About: I’ve always grown up with dogs, worked at a vet clinic when I was younger, and became a doggie foster as an adult. I have experience caring for senior pups as well. I'll treat your pup as a loved family member. Rest assured, your fur baby will be in good hands. I am mostly a stay a home mom. I take my dog to the dog park daily, and when the weather is nice we will walk Town Lake. I have cameras in my home and on the property. If I am not home I can take a look at how the dogs are doing. I also have a fenced in yard.

About: I have also dog sat a bulldog, French bulldog and shihtzu many times (board sitting). I have helped with bathing, walking, feeding, feed medication, training, and playing! Bonus: I take quality, fun photos of your dog! I currently WFH full time 9-5/MF; with ample breaks for walks, potty breaks and playtime. My schedule is very flexible and I love to get outside at least 2x a day for a walk or gentle run. My home is dog proof and clean (hardwood floors/ cables hidden). No plants are in reach for the pets either. AC runs strong, I only pour filtered water (refill bowl daily), aware of which foods are poisonous to dogs, no smoking, and don’t play loud music. She scheduled a meet and greet before his stay and allowed all of her dogs to meet our puppy, Frodo, one at a time so he wouldn’t be overwhelmed. It was a muddy day and she let all of the dogs outside to play and explore anyway, and she even washed him up for me before I picked up! “My dog Otto had a fun day with Kristen and her family. Kristen has a nice fenced in yard for dogs and her house is across the street from a park where they spent lots of time. Kristen also has lots of dog toys in her yard that Otto enjoyed playing with. Kristen's dog Zoey is very sweet and would get along with any dog, and Kristen's children took an interest in Otto. Kristen sent pictures even though I didn't request them (thank you!), she was very flexible about drop off and pick up times, and her location in South Austin was very convenient for us. I recommend Kristen without reservation.”

About: We're a family of four with two little girls (ages 4 and 2) and a stinky cute old pug. We're located on the north end of MI and have an enclosed yard for your dog (plus an extra enclosed space on the side of the house) and a wrap a round porch. Our door is pretty much always open so the dogs can go in and out as they please and our gates are super secure so unless your dog is a digger, they're safe in our yard. We also only board dogs who are two or older. :-) I'm at home every day and gone no more than a few hours to run my kids around to their activities each day. I've taken the dogs I've watched with me on all errands if they like car rides so they're pretty much around someone 90% of the time they stay with us. Our house is three stories and our current Pug is 8 years old and mostly blind so she sleeps a large portion of the day. She will sniff other dogs but that's the extent of her socializing and she will mostly just ignore guests. My girls and I love animals and your dog would feel like part of our family! Your dog would go on daily walks and if they're comfortable in cars, running my errands with me and my girls! We have an extra crate if your dog wants to sleep there or they can sleep with us in our bed or with one of my girls.
