About: Hi my name is Mimi.💗We build such strong bonds with our fur friends 🐶 and fur babies that's why it is difficult leaving them home for a day when we need to go to work. Trust me I get it! and I know you feel the same because you are here and you want someone who can care for your animals as if it is their own, and I am your gal. In Colorado, my husband and I were small-town pet sitters. We enjoyed caring for the neighborhood's pets of all kinds and helping their owners feel secure knowing that their pets would be well taken care of. I have experience fostering animals and raising my Siberian puppy, and I have gained so much insight into animal behavior. Siberian Huskies are known for being stubborn, but we have built such a loving connection with our Husky that you wouldn’t believe how sweet and much he responds to us. I take care of my fur baby by understanding what his needs are based on his breed, personality, and what he tells me through his behaviors. This is so important because our companions has needs too! As a pet sitter, I want to give your pet lots of love, we could go out to nature trails and help them manage their separation anxiety by building trust and comfort and following their daily routines. I understand that each of our companions is different and it takes nurturing their needs so that they may live fruitful, healthy lives like us and that’s where I come in. I'm very patient and have a knack for understanding all walks of life which I consider to be my greatest strength! I would be honored to care for your pups. Currently, I am also a Graduate Student attending Texas State University for Recreational Therapy. My goal as a recreational therapist is to combine my creativity to help others heal! When I complete my grad program, I plan to educate others on the benefits of animal-assisted therapy. Our pup Po Bear has brought so much joy and comfort into our lives, so we love what we do. Please reach out if you have any questions, and I can't wait to connect. I am currently a grad student so I have a flexible schedule. Pet care is the perfect opportunity to fit exercise, my love for animals and my need for the outdoors into my routine. I like to build trust through play, learn their breed and behaviors, motivators, and create fun activities. I am very careful with understanding as much as I can to accommodate their needs to make them feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of whether it is modifications in my home. I will also make healthy dog friendly organic snacks!

About: What truly sets me apart is my lifelong devotion and hands-on experience as a pet parent myself. I've been a fur baby mom to both cats and dogs, from playful puppies and kittens to graceful seniors, for half of my life. This isn't just a job for me; it's a passion born from a deep understanding of what our beloved companions need. My extensive personal experience includes administering medications, ensuring even pets with special health needs receive the attentive care they deserve. When colleagues and friends go on extended vacations, they trust me implicitly with their fur babies, knowing they'll be loved and well-cared for in my hands. Beyond my personal pets, I've dedicated my time to volunteering at the Austin Animal Center, walking dogs onsite and providing them with much-needed breaks from kennel life. This experience has further honed my ability to connect with and understand diverse dog personalities. Currently, my own family includes Scully, a wonderful kitty I fostered from Austin Pets Alive! and happily adopted in 2022. Her presence is a constant reminder of the joy and responsibility that comes with welcoming a pet into your home. Working remotely from Kyle, Texas, gives me an incredible amount of flexibility, which translates directly into top-notch care for your furry family members! My daily and weekly routine revolves around being fully present for your pets. Since my "commute" is just a few steps to my home office, I'm able to be available for your fur babies throughout the day. This means I can provide frequent potty breaks as often as they need them, ensuring they're comfortable and happy. There's no worrying about long stretches alone, as I'm here to offer companionship, playtime, and all the attention they deserve. Whether it's a quick midday walk, a snuggle session, or just being a comforting presence, my remote work setup allows me to seamlessly integrate pet care into every part of my day. Your dog or cat will have constant companionship and consistent care, making their stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible! In both my home and yours, you can expect: Personalized Attention: Every pet is an individual, and I tailor my care to meet their specific needs, whether they're high-energy, a couch potato, shy, or outgoing. Communication: I provide regular updates, including photos and videos, so you can see your pet happy and well cared for. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease while you're away. Safety First: I am always vigilant about potential hazards and prioritize a safe environment. Love and Patience: Above all, I approach every pet with genuine affection, patience, and positive reinforcement, ensuring they feel loved and secure during their time with me. Your pet's well-being is my top priority, and I'm dedicated to providing a loving, reliable, and stress-free experience for both of you.
