This was our first time using Riley’s services (and Rover in general). Riley was referred to us by a friend who had used his services before and who highly recommended him. We typically board our animals, but were not able to in this instance and Riley came through in our hour of need (even as brand new clients). After we met Riley and discovered what a nice guy he is, and how our animals seemed to be quite comfortable with him, we were so relieved that we could go on the trip we had planned. Riley communicated with us regularly with photos, came by when he said he would and executed essentially all of our very detailed instructions. We came home to happy and safe pets. We are very thankful for Riley!
