About: As a kid in California, I loved cats but never FULLY understood them until I was an adult. Cats, as they say, are a lesson in consent; they are the Zen masters who teach us the way; they are the speaker through whom we come to accept what the world actually is; they are a puzzle one must be humble enough to accept we're still trying to figure out; they are the authentic companion who can join us within our solitude. Dogs were domesticated to be obedient and friendly and dependent but cats walk alongside us as if they're also equally as interested in figuring out the complex and confusing world as we are. I've been a full-time pet sitter for 10 years and most of my sits were with cats (there were lots of pack-style boarding in Salt Lake City for dogs!); at the start of our relationship, calm and quiet on my part allowed the kitties to open up and therefore "teach" me via their behavior what they were saying. When animals, especially cats, know we are listening, they "talk" more, and inevitably, establishing the expectation that I'd "listen" created a positive feedback loop allowing them to feel safe, have fun and live the best life they can while their family was away. About: I'm an owner of 4 dogs of different sizes, breeds, and age. Loved teaching basic commands and playing with them throughout the day. Have dog sat for friends and family, while they are away. I currently work part time from home and am able to step away several times a day in order to take care of your pet. I have a fenced yard, pretty large home where pets can be inside as well. I have a small cat that has grown up with a dog and a small puppy. I live in a nice neighborhood for dog walks and I do need the exercise myself. I wake up around 7 am and go to bed between 11 and 12. I can take the dog out during lunch. I have a fenced in yard but do not leave animals alone outside. My house is pretty safe. I keep the animals in sight at all time but usually let cats roam friendly. Dogs stay downstairs.

Caring for animals is one of my passions in life, my dream someday would be to own an animal farm one day! *wouldn’t that be nice* I work remote, so I have the flexibility to do Rover on the side and have been on the platform (as a sitter) since 2020. I’m punctual, animal sensitive meaning I am aware of animal emotions and behavior, and warning — will send lots of videos and photos of your furry ones! If you decide to book me, I’ll work with you to ensure you’re 100% comfortable with the schedule, any accommodations as needed, and respect any wishes you may have. I ask for my clients to write out a list for any medications, specific requests, etc before the stay. My goal is to make sure your furry ones are safe and looked after and for my clients to have the best experience with Rover ☺️ ~ 2025 ~ I try to be available for all services on Thanksgiving/Christmas Day/majority of holidays with the exception of Christmas Day/New Year’s. Please note that these hours assume that your fur babies can be left alone for 2-4 hours at a time. Sometimes, I like to check in on my own dogs, run errands, complete chores at home. The number of hours away can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. ~ Safety ~ I prefer meeting my new client pets at their home or a dog park since that seems the most convenient for clients and comfortable for the pets. As per Rover’s terms & conditions, I prefer to keep communication via the Rover app, for my safety and the clients! Of course, once a booking has been confirmed, my clients can pass along their cell phone # for emergencies.
About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats for over seven years and currently share my home with two dogs and two cats, so I understand all the different personalities, quirks, and needs that come with each furry friend. I’ve cared for pets of all ages and energy levels and have five years of experience as a dog owner myself. I’m comfortable giving medications to both cats and dogs, keeping routines consistent, and adjusting my care style based on your pet’s unique character, whether they’re shy, playful, energetic, or a senior who prefers gentle company. Above all, I’m loving, patient, and attentive, and I treat every animal as if they’re my own. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I do my best to schedule them around my work meetings. I’m happy to follow your pet’s feeding, walk, and medication routines exactly as you prefer. I can’t host pets in my home due to roommates, so all of my care takes place in your pet’s own environment where they feel safest and most relaxed. I’m very mindful of routines and instructions, and I make sure doors, gates, and feeding schedules are always handled carefully. Since I work from home, I can coordinate visits around my work meetings and spend quality time with your pet, making sure they feel secure, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I have years of experience caring for all types of dogs and truly love every moment of it. From playful pups to senior dogs, I’ve welcomed many into my home and treated them like family. I am currently working from home and I will be home with your pets almost all day! I have a fenced in yard, and love going on evening walks! Make sure they are played with, well fed, and sleep either in a dog bed/crate/or on the end of the bed if that’s what you prefer!
