“Amarantha was AMAZING. I had anxieties about leaving my Leo over a long weekend since he's my little baby. She was very punctual and would communicate with me if she was running late. She even came in a second time since she would be late to the scheduled time to feed Leo. The pictures sent to me were awesome, and Leo seemed very well taken care of when we came back!”

“Very professional and great with our dogs. She’s also very confident around our dogs, which is very important to us, because we have two active breeds. We definitely recommend Frances for all Rover services 👍.”

“Margaret cared for my two dogs so well and they were very happy when I got home. I’m relieved to have found someone like her who I can rely on to take wonderful care of them while I’m away. ?”
About: I grew up with high-energy large hunting dogs. My own dog passed away this past Fall, but I love to give affection and care to other’s furry friends. Whether your dog needs to be walked 10 miles a day or is just a couch potato, I’ve got you covered! I currently work part time as a Tax Preparer and rarely have shifts for more than 4 hrs. Please let me know your dog’s needs and I’ll be happy to discuss the dates you are requesting! Lots of love for your furry friend, I’m great at keeping a schedule, and keeping all house rules/cleanliness. Ask me anything, I’m happy to accommodate!
About: I’ve taken care of friends and neighbors animals since middle school but began taking it more seriously around 13-14. I’ve animal sat elderly dogs with special needs, puppies, and mostly small dogs! But I’ve also happily watched cats, rodents, birds, and fish so all animal friends are welcome! Excited to meet you and your best friends. I love animals and honestly any excuse to meet new ones is very exciting. I can always work Sundays and Fridays and I have time Tuesday and wednesday evenings to check in on them when needed or go on a little walk. My cat is fed 3 times a day for a total of 2/3 cup of food, he has a play routine before bed, is let on the balcony for fresh air with his harness and a line connected to the door so he cannot get to the edge of the concrete. He takes his flea meds every month, and goes to the vet every 6 for a little check in as he’s on a small weight loss journey. I work 6-8hrs a day 5 days a week but luckily he has a a cat roommate to nap and play with while I’m gone
“Rory was great with my two small pups, and they're the skittish type! She was real sweet wuth them, and jept me in the loop through out the visits. I'll definitely be using her again <3”

About: Hi! I have been providing pet care on and off for over twenty years. I've spent time as a shelter volunteer and even owned my own dog walking business. While I don't have pets of my own, I am a big animal lover and I adore taking care of my friends and neighbors fur babes. I am a full time student, taking classes from home, and hoping to spend my extra time hanging with your pet! I am a full time student with a full semester of online classes which allows me a lot of freedom and a bit of extra time. I generally work from home and don't spend much time away. I'm also an avid walker and love to be outside (when it's not SO hot) whether walking in the neighborhood or out on the trails. I don't have a fenced yard as I live in an apartment complex, but we do have a gated dog run. I have a lot of past experience working with leash training and I'm confident with dogs of all kinds, regardless of reaction levels. I prefer to work with your pet, not against them, and I am adaptable to their specific needs.
“Michelle is beyond amazing! She came through last minute to assist with my pets! I felt very comfortable with her and she assured me that everything would be fine. I would definitely use her services again!”

“Megan was prompt as always. My kitties remembered her and they were happy to see her . I am so glad she is available for me. I feel very comfortable having my kitties in her care.”

“Laura was fantastic! She was prompt, communicative, and very accommodating — even fitting in a meet-and-greet and several drop-in visits on short notice. My cat can be a bit shy and sassy, but Laura’s calm and patient approach helped her warm up quickly. Recommend!”

“Yuridia saved us after our regular sitter didn't show up or return our calls, we were already gone and I was left scrambling after our flight landed. She answered quickly and she communicated clearly when she had to adjust one of the drop in times and made sure they would be good with the delay.”

“I’m so glad we went with Lizeth! She dropped in and checked on our two cats while we were away for a weekend trip. It was a last minute ask, and she pulled through! Even coming the day before to meet our littles. She has 4 cats of her own and I could tell she was comfortable with ours. Would recommend working with her and would hire again. ☺️”

“Page took great care of my 3 cats while I was gone for a week! She came by for a meet & greet, accepted my last min request and did such a great job! Felt so safe! Thank you! Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely amazing dog sitter! Adriana followed all of our instructions perfectly and treated Chockie and Storm with so much care, love, and patience. We really appreciated the regular updates with photos and videos—it gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Both pups were happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for when we returned. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter.”

“Sierra was exactly what our cat, Leo, needed while we were away on our two-week honeymoon. We felt comfortable knowing that he was getting ALL the love and care. When we returned, Leo was happy and well taken care of. Even when there was an issue with our house key, Sierra was very communicative and even returned to our house for a second time once we figured it out. We would definitely recommend her!”

“This is the second time hiring Monica to take care of our dogs. She was very professional, reliable and patient with our older dog. Also, she makes sure she understands what motivates the dogs to keep them happy. Great communication and sent a lot of pictures during the visits. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
