Doggy Day Care in West Lake Hills

About: I’ve always grown up with dogs, worked at a vet clinic when I was younger, and became a doggie foster as an adult. I have experience caring for senior pups as well. I'll treat your pup as a loved family member. Rest assured, your fur baby will be in good hands. I am mostly a stay a home mom. I take my dog to the dog park daily, and when the weather is nice we will walk Town Lake. I have cameras in my home and on the property. If I am not home I can take a look at how the dogs are doing. I also have a fenced in yard.

About: We're a family of four with two little girls (ages 4 and 2) and a stinky cute old pug. We're located on the north end of MI and have an enclosed yard for your dog (plus an extra enclosed space on the side of the house) and a wrap a round porch. Our door is pretty much always open so the dogs can go in and out as they please and our gates are super secure so unless your dog is a digger, they're safe in our yard. We also only board dogs who are two or older. :-) I'm at home every day and gone no more than a few hours to run my kids around to their activities each day. I've taken the dogs I've watched with me on all errands if they like car rides so they're pretty much around someone 90% of the time they stay with us. Our house is three stories and our current Pug is 8 years old and mostly blind so she sleeps a large portion of the day. She will sniff other dogs but that's the extent of her socializing and she will mostly just ignore guests. My girls and I love animals and your dog would feel like part of our family! Your dog would go on daily walks and if they're comfortable in cars, running my errands with me and my girls! We have an extra crate if your dog wants to sleep there or they can sleep with us in our bed or with one of my girls.

I have had bunnies and birds before and know how to take care of them! I work remotely full-time, which which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout their stay. My daily routine is flexible, so I’m able to accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, cuddle time, medication routines, and regular check-ins. I like to keep each pet’s routine as close as possible to what they are used to at home. Whether they need active play, quiet company, extra patience, or a calm space to relax, I do my best to adjust my day around their comfort and needs! I live in a spacious apartment that offers plenty of room for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well supervised! I got my two friendly American Shorthair cats at home, so I’m very mindful about introductions, boundaries, and each pet’s comfort level. I always take time to understand how each pet does around other animals! If a pet needs their own space, quiet time, or a slower introduction, I make sure they have a calm area where they can relax. I keep the environment clean, organized, and peaceful so every pet feels cared for during their stay!

About: I have always been great with animals ever since I was a kid. My family always calls me the ‘animal whisperer’. I have been pet sitting for many family members and friends for multiple years. I have experience with small dogs, large dogs, nervous dogs, energetic dogs, etc. I also have experience with cats, bunnies, and hamsters. I have gotten nothing but positive reviews from owners and I would love to take care of your furry friend! Because of my summer break I am available pretty much every day! Aside from a few vacations I am free both weekends and week days! Ensuring your pets safety and comfort is always my top priority. When I do drop in visits I will always make sure that there is nothing around the house that your pet could get into and get hurt.

About: I began helping with my family’s dog breeding business when I was just thirteen years old, but my role quickly became so much more than simply raising puppies. I became heavily involved in the medical and care side of the business, which led me to become a licensed Level 2 Veterinary Technician. At fourteen, I started training dogs — something that quickly became one of the most rewarding passions in my life. By fifteen, I began boarding dogs for families needing trusted care for their furry friends. Since then, caring for animals has remained a huge part of who I am. I’ve always been a true animal lover and have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, and ducks. No matter the animal, I treat every pet like family, and I can assure you your baby will be safe, loved, and well cared for with me! I live in Austin, Texas, and I’m a student at UT Austin! But, because it’s the summertime, my days are completely free! It is very easy for me to give my full attention to any pet that I am taking care of. I have a little fenced in area by my apartment if necessary, but I also live by plenty of dog parks! I live next to the UT Austin campus so this is also a great area to take the fur babies on walks!

“We chose Sherryann because our other Rover daycare sitter was booked, and we are so happy we did. She scheduled a meet and greet before his stay and allowed all of her dogs to meet our puppy, Frodo, one at a time so he wouldn’t be overwhelmed. During his stay, she sent great photos and videos all day long. It was a muddy day and she let all of the dogs outside to play and explore anyway, and she even washed him up for me before I picked up! He came home so exhausted he hardly woke up for dinner, so we know he had a blast. We will continue to use Sherryann and highly recommend her for all your doggie care needs.”
