“I am so so so beyond pleased with the care Amanda and Jared provided for my dog Kaio! It was super last minute and they took him the day off for about a week. My dog is very high energy and can be a lot to handle, but they knew just what to do and are clearly really well versed with all sorts of pups. It’s hard to find people that can handle my dog but as soon as I met Jared I knew kaio would be just fine. I was also afraid of leaving him with so many other doggies, unsure if he would get along with all of them as he can be a bit alpha, but he ended up doing great and had an absolute blast! Amanda and Jared were also great about sending tons of photos and videos. I was in tears dropping him off and in the end felt bad picking him up and taking him away from all his new friends! About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, from 6lb lap dogs to 130lb gentle giants, so I’m completely comfortable with any size or breed. I know that big dogs and small dogs have very different needs, and I adjust my care accordingly. About: My wife and I have been dog sitting for multiple friends over the years and as Rover sitters since August 2020! We both love meeting new furry friends (and their owners) - we have 2 small dogs of our own. We do prefer to sit dogs with low to medium energy levels (to accommodate our elderly dog) and 2 years or older, but we can definitely make exceptions on age and energy level with a Meet & Greet. I work from home, so I’m readily available to keep your pet companion company while you’re away on vacation, business or if your grumpy mother-in-law who doesn’t like dogs is in town. Our home has a wide open floor plan with plenty of room to accommodate the even rowdy (but well mannered), playful ones, and has a very secure backyard. Happy to take your loved one on walks (except during afternoons in summer), on outings to the park and make any other accommodations to make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible while they’re separated from their 'hooman'.
About: I have always loved both cats and dogs I live in a decent sized home with my cat parsnip, I’m home all the time now so I’ll be able to keep a close eye on any animal in my care I am currently between jobs so I will be home all day making my schedule ideal for any dogs who need constant supervision or have separation anxiety I like to spend as much Time as possible with the pets in my home I leave most of my doors open so they have free reign of the house. Ill walk the dogs in the morning and after and make sure they get plenty of play time in before the sun goes down

About: Located at Hills of Bear Creek, in a quiet neighborhood and fenced yard. There is a walk trail nearby. I am home almost 24/7, with the surveillance on 24/7 for everybody’s safety and pets’. I love animals, they will be treat like they are my own. I will try my best to stick to the routine that your pet is used to, that means I will follow any rules you have for them. I love to go on a lot of walks. I can bring your pet along if they like to walk or run. It depends on their stamina, personality, and routine you have for them. However, I will never go for walk in the dark. They will never be outside unsupervised, even though I own a fenced yard. That is against rover rules and I will abide by it. I always have bowls for water and foods, toys, and treats or bones available if needed. When I grew up, I had variety animals. I once owned a monkey, fox, cat, dog, rat, gerbil, guniea pig, and fish. I have one shy cat, Kelsie. She will warm up after a night. She likes to stay back and observe at first. She gets along with dogs and cats, however she is not socialized. As complimentary, I will do one meet and greet before schedule sitting. Your pets and aiko can meet and we can see how things go from there. (I wish I could bring Kelsie to meet/greet. She is a house cat, and doesn’t ever leave) I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! I work from home. I am always home and around your pets. I go out for 2 hours for errands, or any sports. I will always communicate if I have to go out for more than 3-4 hours in ahead of time. I have a fenced yard and I do have gate on the stairs to prevent dogs from going upstairs if dogs are not allowed upstairs.

They were reassuring and welcoming throughout the whole process and sent photos every day I was gone multiple times a day and also even when I randomly asked bc professional paranoia is my superpower. They’re in a solid neighborhood with a wonderfully tall and sturdy (and pretty nice looking) backyard fence where pups hangout and everything. About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved them. We always had dogs growing up, but I never had my very own until I adopted Frankie just over three years ago and he has completely magnified my love for dogs! We moved to Austin in October of 2017, and I am just now reactivating my account here. We had over 40 different guests while we lived in Seattle, most of which became repeat visitors. About: We’ve both been pet owners our whole lives and especially love having dogs around. Our pets are our family; we don’t have any kids, so our Izzy is our everything and she loves hosting new friends. We’ve always cared for other’s pets since we were kids, so it’s not coincidence that we love rovering together as we’re making our house a home. Big, little, old or young, we’ll be happy to meet the needs of your dog! We like to provide an update with many pictures morning and night. Izzy is very active, we typically take 2 walks a day and leave the door open all day so the pups can go outside and play at their leisure. We have many dog beds and toys all over the house and dogs often find themselves at home quickly here, especially with Izzy’s welcoming plays. About: Hi! I've taken care of a variety of kinds of dogs and cats since I was a young child, and one of my earliest memories is of being herded around our backyard by our large Rottweiler! I love spending time with dogs and getting to know their unique personalities and needs. I have experience gaining trust with shy/anxious dogs, giving daily medications (topicals, eye/ear drops, pills, and liquid doses), fast-paced walking, fast running with high-energy pups, caring for senior dogs, and everything in-between! I have a very flexible schedule, so I'm free to be very responsive and provide your pet with as much attention and care as they need! I live in an apartment with access to a nice, usually empty dog park (will only utilize at owner's comfort), and there are lots of trails nearby for both walks and runs. I have a small, quiet, terrier mix dog named Roscoe, and he is great at respecting boundaries, knowing when to give a dog (or cat) space, and when it's time to play!

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life, have my Aussie/ Lab Mix Dhalia who spends my work days with me at home, looking to take care of some other pups while you’re at work! I have a very open schedule I work from home! If you need me at 6:00am I’ll be there, if you need me at 11:00pm I’ll be there! Live with my Aussie/Lab mix and my two cats. We meal prep, customize toys for our pets. We do deal with segregation between the cats and dog at night so if you have multiple animals with distrusting love for eachother I understand!

“I am so so so beyond pleased with the care Amanda and Jared provided for my dog Kaio! It was super last minute and they took him the day off for about a week. My dog is very high energy and can be a lot to handle, but they knew just what to do and are clearly really well versed with all sorts of pups. It’s hard to find people that can handle my dog but as soon as I met Jared I knew kaio would be just fine. I was also afraid of leaving him with so many other doggies, unsure if he would get along with all of them as he can be a bit alpha, but he ended up doing great and had an absolute blast! Amanda and Jared were also great about sending tons of photos and videos. I was in tears dropping him off and in the end felt bad picking him up and taking him away from all his new friends! Can’t recommend these 2 enough 🙏🏼”
