About: My wife and I have been dog sitting for multiple friends over the years and as Rover sitters since August 2020! We both love meeting new furry friends (and their owners) - we have 2 small dogs of our own. We do prefer to sit dogs with low to medium energy levels (to accommodate our elderly dog) and 2 years or older, but we can definitely make exceptions on age and energy level with a Meet & Greet. I work from home, so I’m readily available to keep your pet companion company while you’re away on vacation, business or if your grumpy mother-in-law who doesn’t like dogs is in town. Our home has a wide open floor plan with plenty of room to accommodate the even rowdy (but well mannered), playful ones, and has a very secure backyard. Happy to take your loved one on walks (except during afternoons in summer), on outings to the park and make any other accommodations to make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible while they’re separated from their 'hooman'.
About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 30 years and a dedicated pet sitter for the past decade, although I only joined Rover recently. Caring for animals is truly one of my favorite things in life. About: I have had pets my entire life. I consider pets part of the family. I am comfortable around all cats and dogs! I understand every pet is different, which means I care for every pet how they need to be cared for. I have had experience with senior & special needs dogs and cats! I am comfortable giving pet meds if needed. I am good with pets that have high anxiety. I also have experience with puppies and kittens as well! I work from home 2 days a week so I am able to spend all with your pet while I work. The days I do go in office, it’s only until 230. At my house (or at yours) the animals come first always. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. I truly believe that a dog is man's best friend, and they are just as much a part of any family as we are! I have helped to take care of friends and family members dogs as well. I work from home Monday through Friday so I am available to step away and take your pet for a walk as well as drop in on your pet. About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved them. We always had dogs growing up, but I never had my very own until I adopted Frankie just over three years ago and he has completely magnified my love for dogs! We moved to Austin in October of 2017, and I am just now reactivating my account here. We had over 40 different guests while we lived in Seattle, most of which became repeat visitors. We've had dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds and energy levels stay with us. We have yet to meet a dog that Frankie does not get along with.
