About: Although new to official pet sitting, I’ve owned and taken care of dogs most of my adult life. I’m a retired yoga teacher with a very playful 9 month old Frenchton. I have lots of time and patience to take care of your pooch. I’m retired so I control my own schedule. I’m available 2-3 days a week. We are pet parents to a lovable Frenchton pup, so it will be important to communicate to make sure our furries are compatible. I have a large fenced in yard with a dog door and a wide open floor plan for the dogs to play inside. I will only ever take on one pet at a time so the only compatibility issues will revolve around matching up with our goofy 9 month old Frenchton.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved them. We always had dogs growing up, but I never had my very own until I adopted Frankie just over three years ago and he has completely magnified my love for dogs! We moved to Austin in October of 2017, and I am just now reactivating my account here. We had over 40 different guests while we lived in Seattle, most of which became repeat visitors. We've had dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds and energy levels stay with us. We have yet to meet a dog that Frankie does not get along with. We have loved every one of our Rover guests, and we can't wait to meet more here in Austin! My schedule is very flexible, as I only work away from home in the afternoons, so your dog will have a lot of human (and dog) interaction. This also makes drop off and pick up times pretty flexible.

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. I truly believe that a dog is man's best friend, and they are just as much a part of any family as we are! I have helped to take care of friends and family members dogs as well. I work from home Monday through Friday so I am available to step away and take your pet for a walk as well as drop in on your pet. When at your home, I make sure that they are fed per your instructions and have gone to the restroom once when I get there and once before I leave.

About: My wife and I have been dog sitting for multiple friends over the years and as Rover sitters since August 2020! We both love meeting new furry friends (and their owners) - we have 2 small dogs of our own. We do prefer to sit dogs with low to medium energy levels (to accommodate our elderly dog) and 2 years or older, but we can definitely make exceptions on age and energy level with a Meet & Greet. I work from home, so I’m readily available to keep your pet companion company while you’re away on vacation, business or if your grumpy mother-in-law who doesn’t like dogs is in town. Our home has a wide open floor plan with plenty of room to accommodate the even rowdy (but well mannered), playful ones, and has a very secure backyard. Happy to take your loved one on walks (except during afternoons in summer), on outings to the park and make any other accommodations to make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible while they’re separated from their 'hooman'.
