bug, keeps me on a consistent routine, and I enjoy getting outside for walks and making sure dogs get the attention and exercise they need. I'm available for daytime care, walks, drop-in visits, and can often accommodate evenings and weekends with advance notice. I have a secure, fenced dog park at my apartment with plenty of shade, so dogs have a safe place to go outside without spending too much time on hot pavement during the Texas summer. About: I have had a few dogs from friends and families that I have taken care of over the years for free. I have my own dog that I have had since he was a puppy that is very well trained would love to meet other dogs and experience new fur friends. I work at home and I take breaks very very often. I go to my backyard and even parks just to walk. I would love to take them for walks as well. I have a fenced in backyard and my dogs go out often. Morning, Afternoon, and 2 times in the evening. Just to make sure dogs use the bathroom and get that energy out before they fall asleep.

“First time leaving my doge alone with someone who isn’t a best friend or blood related so this was a scare for me from the start tbh, but Amanda and Jared were super great! They were reassuring and welcoming throughout the whole process and sent photos every day I was gone multiple times a day and also even when I randomly asked bc professional paranoia is my superpower. They’re in a solid neighborhood with a wonderfully tall and sturdy (and pretty nice looking) backyard fence where pups hangout and everything. I definitely recommend them for anyone but especially for those Rover newcomers. Thank you so much Amanda and Jared. Y’all were awesome.”

Our home is very dog-friendly, with a dog door that gives our pups easy access to a good-sized backyard for potty breaks, fresh air, and playtime throughout the day. I know every dog has their own personality, routine, and quirks, and I’m happy to follow the schedule and preferences that make your pup feel most at home. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is getting the same kind of love and attention I’d want for my own. 🐾 I work from home full-time, so caring for dogs is already a natural part of my everyday routine! With two dogs of my own, my days include plenty of potty breaks, backyard time, playtime, snuggles, and attention throughout the day. Having a dog door and a good-sized backyard also means the pups can easily head outside when they need a break or want to play. Since I’m home throughout the workday, your pup will have plenty of company and won’t spend their stay waiting all day for someone to come home. I do my best to stick to each dog’s normal feeding schedule, routines, and preferences while giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and time to relax. About: I’m full time to stay at home. I’ve been caring for my two dogs, two cats, and five kittens since I was kids. so I understand the different needs and personalities of pets. I’ve also been training my dogs using American Sign Language (ASL), which has been an amazing and rewarding experience! I’m dedicated to keeping all pets happy, healthy, and safe. I treat every animal like family and make sure they feel loved and comfortable while you’re away. Currently I have two cats and a small dog in my apartment and stay home most of the time. Caring for pets fits well into my schedule, and I’m happy to adjust as needed. The key is you communicate with me all the time if ur pet needs. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment, follow routines carefully, and keep pets happy while keeping owners updated. I have a ton of toys for pets.
