About: I’ve grown up with animals all of my life, and I understand the importance of taking good care of our furry friends! I have dog sat for several neighbors and friends over the last few years, which has given me lots of experience with many dogs and their different personalities! Being a dog owner myself, I understand the importance of spending quality time with your pet whether that be playing fetch, going outside, or just getting some pets. I can assure you your pet will be taken care of well if you book me as your rover pet sitter! It is usually not a problem for me to make changes to my weekly schedule so I can be available for petsitting. For dog walking and drop in visits I can stop by first thing in the morning, stop by again around lunch some days and then again in the evenings to spend some extra time with your pet. I am flexible with my schedule and hours for petsitting so if we can communicate and figure out a schedule together, that would work best for me! In my own home I care for my dog by taking feeding her, taking her on walks, and the occasional hike, swim, or time at the dog park. So these are all things I can do for your pet as well! I also enjoy hanging out on the couch with my dog at home so if that is more of your dog's style I am more than happy to do that!

About: My mom owns a doggy day care and boarding business that I quite frequently volunteered at. I have two small indoor french bulldogs of my own, whom of which are very spoiled! I have owned dogs my whole life and treat them as part of the family, not just as a pet. I am available Monday and tuesdays, and anytime after 1 pm -5pm any other day of the week! I am currently an employee at Austin Bergstrom from 03:00-11:30am on Wednesday-Sunday. About: I grew up caring for dogs of different shapes and sizes as well as other small pets like hamsters and fish. I’ve also had a cockatiel as well as love birds. My family and I love to board pets since we don’t currently have any, but that’s just more attention to share with yours. I am a personal trainer / nutrition coach with a very early morning / some evenings schedule. I have gaps in my day that I use to do drop in visits when many are working away from home. I’m usually up and moving at 3:30a, back home by 6a, and work from home most of the day, with some meetings away from home from time to time. We go down around 8:30p to get ready for the next day and get some sleepy time. Our home has a fenced in backyard for them to play in and pups are free to roam inside. In your home I will respect whatever boundaries are set. In our home we tend to keep people places separate from pup places, so typically we don’t allow them on couches, and definitely not beds. We do keep individual rooms off limits. Normally we do not feed them people food unless it’s provided by the owner as we don’t want to encourage hanging out under the table or in the kitchen. For boarding at our home *we prefer crate trained pups* as they need boundaries and their own space to help them be comfortable in a new environment. They may behave one way at your home and a totally different way somewhere else, and it’s best to lean more cautiously to prevent any unexpected mischief and / or damage. Under certain circumstances we can work with a dog that is not crate trained, but we need to meet them first and they need to be super mellow. We’ve had a few escape artists who have gotten into things and even caused some damage. I have a very early morning schedule and knowing exactly where the pup is located is very helpful in the dark. We also have an older family member living with us as well, so we want to avoid as many late night surprises as possible. We are a very mellow family that is home a lot due to the type of work we do. If your pup is SUPER high energy and needs lots of activity, constant attention and wants to go outside every five minutes we may not be the best fit for you as we spend a lot of time doing crafts, reading, drawing, stuff like that. Our jobs are very active so when we are home we like to rest and chill out with the animal guests.
