About: We each have many years of experience caring for pets! Kate grew up with rescue dogs and cats around the house and Joe grew up with dogs. We've cat sat for friends a number of times over the years, both at our home and in theirs, always ensuring their cats were well attended to and plenty of pictures sent to their owners! We also had a senior cat for four years that we loved and learned how to care for with her different medical needs (arthritis, kidney problems, limited mobility, etc). Joe works remotely and Kate works part time so pet care would fit rather seamlessly into our routine! There are odd weeks here and there where I'm gone for a day or two or he is but the other is there to pick up any slack. We have a nice little backyard area that any outdoor pets would enjoy during their stay. We also love to go for walks around our neighborhood already so pets that need walking would be easy to fit in for us, too. We love the experience of having pets in our home. We love being able to play and entertain pets, whether it's playing fetch outside or directing a cat with a laser pointer. We'll communicate with you as much as possible up front to ensure your pet is getting what they need, whether that is at our home or yours!

About: I give dogs a calm & predictable experience. I adjust to different personalities and energy levels, whether that’s a relaxed senior dog or a more playful, active pup. I can help with walks, drop-ins, daycare, and boarding, and I’m flexible when my schedule allows (including last-minute requests!). Aside from the occasional errand or outing, I'm home most of the day (weekdays and weekends) and spend a lot of time with the dogs in my care. My dog, Emory, is very easygoing and gets along well with both calm and playful dogs. Dogs have access to a fenced yard and doggie door, and I'm available to provide potty breaks as often as needed for dogs who can't use it. They're also welcome to get on the furniture! For walks and drop-ins, I treat your home with the same respect I would my own and make sure everything is secure when I leave. I provide regular updates and follow your dog's routine and any specific instructions to help you and your dogs feel comfortable while you're away.

About: I have been blessed with many wonderful pets in my life, both big and small! I currently own a horse, Felix. Unfortunately, my dog Alfie passed at 17 years old in January. Although I am not quite ready for a new in home pet of my own, I'd love to help you with yours! I have owned both cats and dogs through my life from puppy/kitten stage to senior life. I have experience with watching dogs, cats, and horses. I have no problem administering medication and I'm comfortable with all ages, sizes, and breeds. 95% of my job is working from home, because of that I am quite flexible in my schedule. On occasion, I do travel for work/personal but will do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date. My home is pet free, which means your pup will get my full attention! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. I have a nice sized patio that is fully covered. The area has a lot of green space and sidewalks perfect for a long stroll. There is also a dog park available if your dog particularly enjoys being social. I allow dogs on my furniture and bed, however have no issue with sticking to the rules if that is not part of your daily routine.

About: Hi! I've taken care of a variety of kinds of dogs and cats since I was a young child, and one of my earliest memories is of being herded around our backyard by our large Rottweiler! I love spending time with dogs and getting to know their unique personalities and needs. I have experience gaining trust with shy/anxious dogs, giving daily medications (topicals, eye/ear drops, pills, and liquid doses), fast-paced walking, fast running with high-energy pups, caring for senior dogs, and everything in-between! I have a very flexible schedule, so I'm free to be very responsive and provide your pet with as much attention and care as they need! I live in an apartment with access to a nice, usually empty dog park (will only utilize at owner's comfort), and there are lots of trails nearby for both walks and runs. I have a small, quiet, terrier mix dog named Roscoe, and he is great at respecting boundaries, knowing when to give a dog (or cat) space, and when it's time to play!
