About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have about 15 years of hands-on pet care experience, including lots of boarding over the years. I’m comfortable with everything from easygoing companions to pets who need a little more patience and attention—including senior dogs, oral medications, cones, persistent licking/skin issues, and some less-than-perfect habits. I’ve cared for Labs, Dachshunds, Corgis, Pugs, Blue Heelers, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, Belgian Malinois, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, and plenty of lovable mixed breeds, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I also have experience caring for cats, including hairless cats. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I pay attention to their routines, quirks, comfort, and all the little things that make them them. And I genuinely love notes—the more, the better! Tell me their routine, their weird habits, what they love, what they hate, where they insist on sleeping, and anything else you think I should know. There’s no such thing as too much information when it comes to making your pet feel comfortable and keeping their routine as normal as possible while you’re away. I’m home full time, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches, and I have plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, potty breaks, meals, medications, and whatever routine they’re used to at home. I’m happy to work around their normal schedule as much as possible. I keep a clean, calm, pet-friendly home with no children, resident pets, or smoking, which makes for a quieter, lower-stress environment for visiting pets. Pet areas and bedding are thoroughly cleaned between guests using products formulated for animal-care environments. I also run a powerful air purifier and keep the house at a comfortable 74°F. Pets are welcome in the common areas and on our shaded patio.
About: I’ve taken care of friends and neighbors animals since middle school but began taking it more seriously around 13-14. I’ve animal sat elderly dogs with special needs, puppies, and mostly small dogs! But I’ve also happily watched cats, rodents, birds, and fish so all animal friends are welcome! Excited to meet you and your best friends. I love animals and honestly any excuse to meet new ones is very exciting. I can always work Sundays and Fridays and I have time Tuesday and wednesday evenings to check in on them when needed or go on a little walk. My cat is fed 3 times a day for a total of 2/3 cup of food, he has a play routine before bed, is let on the balcony for fresh air with his harness and a line connected to the door so he cannot get to the edge of the concrete. He takes his flea meds every month, and goes to the vet every 6 for a little check in as he’s on a small weight loss journey. I work 6-8hrs a day 5 days a week but luckily he has a a cat roommate to nap and play with while I’m gone

She’s great with our cats, even our grumpy cat likes her. I always feel comfortable leaving home knowing she’s got it handled. I can’t recommend her enough!

Lucretia is amazing!! Hands down one of the best sitters I’ve ever used. She really goes above and beyond to make your animals feel comfortable and cared for. She sends lots of videos and pictures and is really communicative. She also swept and washed the cat bowls and such, plus lit a candle while she was there so when I got home from my trip my house felt somewhat clean and welcoming. She’s the only sitter I’ll be using from here on out. Highly recommend!
