About: I’ve had animals my entire life and caring for pets is something I truly love. I have over 10 years of experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve dog-sat many times for friends and families, including caring for multiple pets in one home for weeks at a time (3 dogs and 4 cats). I’m comfortable managing feeding schedules, medications, walks, playtime, and keeping pets on their normal routines so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I also have experience with senior and special-needs pets. I once cared for an elderly German Shepherd whose back legs no longer worked. I helped with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and cleanup, and made sure she stayed comfortable and loved. This experience taught me patience, compassion, and how important gentle care is for older pets. On days I am not working, I am available to stay with pets all day and provide overnight care. On the days that I do work, my shifts are typically about 5 hours long, which still allows me time to care for pets before and after work. If I am scheduled for a double shift, I have a 1-hour break in between, which I can use to check in on pets, walk them, and make sure they are comfortable and cared for. I always prioritize making sure pets are not left alone for long periods and maintain a consistent care routine. When caring for pets, my top priority is creating a safe, calm, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, and house rules to ensure consistency for the pet. I always make sure doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on pets during walks or playtime, and maintain a clean environment including food areas and litter boxes. I take time to build trust with each pet at their own pace, especially those who may be shy or anxious. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own and provide dependable, attentive care so owners can feel completely at ease while they’re away.

I grew up with small dogs, and over the years I've lived with and cared for cats and medium to large dogs owned by family, roommates, and neighbors. Today I own two cats and regularly watch friends' pets when they travel. I'm comfortable with pets of all sizes and I treat every pet in my care the way I'd want mine treated. I currently work from home, which means pet care fits naturally into my day rather than being squeezed in around a commute. I'm able to visit at consistent times for feedings, walks, and playtime, and I'm flexible enough to adjust visit times if a pet needs extra attention or a different routine. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routines and rules as closely as possible so the pet's environment stays familiar and low-stress. I always confirm entry/exit procedures, secure doors and gates behind me, and check that food, water, and litter are addressed on schedule. I treat each home with the same care and respect I'd want for my own, and I stay attentive to a pet's body language and comfort level throughout each visit, always reaching out to the owner if anything seems off.

About: I’ve been house sitting on and off for almost two years! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life (I’ve had dogs, cats, and even a lizard!) I absolutely love animals, and growing up I was taught that our pets were part of the family, and I live by that sentiment now as an adult. Currently, I am a full-time student and I also work a part-time job, which can make it hard to be available for extensive periods of time. However, I am extremely flexible in going back and forth from multiple responsibilities, and have no issue sitting overnight! I think as much as it is important to meet all of your pets basic needs, it is equally as important to make sure they get plenty of attention while their owners are away. In the past, I’ve spent any time I could playing with my pets and keeping them company as they await the return of their owners.

I can also often accommodate multiple visits in a day, longer visits, or occasional last-minute requests depending on the day. I take the responsibility of caring for someone else’s pets and home seriously. I’m attentive to instructions, respectful of your space, and careful about things like doors, gates, leashes, medications, and anything else specific to your home or pet. For walks: I bring my own poop bags, but ask that you provide your pet’s usual collar/harness, leash, and any other equipment they need (such as dog shoes). Before our first walk, we’ll go over your pet’s routine, personality, and any safety expectations — including how they do around other dogs, whether they’re comfortable drinking water while out, and anything else I should know. We can stick to a familiar walking route, visit a dog park if you’re comfortable with that, or add games like fetch and playtime when your pup needs more energy burned than a walk alone. For boarding in my home: I have a fenced-in yard, access to a neighborhood dog park, two friendly cats, and a 15-lb fluffy white dog who absolutely loves other animals. I’ll always take your pet’s personality and comfort level into account when deciding how much interaction they have with my pets. For house sitting: I treat your home with the same respect I’d want someone to show mine — keeping things clean, respecting your space, and following your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I especially love house sitting because I can work on my online master’s program while keeping your pet company, taking plenty of breaks for walks, playtime, cuddles, and attention. About: I work at a beauty college from Tuesday to Saturday 8am-5pm. I've taken care of many animals in the course of years. From guinea pigs to cats and dogs to fishes and farm animals. I love animals and love learning about them. I work a flex schedule at a warehouse where I can plan my own schedule, rest assured I can work around different schedules to make sure to take care of the pets and have them as higher priority I have many pets at home. I have cats, dogs and chickens. If your pet isn't keen to being around other animals I will keep them indoors with me and take them out on a leash for the bathroom or to walk around away from the other animals.
